Most of the time, while he is not disguised as a civilian, Fisheye wears a uniform that, if known, identifies very well what he was before becoming human. He has also long blue hair tied up in a low ponytail by a orange clip. There is a random strand of hair falling over his face and twirling at the bottom. He has blue eyes and green scaly hands, orange earrings, two line (blue and purple) on his cheek and the small circus symbol embedded in the middle of his forehead. He is smaller than both Tiger's Eye and Hawk's Eye.

When he disguises himself, mostly to trick boys, young and older into loving him, he will crossdress a lot. He likes dresses that catch in the wind or small girly outfits that he thinks advantage his figure. He will usually change his wardrobe depending on his target.

As a normal civilian without a mission, it can happen that he will wear masculine clothes, but only if they are comfortable and fashionable. Usually, however, it is mostly feminine clothes he wears.

Additional Information: Fisheye usually uses knives, they are his favorite weapons, but he is also not so very good with them, which causes him to be frustrated about it. He is skilled in many circus fields and is agile. He was at first a fish that was transformed into a human being, used to battle Sailor Moon, then killed trying to protect the same girl. He was then resurrected by Helios, given a new dream mirror, then brought to Elysion.
