Appearance: A lot of Orlaith’s features are dark, which makes her bright yellow eyes stand out even more. She has an darker olive complexion that is not normal on the sunlight deprived Titan. She inherited her skin color from her father, who is not originally from Titan. Orlaith’s hair is long and dark rich brown in color. She often has her hair up in varying different braided styles, both for ease and out of necessity. As she does not often have time to properly style her hair, braids make for a fashionable style that is easy to do and keeps her hair out of her line of sight. Though this often leads to her braids being fairly messy in look.

Orlaith has a thick and muscular build, her muscles strong and honed in hours of training and many battles. Though her facial features seem to be the exact opposite of this, and are rather delicate, with long lashes and full lips.

For clothing, Orlaith generally is in her senshi form for most of the time. But, when she does decide to appear as a civilian, she prefers clothing that is loose and flowing and feminine, allowing for maximum movement. She tends to go for blacks and white with accents of gold and orange for her color palette. Her favorite outfit is a plain white blouse with a black sash that creates a single sleeve and then ties at the shoulder. She pairs this with a black skirt with gold trim, and gold sandles that cross around her ankles several times.

Civilian Outfit:

Personality: Orlaith can first appear to be large and imposing, which can sometimes frighten people out of even attempting to approach her. But Orlaith is both warm and enthusiastic, and she can often be found smiling brightly at those who interact with her. She has a warm love of life which can brighten a room. It seems impossible, when there is such a dark war going on around them, but this only makes Orlaith cling more tightly to her dream of a brighter future. She doesn’t allow the darkness to steep into her life, and she has to believe that things can get better - that they WILL get better - or else she might be lost to the darkness as well.

Only able to see the world in broad strokes, Orlaith can become almost bored by the minor details, and doesn’t like to spend much time on dealing with what she believes are trivial every-day things. Chores and paper work are things she has absolutely no patience for, but dealing with others and making them feel better, those are things she will put her entire self into without hesitation. Because she has such strong ideas about what matters in the long run, she can often lose out on the magic of the small things since she only focuses on the big things.

She can become emotionally excitable at times, especially when she gets to think of all the possibilities of the future, though sometimes people can think she is being too loud and insincere. But she believes strongly in the idea of a better future, and so she gets very excited just thinking about a world where everyone can be safe and at ease, and she and her fellow senshi could be great friends with one another. She believes the world and its people are full of potential, and that it is all a great thing to behold. This can lead to her going from project to project, person to person, very easily. It isn’t that she loses her passion for them, it’s just that the new possibility has taken over and she can’t stop herself from putting her energy into the new thing. Orlaith needs to learn to calm herself sometimes, so that she can focus her passion into a more productive way.

Though she does love to be around other people and is genuinely interested in knowing as many people as possible, Orlaith sometimes does need to take time to herself to sort of recooperate. She gives 110% of herself in everything she does, and so sometimes she must turn herself off for a few hours, to just give herself some alone time. She fears that sometimes she might lose herself. There is Chaos everywhere, infecting the world and it is a constant worry to her. But not only that, she also worries that perhaps she gives away so much of herself that perhaps she is only an empty vessel with no real substance of her own.

Orlaith believes that personal relationships are incredibly important, and she likes to be accepted and friendly with other people, and because of this, it bothers her greatly that she does not know her fellow senshi well at all. But there is never any time for them to get to know eachother, to learn about one another. And because winning the war is even more important, Orlaith has to let her personal involvement with the other senshi slip away for the greater good of their fight against Chaos. But her heart longs to know her fellow senshi better.

As a senshi, Orlaith is strong and capable, and is both alert and sensitive to what is going on around her. She is able to look at each of her fellow senshi and know where each of them excel and uses that to their advantage, because she is able to look at the big picture and put together the pieces. A risk-taker at heart, sometimes Orlaith can make some big mistakes because she has an inability to see the small details and never takes them into account when coming to a decision, and this leads her to jump to the wrong conclusion.

As the leader of the Saturnian senshi, Orlaith tries to be the best leader she can be. She is good at delegating tasks, and is able to be a quick thinker. She genuinely cares for her fellow senshi, even though she does not know them on a personal level. One of her biggest dreams is for her and the other senshi to become close friends.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Orlaith knows a lot about medicinal herbs and other medical practices, due to her father’s influences. In a world full of magic, it might not be the quickest way to heal a wound, but when there are no other alternatives, Orlaith has found it is good to know these things, just in case.

History: Orlaith’s birth was a joyous bright light that brought days of celebration to Titan. It brightened up the darkness that has covered most of the world, a world full of battle and death. And so the people of Titan clung to the happiness that only a new life could bring. Because of this, Orlaith’s parents named her “golden princess”, in honor of the golden color of their home as well as the happiness she brought with her.

Though the bright time was short-lived, as Orlaith’s mother had to resume her duties as Sailor Titan, and Orlaith was then brought up by the people of Titan and her father. She was a happy child, and was able to bring laughter to her home, though she was sometimes difficult for her father to handle. He is a calm man, who smiles often and is very optimistic, which is one of the big factors that helped Orlaith retain her love for the future. Because he knows a lot about herbs and has trained to know the best way to close wounds and to keep them from festering, he works as a doctor for the injured people who come to Titan in refuge from the war. Growing up alongside her father, Orlaith learned these same practices, and when she was older, helped out in the sick houses as well.

Through her entire life, Orlaith has been training. One day she would be the leader of the Saturnian senshi, and it would be up to her to keep the group together, to keep Saturn and its many moons safe from Chaos’s infectious darkness. So she trained and trained, honing her body into a weapon of muscle and strength. But she spent a lot of time getting to know other people as well. She would never be content to be alone and simply train and fight her life away. People and relationships are important to her, and so Orlaith spent a lot of time trying to brighten the days of anyone she could.

She didn’t spend much time with her mother, but she never was bitter about it. She knew that what her mother did was important. When she did see her mother, it was often to attend the meetings alongside her mother when she and other senshi and political delegates of all Saturn’s moons came together in the Hall of Saturn to discuss the war and come up with their next plan of action. It was an honor to attend the meetings at the Hall, and Orlaith soaked in all of the information like a sponge, knowing she would one day have to lead these meetings as well.

One night, in a sudden rush of nearly painful energy, Orlaith awoke from a dream in which her mother was saying goodbye to her. A henshin rod was clasped in her hands, and as Orlaith stared down at it, she cried, knowing that it had not been an ordinary dream. She had always known that one day she would become Sailor Titan, it was something she knew since she was barely old enough to form full sentences. But she had never spent much time thinking about the fact that her mother would have to die before the powers would transfer from mother to daughter. Those kinds of details are things Orlaith hated to think about. And now the truth of it all came crashing down on her incredibly hard, and it took a lot of effort to get up to tell her father the news.

Her transition into becoming the new Sailor Titan was not a difficult one. All of the training and experience made for an easy time to get used to the weight of her new duties. 8 years have gone by since she became Sailor Titan, and throughout them Orlaith has strived to do her best to be as good a leader as her mother.

It is during one of the meetings at the Hall of Saturn in which Orlaith and the other senshi are told of the talismans that will, once gathered together, awaken Sailor Saturn. Orlaith had heard of legends about Sailor Saturn, there are many different tales to be said about the mythical princess senshi. And it is then that she decides to gather together a smaller group the Saturnian senshi, so that they could go into the dark depths of Saturn to find these ‘talismans’, and awaken Sailor Saturn so that they will finally have the strength of their princess senshi to fight alongside them.

Other Noteworthy Facts: After years and years of training, Orlaith is incredibly strong. But she is not very quick or agile, and instead must rely on her strength and power to keep her from taking too much damage at one time.

Storyline Specific Information:
Birth of Silence: In the ancient past, a war is fought between Chaos and all of those who oppose him. The planets and their senshi fight endlessly to try and bring a better future for everyone. Saturn, however, has no senshi, and so it is up to its moons to protect the planet. However, when told of a way to summon Saturn's princess senshi, the Saturnian moon senshi gather together in order to complete this quest, and to finally find their princess.


Senshi Name: Sailor Titan
Realm of Influence: Cryovolcanism and Smog
Henshin/Transformation Phrase: Titan Power, Make Up!
Senshi Fuku: Sailor Titan's main colors are dusty orange and tan, with accents of bright blue, similar to the blue hue seen in photographs around Titan itself. She has a white leotard that forms petal-like cuts of fabric that go around her shoulders. Her tiara is gold with an orange gem in the center, and she has an unadorned orange ribbon around her neck. Her collar sash doesn't stop at her back, but continues in length to form a cloak. Instead of gloves, she has golden armored bracers that protect her forearms. At her waist is a skirt that is colored in a gradient of her three colors. She has two tan bows on her uniform, one in the font of her bodice, accented with an orange gem, and one at the back of her waist. Her boots are knee-high, and have a series of tan straps held in place by golden crescent-shaped buckles.

Powers:
Frigid Eruption!: This is Sailor Titan's main attack. From Sailor Titan's hands comes a freezing liquid mix that she uses in various ways. The liquid freezes incredibly quickly, so in close range she uses it to freeze parts of her enemy's body (or if they are weak enough, they can be encased entirely), before shattering them with her hammer. She can also shoot the liquid up in the air, creating a mist that freezes into hard pellets that gain momentum and crash into her enemies. She can vary the size of these ice pellets, depending on how she focuses the attack. She can use this attack in a defensive way as well, freezing particular enemies while she attacks other ones.

Acid Rain!: This attack creates a rain cloud similar to the kind that can be found on Titan. The cloud itself is very hard to detect, nearly invisible, and the rain that falls from it are slow but large droplets of pure poison methane. Titan must contain it within a small area, but the entire designated area is blanketed in these slow moving droplets, which inflict an enemy with poison, causing them to weaken and take damage over time. The effect is strengthened the longer an enemy is in the rain, and continues for a period of time after they leave the area.

Golden Titanides Meditation: When using this attack, Sailor Titan channels the strength and power of those who are her home's namesake, and she becomes encased in a golden glow. She is imbued with incredible strength and is more resistant to attacks, making her almost like a strong tank. However, it takes constant concentration and although she can keep it going for as long as she can keep focus, she is unable to use any of her other attacks, only able to rely on her hammer to fight with. Also, once it is over with, she will be drained and weaker than normal, leaving her more vulnerable.

Weapons or Magical Items:
Sotra Hammer: Sailor Titan's weapon, it is named for one of the cryovolcanoes that can be found on her home moon, and the same cryovolcano in which the hammer was first made. It is a large warhammer with a metal handle with intricate gold weavings making its way up towards the head of the hammer, which is made entirely of ice that never shatters. It is as hard as rock, and has a blue sheen, though in the center there seems to glow a golden light that never fades. Titan almost always has this hammer with her when fighting, though she can summon it or make it disappear at will.

The fighting dummy in front of her bent to her strength, but it bounced back, only to be pushed once more under the force of her fist. Orlaith continued to focus all of her power into the fight, punching again and again, kicking the side, and then punching once more. She imagined it to be one of the many different kinds of monsters she had fought in the past, and that only pushed her on further. She couldn't relent, she couldn't stop, she had to keep fighting or else more people would get hurt.

And she wouldn't let that happen.

The wooden support broke, and the cloth dummy fell to the ground.

Orlaith stood still for a moment, breathing heavily, before the sound of applause broke her out of her focused thoughts.

Standing up straight, Orlaith let her hands relax and she glanced over to the crowd that had gathered to watch her training. It wasn't unusual for her to bring about a crowd. Many of Titan's civilians knew of her, and curiosity was something they couldn't quite keep at bay.

Most of them were children this time, it seemed. Orlaith smiled at them and walked over. "Good show, huh?"

All of them began to talk at once, making it impossible to understand anything at all. Orlaith chuckled, and drank from her flask of water, letting them get their excitement out of their system.

Once they calmed a bit, one boy spoke up. "Can you teach me to do that?"

"Me too?"

"And me!"

Orlaith tilted her head to the side, looking at each child in turn. She smiled again. "You want to learn?" Her answer was a myriad of nodding heads. "Alright, I can teach you. I'll warn you all now, it can be difficult work. But if you practice every day, you'll grow stronger and stronger, and you'll be able to defend yourself."

It was not exactly true. They would grow stronger, that part was true, and they might even be able to defend theirselves against normal bullies and the like. But if Chaos were to attack their village, no amount of training would save any of them.

The thought saddened her, but Orlaith put her attention onto the excited faces of the children. They were ready to learn, all of them talking in an excited flurry.

Learning to fight might not save them in the war, but it gave them hope, and hope was important. Orlaith clung to hope as well. And she knew that hope would get them through the day with a smile on their face.  

And perhaps that was enough.

Ahh, she is so lovely and I want to hug her. I didn't expect her to be this loving and so warm towards people! She reminds me of Usagi and Mako. But her worrying about just being an empty shell inside broke my heart ;_; I think that she can be the person that could reach out to Pandora ^^

So just to confirm, the hammer is just a physical weapon and doesn't have additional magical powers? (I mean I know it's magical and has magical properties, but like... it can't shoot laser beams or whatever xD)

To clarify: The hammer is a physical weapon, yes haha =]! I was going to have it be able to freeze enemies, but instead I made that into a magical attack, so now she just uses the hammer as a weapon and that's it xD
