Leah, so close yet so far from Sailor Soul, didn't give up. With Sailor Moons words, Sailor Soul mustered all her willpower to break the silence that sat in her throat. She felt one of her spirits overcome her, and it was that voice of the dead soul that filled her lungs. The mirror cracked causing the others to stop in their tracks and turn towards the mirror that housed Sailor Soul. At once, everyone attacked together, destroying the mirror, and saving Sailor Soul.

Once the mirror that housed Sailor Soul broke, the door that lead to a temporary freedom appeared on the left hand side of the room. One after another, the group left the mirror hell, and entered a room that was.... normal. There was nothing tricky here, except Gloria sitting on the carpet in the middle of the empty room. She bounced a ball against the wall, and caught it as it rolled back towards her. She stood up and held out her ball towards her friends. 


"Oh Goodie!, my friends arrived. You finally get to play with me now. Let's go!" Gloria cheered as she raced through the only other door in the room. The ball that she was playing with rolled until it stopped against Sailor Moons feet. 


Use this time to prepare for your last battle against Gloria. Make a strategy, talk it out. What will you do? Fight Gloria, or try to make peace? You have until 8/8 5est.

Goosebumps appeared on Sailor Moon's skin as she leaned down and picked up Gloria's ball.  She spun it in her hand, staring at it as she thought of the little girl who had been terrorizing them all night.

Friendship...if there was one thing Sailor Moon specialized in, it was friendship.  She had a natural talent for making friends and convincing those with darkness in their hearts to let go of the negativity within them and join the large circle of friends she had created.  Gloria's sad eyes flashed in her mind, and Sailor Moon was determined to give her another chance at happiness.

She summoned her Eternal Tiare and held it firmly in her hands.  "I don't know about you guys, but I'm going to do everything in my power to help her.  She's just a poor, neglected kid who doesn't know what true love or friendship really is.  No one should have to live like that, not even a creepy doll who terrorizes innocents.  We can convince her if we show her what life is really about."

Sailor Moon smiled at her new comrades, feeling suddenly overwhelmed with happiness.  Although they weren't in the best of circumstances, she had met many fantastic people, and it always made her happy when she made new friends.

Once again, Sailor Ganymede was seeing parallels between himself and the enemy. He used to be that "poor, neglected kid" who acted like a monster just for some attention. And he definitely got it, but at the end of the day, he was still lonely. No, Gloria's behavior wasn't right in the slightest, and he was still angry at her for messing with their heads earlier, but...he didn't want her to die.

"We can try talking, I guess," Ganymede said begrudgingly. Sailor Moon's words had reminded him of what he had to go through to become a senshi, and that made him feel much more lenient than usual. "But if she doesn't want to, I'm smacking some sense into her! You can't help people who don't want it."

Leah was faced with a decision once more. She was tired of making these choices. She was fed up with Gloria for bringing her here, but she didn't really want to battle this girl. She did feel sorry for Gloria and wished she could find a way to befriend her, surely this girl wasn't always a mean spirited person. Deep down there was someone who was just wanting to be loved and accepted.


This was something Leah understood all to well as she was swept back into memories of her childhood, where she had no friends and the family she had, the family who was supposed to love, protect her, and accept her for who she was, actually showed her nothing but cruelty and abuse. She got out of her family's house as soon as possible and although it was hard, and Leah lacked self confidence in everyone, she was slowly able to make friends and see there are good people in the world.

"I want to try to talk to Gloria, surely there is some good left deep down inside of her." Leah said a small smile forming on her face.

"A poor neglected kid? Are you kidding me? For the stuff she's pulled tonight, if she was human she'd be thrown in Juvie!" Amina cried, feeling angry. She didn't want to talk to this Gloria, she wanted to allow the spirits to drag her down to the depths of hell and let her soul rot there for all of eternity. Part of her knew that her anger at the entire situation was clouding her judgement but dammit, she had a right to be angry!

Sailor Moon turned towards Sailor Soul, her eyes soft.  "I know that whag Gloria did was wrong, and we are going to make that very clear to her.  But everyome deserves a second chance.  Think about it - have you ever been given a second chance, even when you probably shouldn't have gotten it?  I know I have.  And those second chances have changed me for the better.  I'm confident that Gloria
will be the same.  If she refuses to let go of her dark energy, fine.  Then we can take more desperate measures.  But please, try and find the good in her."

Sailor Moon stepped forward, the hairs on the back of her neck sticking up.  Goosebumps covered her arms as she braced herself for what was to come.  She wasn't completely confident in her ability to help Gloria - after all, the doll had tried to feed them to a carnivorous wolf.


Taking a shaky breath, she said, "Gloria, please don't do this.  All this time, you've been asking us to play and be your friend, but you are going the wrong direction!  We could all be your friend if you would stop with your terrifying methods and let us help you.  I know your past may have been wretched, and I'm sorry about that, but you have to let the past go and focus on a better future.  And this, what you're doing now?  This is not the way!  You are only filling your heart with more darkness and more loneliness.  We can change that, Gloria.  Stop what you're doing, and let us show you what friendship is really about."

Leah didn't like being this high off the ground, even if it was only 10 feet, it made her stomach turn. The pole she was on started spinning. Leah grew more and more terrified each minute. She could see Sailor Soul out of the corner of her eye, but didn't know what Soul's plan was. Leah closed her eyes, but opened them just as fast because closing her eyes only made things worse.


Figuring there was no way to avoid interacting with Gloria, Leah said "I will play anything...if it means I can stop spinning and come back down to ground level." She knew she would probably regret this decision later, but she would worry about that later, right now all she wanted was to be on the ground and not spinning. The spinning was making her dizzy and she struggled to keep her balance on the pole.

Sailor Ganymede wasn't really sure what to say to Gloria that Sailor Moon hadn't covered, but he tried anyway.

"I'm not sure what your life was like before you brought us here, but I think people would like you more if you weren't scaring them all the time. Don't you have to be nice to your friends?" he said. "Now how about you let those two down? I don't think they're having much fun up there."

Leah looked pretty freaked out on the rotating pole, and he wasn't sure how long she would last. If Gloria refused to let them off, he would go up there himself and get her.

"Ok, you know what, listen here. You want friends I'll tell you how to make friends," Amina growled stalking forward towards Gloria. "Rule number 1, you don't kidnap people you want to be your friends and try and force them to play with you by terrifying them. Rule number 2, if you want to make friends, you get to know them. Ask them out for coffee, send them a text message, talk to them. Don't terrify and traumatize them. I'm going to give you one last chance to turn your life around. Mark my words if you don't, I will send your soul to the depths of hell."

Leah felt a slight sense of relief when the pillars stopped spinning. She thought she would be able to get off and leave this place soon. But when the pillars started spinning again Leah struggled to keep her balance. Once she re-established her balance she looked over at Amina, with a twinge of fright in her eyes and her voice as she spoke.


"Amina, you have every right to be mad, I get it, but can't you just give her a chance? I know she kidnapped us and brought us here, but I want to get out of here just as much as you do. Can you please try to give her a chance."

"What part of she's a criminal psycopth do none of you understand? There are you can save and honest to god those you cannot and she is one of them!" Amina yelled, arms flailing slightly as she began to lose her cool. Honestly, what was wrong with these people.

Sailor Moon grew frantic, and honestly she was starting to become a bit frustrated with Amina. Turning on the girl, she took a shaky breath.

"Amina, stop this! You have to stop focusing on the negative things and look towards a brighter, more positive outcome! What if Gloria can be helped? What if we could give her a new life, a new chance at happiness, a chance to know what friendship is all about? Do you honestly want to take away that opportunity? She has a human heart, I know she does. By killing her, we are killing a human being. You can communicate with spirits, right? Then communicate with Gloria. Hone in on her energy and search for the goodness that I know is there. Please, give her a chance!"

Sailor Moon turned to Gloria, her fiery gaze softening. "Gloria...I'm sorry you are hurt. I'm sorry about your past, and I'm sorry about everything you've gone through. I want to help you. We want to help you. But we can't help you unless you admit that you need it. This is your chance to start over, to have a new life and make great friends. I believe in you."

"All I want is for her to let us go and to never talk to us again. I really believe there are beings out there there are beyond help, but if you think you can help her, by all means, be my guest," Amina said, waving her hand towards Gloria. She sighed. "Look, I don't think we can be friends, at least not at first. Friendships take time to build, but I'm willing to give it a shot."

Sailor Moon bit her lip, looking around at her companions. "Gloria, not everyone is going to like you. If you want to become a human and life a normal life and make friends, you have to understand that there are people in this world who won't accept you as you are, and that's not your fault. It's a hard obstacle, I know, but that's where your real friends come in. They can help you when times get tough, trust me."

The Guardian of the Moon glanced at Amina, silently thanking her for the slight change of heart. Hopefully, it would be enough.

Sailor Moon leaned closer to Gloria, cupping a hand to her ear and whispering,

Sighing, knowing that if they ever wanted to get out of there, she had to at least try, Amina reached out to grab the umbrella and hold it. Speaking softly, she murmured to Gloria. "I know Hotaru was the only one that you learned from about how to make friends, but what she did was wrong and not how you go about making friends. She wasn't quite herself and I know she feels bad about it."

Amina giggled as Brycen continued to lick her face. "Hey Gloria, how about letting us go home. We can maybe do something this weekend," she asked.

A wide grin spread across Sailor Moon's face. Finally, they had won Amina over. A wave of relief washed over her as she twirled her Eternal Tiare between her fingers.

"Ready, Gloria?" she asked, winking.

Leah was relieved when Amina was able to try and give Gloria a chance, it was a start. She called out to Gloria. "If you want us to be your friends, it will take work on your end to, but I know you can do it."


She was hoping that once they were all out Leah, Gloria and the others could go and hang out sometime soon.

"Heh, weird spirit girl..." Sailor Ganymede smiled as Anima played with Brycen. It was nice to see Gloria acting normal. It seemed the girl really did want friends if she was willing to change that fast.

"Yeah, home would be nice. We can get ice cream or something later," he said.
