Simon felt for Clara and Cyndi as well, who would break the news to her family. He wanted to help catch the murderer in any way he could. Not knowing if the clue he and other housemates found in the kitchen would help, he spoke up. " I was in the kitchen with Bethany and she saw some interesting spices, and one of them was pink salt." Do you think it could be poison?" He wasn't sure if the clue would helped but decided it was better than keeping quiet.

Mr Crabtree had been still in the dining room when he heard the screams. He figured it was those pesky kids again getting all worked up over nothing, but slowly walked through to the living room regardless. There, he saw the crying girls and the visibly shaken group.  He caught the chatter of another murder. Ridiculous.

"What??" He barked. "Are you immature kids trying to make this a big drama? That'd be something good to tell your friends back home, wouldn't it? Don't you have any respect for the dead..?" He glared at the group of holidaymakers gathered in the room.

Tara was startled when Mr. Crabtree came into the room and started yelling at them.  This was turning into a drama like the ones her older sister would watch after a huge breakup.  Now that Cyndi was gone, the possibility that Mr. Manners had died of old age or something was gone... wait, how did Mr. Manners die?  Tara's face contorted between a mix of being astounded and confused.  She left Clara to the others and walked into the Dining Room to search Mr. Manners' body for his cause of death.  She didn't want to tell anybody what her thinking was in case she was wrong and they all wanted to question her again. Hey at least she has ideas....

"What?! Cyndi?!" Stu stood up the moment her name was mentioned. "Oh God... no, this can't be... We have three kids! She can't be dead!"

He walked over to Clara and demanded, "What did you do to her?! I was in your room searching earlier and I found a diary belonging to Tara. She mentioned that you've been acting funny since this morning? What's that all about? Explain this!"

He brandished the diary he'd found, his mind whirling a mile a minute. Cyndi could not be dead. She just couldn't be. Oh, this was all his fault for saying he didn't care... He should've stuck by her.

Tara walked into the Dining Room and saw Mr. Manners, draped over the back of the chair, his head nearly touching the table.  She stopped for a moment before taking a deep breath, "it's just like those people on the tv show," she whispered to herself.  Tara approached Mr. Manners' body and began to look around, it didn't take her long to find out what killed him.  Tara came running back into the Living Room to share the news with the others.  "I finally know how Mr. Manners' died!"  She looked around at everyone, things looked really tense, like an underclassmen just got caught sleeping with a professor intense.  She ignored this and continued on"his head is purple and his neck is severely bruised, now I'm not a doctor but that definitely sounds like he was strangled to me."  She looked down at her nails contemplating how many manicures it would take to get that feeling off her hand.

Strangulation? He thought there were no outer injury on Mr. Manners. Stu didn't have time to think much of this however, as he still had some more evidence to present, that being Tara's diary.

Yay! I finally made it to this adorable bed and breakfast with Sara and Clara, my Sorority
Sisters for a much needed rest! I mean seriously school is just so boring :/ I wish I could go on trips
with my girls all the time XD !! I normally wouldn’t come to a place like this but it’s old and tiny which
makes it adorable and totally cool. The downtown square is pretty rad too, they have all these old
places that you can walk into and it’s like time travel or whatever.

Second Entry
OMG Mr. Manners is DEAD!!! Like how is that even possible?? We were just walking in to
the Dining Room this morning and found him there. It’s sad really I mean men are people too they
don’t deserve to be murdered especially someone as nice as he was. After we found his body this big
dude told us that we couldn’t leave because one of us had to be the murderer. He knew this because
of the security system or something like that. I went to check on my girls Sara and Clara but Clara
got upset at what the nervous girl said and went to the kitchen. I went to check on her but before I
could even get to her she went off to search by herself! The nerve of that girl! And here I was
wanting to help her… Well she’s not been doing too well today anyways; she’s been acting kind of
funny since we got up this morning, not like my sister at all. I was peeved that she ignored me so I
went off to search by myself and somehow ended up in the same room as her, agh! Well I wasn’t
going to give up, I continued to search and look for something that would help find the murderer.
Simon was there and more people joined us as well. As we looked around we found 2 books, one had
something to do with teaching English and the other was a diary. I figured that whoever the diary
belonged to may be the murderer because he wanted Mr. Manners’ money. The other girl figured that
the English book belonged to the same person. All the talk about the murder got me worried about
Sara since I had left her behind so we went back to the Dining Room. Hopefully someone has figured
out who did this to poor Mr. Manners…

Clara looked at the man angrily and stood up," Why are you accusing me?!?" "I came here for some relaxation and girl-bonding time, that's why!"

Samantha wasn't sure what to think, of the diary that had just been read out loud.   "maybe we should wait till we have better proof before we point fingers" she said

Simon's face lit up at what he believed was evidence. He got closer to the group and asked Stu- " can I have a look at that diary, I think it may be of some use to our group."

"Hey, that's my diary, if you need it for evidence then just look at that page only!"  Tara was offended that everyone was running through her diary like the latest issue of People.  They didn't even pay any attention when she had mentioned somebody else's earlier.

Abigale looked around the room, boggled by all of the chaos that was starting to happen. She knew that eventually the accusing would start, but nobody really seemed to know anything that was useful. She got up from her chair, starting to get a headache from everyone talking and yelling, and left the room to  search the house.

Clara stomped off to search the dining room.

Stu handed the diary to Simon, deciding his priorities weren't finding out an answer from someone who would likely just deny everything anyway. He had hoped Tara would be able to fill in on why she thought Clara had been acting strange, but clearly she was also too busy being upset about her diary being shown to everyone. No matter; right now he needed to check on his wife. He would never forgive himself if he had any part in causing the permanent loss of the mother of his children.

Stu went off to the basement.

Simon decided it was time he found some answers. He decided to search the house.

"Hm... Kyle, do you mind if we split up this search round?" Bethany asked. As she asked, she stood up and left to search the house.

Kyle was surprised by the comment but nodded. He didn't feel too comfortable letting her go off without him to be there looking out for her, but if that was what she wanted, then he wasn't going to stop her.

Following the lead of the others, Kyle left the room to search the house.

Alejandro left to search the house.

Following Clara, Sara left to search the house. 

Tara left to search the house. 

Samantha leaves the room to search for clues

Sara found her way back to the living room. 

"I guess I'm the first one here..." she said, looking warily around the room.

Bethany arrived in the living room. "I couldn't find anything," she told Sara. "Did you have better luck?"

Samantha walks about to the living room.   She sees that Sara and Bethany  are already there.

"I thought I found something, but it turned out to be a hatstand." Sara responded. Did you find something too?

Simon made his way back to the living room. He did not have any news to share with the group.

Alejandro made his way back to the living room. All around it seemed everyone came up empty-handed. It bothered him that nothing was getting accomplished. Another search and Alejandro couldn't find anything either. "I find nothing," he stated with a sound of melancholy in his tone. It seemed all they could do now was wait for someone to find something and pray another person did not die.
