So, in the manga it was explicitly stated that the generals were born again after the destruction of the Moon Kingdom. Do you think the same thing happened to Beryl?

I think it did. I think Beryl was a girl, a little older than Usagi, who was drawn into the Dark Kingdom because of promises of power. Maybe she was a top student, and maybe the boy she had a crush on saw her as nothing more than a nerd. Maybe she "looked" like a nerd, with thick glasses and messy red hair and was painfully shy, unable to garner the attention of the one person she was interested in, and maybe she was promised power and beauty so that he would have to notice her. And by the time she noticed that something was wrong was after she had already been twisted into Queen Beryl and her memories were forcibly returned to her.

What do you all think?

Hmmm I never thought about Beryl being reborn. You just accepted the fact that she was there and trying gain power. XD

If Beryl was reborn then yes something must have happened to her to remember her past life. I can't picture her being a nerd though. I think it was stated somewhere Endymion and her were engaged and it was broke off because he didn't love her?  So maybe in her next life she had a boyfriend and he left her from another woman. Maybe they were married or engaged. I picture her being her late 20s or early 30s.

Now there's a thought, what if Beryl had been married, with children, and her husband left her and took the kids, and she was in a very, very dark place and just wanted revenge? And she was promised a chance for revenge, but she ended up twisted, and she forgot that she even had any children at all, let alone that she had a husband.

And just for a plot twist, and because I think that all of these villians have, like, a giant meeting every now and then, when if Ves Ves was Beryl's daughter, and she just forgot?

Well I can agree with her having children and forgetting, but I dont see her being Ves's mother. The quartet were asleep waiting to be awaken to be Chibiusa's protectors until they were awoken by the Queen N. Well at least in the manga as for the anime than maybe she could be Beryl's daughter.

I think she was reborn. However, Metalia still had a hold on her soul and called to Beryl, reawakening past memories and drawing Beryl to unleash the Dark Kingdom into the present day.

I thought in the manga they say beryl was in love with Endymion and was jealous of his love for serenity?

Yep!  In manga canon, it seems she just love Endymion and was possibly close enough to him to be able to hang around the palace, but grew jealous and allowed Metalia to corrupt her.  It seems based on those scenes in the manga, she was reborn and found the Dark Kingdom again in the north pole. Maybe she was an ICE QUEEN BEFORE SHE LET IT GO. HAR HAR. >.> *cough*

Anyway, I wanted to bring up (even though we are discussing the manga, but just throw this in the mix) that in Myu canon **WARNING THIS CAN BE SPOILER IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN ANY OF THE MUSICALS** , Beryl was actually engaged to Endymion and Princess Serenity stole him away from her (basically Serenity kinda seduced Endymion and Endymion had fallen in love with her, but it is also fate Serenity and Endymion fell in love, cause their romance happens over and over no matter how many times they are reincarnated). She also refers to herself as Queen of the Earth, so she was in fact a Queen to begin with (whether or not it was the ENTIRE earth or just a large kingdom is unknown).

In Dark Kingdom, she says as long as there is hatred she will be revived over and over again. So it seems to suggest that she can be revived, but not necessarily reborn as a new person over and over again. 

In the Stars based musicals, she is revived by Sailor Galaxia and they often go into Princess Serenity and Endymion's past.

Omg, i totally worded that sentence wrong. I meant the story goes a bit into Serenity and Endymion's past, not Galxia and Beryl literally going into the past (but omg that would make for a silly Myu canon fanfic. xD)
