Appearance: Cyprine has the most reserved style of dress of all the Witches 5. She is about 5' 7" with blue eyes. She has blue hair tied into a ponytail with a single odango on the right side of her head. When in Witches 5 uniform, she wears a black dress with blue accents, a skirt that is cut like a flower, blue tights with black ribbon criss-crossed around her legs, and blue ankle boots. She also carries a long staff with a black star and hook on top. Otherwise, she is only ever seen Death Buster HQ, where she has asymmetrical glasses and a white lab coat. Ptilol is Cyprine's exact double, except that her ponytail is on the left side and her accent color is red. Both are also always wearing red floral earrings with four petals.

Personality: Cyprine is very confident, to the point of a refined arrogance. She never raises her voice or acts rude but instead asserts herself in a passive-aggressive manner. She likes to toy with people without being openly antagonistic such as flirting with Professor Tomoe when she knew Kaolinite was watching or letting the Inner Senshi think they had snuck into Mugen Academy undetected. This also extends to Cyprine's plans, as evidenced when she brings the Senshi to the Principal's office for a confrontation immediately. In battle however, she seems to lose her veneer of being in control much more easily as she is distracted by Sailor Jupiter.

Ptilol, on the other hand, is more logical in battle. She realizes the senshi have figured out their dual strategy and warns Cyprine to not chase after them. Both of them also seem a bit sadistic. They enjoy causing the Outer Senshi pain in the manga, watching the Senshi fight each other, and firing painful blasts against the Inner Senshi [anime].

Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Cyprine has extensive scientific and magical knowledge, alternatively designing a statue of the Messiah of Silence that can remove pure heart crystals and also creating pocket dimensions to confuse her opponents. She can also manipulate the emotions of others, using this ability to hypnotize the Mugen Academy students, rile up the people of Tokyo via a magical ice storm, and turn the senshi against each other.

History: Little is known about Cyprine and Ptilol before she/they were brought into the Death Busters. Cyprine first appeared working with the other Witches 5 under Kaolinite and Professor Tomoe. She is stated to be the most powerful of the Witches 5 at Level 999, and is also head of the Sorcery division at Mugen Academy. Cyprine is tasked with sacrificing all of the Mugen Academy students as well as going after the Sailor Senshi after the rest of the Witches 5 have been killed. Ptilol is revealed during the battle with the senshi, but she/they are defeated despite being a formidable adversary just before the awakening of Mistress 9.

Other Noteworthy Facts: The connection between Cyprine and Ptilol is unclear. They may be human twins that became one connected being when possessed by the Daimon of the Death Busters, or Cyprine may be a skillful enough sorceress to channel her power into a double.

Pure Hearts - They will be separate characters and Sailor Senshi in an AU/Prequel. Civilian names, Senshi attacks, and AU history are forthcoming.

RP Sample: Cyprine smirked to herself as she walked back to the now empty Witches 5 office from her meeting with Professor Tomoe. Did you see the look on Kaolinte's face when the Professor had his hand on your shoulder? came Ptilol's voice inside her head. "Of course," Cyprine replied, "it's so easy to rile her. However, we can't move against her until the statue operation is complete." Ptilol sighed, I guess I'll have to keep hiding for now. There's been so little action lately, though I did enjoy watching you direct Viluy's nanotech malfunction to backfire onto her. “Your input is appreciated as always. Hopefully we can also draw out the Sailor Senshi and eliminate them with the Silence approaching so soon.” I am sure of that, Ptilol thought. A two-toned cackle erupted as Cyprine continued hooking up her magic-infused machines to the statue of the Messiah of Silence.
