I've read somewhere that Naoko meant for the girls to be in Juuban Senior High School during the Dream arc , can any of confirm or deny this? (With evidence preferably.)

There's this from the materials collection... it's before the images of the trio. The uniforms look different from the second image, which is one of the first images.

Well they were in high school during the beginning of the Dream arc in the manga. This is from the end of Act 38 (the last act of S - note how her brooch is still Cosmic)

If I'm going to write a novelisation of the Sailormoon anime, with aspects and/or scenes from the manga, should I use the manga version or the anime version in regards to the Juuban Senior High School uniform?

There's no link, it's just a plant connection. Jupiter happens to be the Wood planet in a Japanese, so I guess Takeuchi just wanted to use coconuts. XD

I'd go with making the SuperS season between school years, or just go with the entire season being a partial dream or something.

Eh? Partial dream? No, thanks. I don't a week (between the school years) is enough time for everything to occur, now summer break (which one or two month long in Japan). I think I have the girls entire their first year of senior high before Stars. I swear, I read somewhere that Naoko wanted to have them start their first year of senior high before Stars.... Oh, well.

It's still her locket from S (Infinity Arc) because this scene is from the very very beginning of SuperS (Dream Arc), way before we see it changed to the Crisis Compact ^^
