As for the BINGO and Fuku redesign...I'll keep those as backup events if there isn't enough ideas for it, but since we are doing a Fuku redesign and BINGO for the Bash and they're so close together, I'd like to try and not repeat the same events as much as possible! But will definitely keep them in mind! Thanks for the ideas! <3

Ooh, maybe to be different from the Double Moon Bash, you can host an anniversary card contest instead? That way people can include their poems/words in it

i think i am going to go with a song title scramble

so here is the basic example

i can request bumpers like 1-3 wins 4-6, 7-9 and 10+ and have a particpant bumper

if i do lyrics it will be in romanized version something like this

kore ijou muri yo matenai wa 
sure sure de owarasenai de

the song is la sodier...but of course i would not pick the first two lines.


just wanted to give a basic example.

It's touchy feely and it's a break from all the games and fun things and it's more serious. Plus it's an anniversary for it, so I think it'd be cool to have a place where everyone can talk about GC ^^

And that sounds like a good idea Hikari ^^ I think maybe you could do both? Mixing up the name of the song is a lot easier to figure out so that's good! Where as figuring out the lyrics, since they are in another language, is a lot harder! So maybe doing a mix of the two? And I like the bumpers idea, but I dunno how many rounds you'll be able to do in the two weeks or so that it runs for? Maybe a round a day or something =o

yea i can mix it up and do a round a day, maybe have a participatory bumper and the person who gets the most songs right gets a siggie

Oh! Haha I'm doing a guess the image one xD So I guess we both can! Since mine will be random stuff from the anime and such! I dunno how well the sera myu will go over though =o Not as many have seen/are in to it, but it's worth a shot if you'd like!

We also really need to get this figured out, I know it sucks since there is an event going on already, but this is launching soon to! So everyone needs to get the stuff for their contest done and ready to go soon!

I found a card marker for the idea that Mercury pitched. I had almost given up on finding a decent one.

I <3 all the patterns and decorations and pretties...but am I just blind? Or can you not actually write stuff inside the card?

I'm thinking of finding a carnival-style flash game and have everyone compete against each other for the most points. I think that could be fun!

Technically you can....but not a lot. You have to get pass the decoration part and then you can "write" on the back. So like people would just have to send me whatever they would put in the card separately when they turn in their entries. That's the only downside of it but honestly this was the only good card decorating game I could find so I think it's worth it.

Soooo is making a anniversary card for GC going to be an event? No has confirmed if it was or wasn't.

Hmm...true. I guess I'll just participate this time unless you guys need a judge or something.

i think it could be an event but not like the best card, because if people are writing poems or heartfelt things, then everyone is a winner.

Maybe we can combine the card decorating with the GC appreciation threads. That way people can write why they love GC and make cards that don't have to be judged.

Alright guys, the Bash is pretty much over besides a little bit of voting that's still going on! SO! That means we have 5 days to get everything finalized for the Anni! How is everyone's planning/events/whatever going? Are they done, being worked on? Not started yet? =o Let me know ^^;;;

I'm still working on the carnival-esque sprites. I'll have at least the 4 inners posted in this thread tonight, my time.

i just have to compile a list of songs. i am thinking of doing like 3-5 a day, one from each adaptation and having members PM me their answers to prevent cheating. because 1 a day, my inbox might get full fast.
