I'm sure they'll be focusing on one season at a time so this is what we'll be seeing as of right now. There's also the possibility they'll leak things out showing more of all the other Senshi and what might be to come.

This series is probably going to be a lot darker than the original anime because the manga... well... it's pretty messed up in quite a few parts.

I agree, totally.
I'm waiting to see how they do the part where Serenity takes her own life. They kind of weedled around it in the original anime. It was a totally heart-wrecking scene for me when I read the manga.

wow, that is gorgeous. i can't imagine how it'll look animated..quite pleased!^^ don't really feel like geeking out, but i am happy. i also hope they will do all the seasons. but at least now we know, the animation style is an improvement over the original. good start to things, good start. let's hope the ball keeps rolling.

I'm assuming the same, but probably just because they won't have enough viewers to keep it going for as long as the 90's one. I mean I know we all love SM but there's no way it'll get even close to as many viewers as the old anime so I doubt they'll keep it going. Although I hope it at least goes long enough to see my chibi moon   

Have they actually said if there would be more than one season? Because I've seen so many people talking about what they want for the other seasons but I've never seen confirmation of whether or not there will be more than one season...  

Personally, the fact that they are hosting it in 10 different subs, speaks a lot.. honestly, I fully expect nico nico to crash from viewer ratings...

@Brandi: How could they not have enough viewers? Sailor Moon is still popular and it's been 20 years. We're all fans of an anime that aired in the early 90s. I have many friends who aren't the biggest Sailor Moon fans and they're even looking forward to the comeback. I'm confident it's going to be big.

I'm crossing my fingers hard that they won't deviate from the manga. It's by far my favorite version. I'd love for more accurate personalities, particularly for Rei and Mamoru.

Oh I know it will be big, I'm just worrying that it won't be as big as they want it to be and that they won't keep it going for long. But I REALLY hope that's not the case, I'm just a pessimist

OMG!!!!!!! It's actually happening! The link won't seem to work for me, but I've seen the picture from Brandi posting it. I LOVE the new logo. The drawing style looks rather difficult to animate if they aren't just using that as a character reference image.
