Oh we are definitely going to do tinychats/admin chats those were hella.

Let's see... We're also in actual talks about graphic goodies and whatnot, so you guys are all aware.

In the meantime I'm gonna try and see if I can come up with anything a little different/fun for people to do during the anni as well.

And an idea hit! Perhaps to really get people participating we can have a bumper collection thing like "participated the most" and whatnot. And you collect like a little stamp or button or something, just something small, indicating that you participated (and can only be received via PM). You'd turn in a submission of these little "stamps" or whatever to me and you get a special bumper or something. I dunno. Just a thought.

i'm so down for this! we can watch sm related videos, or other stuff we find interesting. <3 it'd be so cool to do this as a sitewide event or as a lotus event.

I really like Mar's idea. It's a good way to get people participating in games they normally wouldn't try.

Ok I'm all caught up on discussion. I like that idea Marsie! What if instead of stamps, we did it like "ticketS" and onc eyou get so many tickets, you can redeem them? Kinda like at the arcade or a fair or something. ^_^

i like this idea, a little token reward system....(biased as a teacher) these types of things are so great, and the anticipation of what you get when submitting the stamps/ buttons is what makes you want to participate.

Edit: Fixed, but now it bothers me that it only has Moon and Chibi Moon when it's for the anniversary, lol. I don't know how you guys plan to count how many tickets a person has and how to verify it, but I was thinking maybe I can make individual senshi tickets instead and they'd be handed out randomly, and people can try to collect them all? And we can still have the award for the person who gets the most tickets but a very special prize to the lucky person who got the whole set? Which would make everyone want to participate in all the things in search of that one coveted ticket

Like if you collect them all you can redeem for prize x but if you have like lets say like 3 tickets you can redeem this prize type of thing? It sounds cool though

Yeah, you'd still have different prizes for different amount of tickets regardless of their type. But if one person is lucky enough to collect all types they get a special prize ^^

I read what Marsie said about the anni being carnival-esque. One thing came to mind~ I don't know if it's the type of carnival you had in mind, but I might as well of given it a go.

Also since you said you wanted to make sprites for the anni, the other admin and I have been planning out a different giveaway thing (like how we do the daily giveaway of digital goodies for Festibration) but more like a goodie bag type deal. I want to include your sprites in the goodiebags so once we get an idea of exactly everything we'll want, we'll let you know.

Ooooh, sounds interesting with the goodie back idea!! So, should I do the rest of the Senshi in festival get-up like I have with Minako here? Or not?

Personally I love the idea, but I wanna see what Mars thinks too so maybe hold off before starting on them.

We needs more games and activities!

We can do a design yourself as a Senshi contest or something? Or redesign a senshi scout. I don't know what sunyeons has planned for the graphics contest. 

I could host Hangman Sailor Moon style, where all the guesses could be well known phrases from SM or a character name or a place in the chat box. 

Other games: True or false. State something about a character or a staff member and the people have to guess if its true or false. First person to reach 20 points wins. 

You could also do one word stories where every person adds one word to the story.

can i host a guess that sera myu character game?

or a song scramble and guessing the song and rearraning the lyrics (its a working idea in my head)
