The Senshi Name: Sailor Arcus

Influences/powers: Sailor Arcus is a descendant of a vast pantheon of gods so she derives her abilities from the heavens but also from her own non-god influenced strength. She favors the bow and arrow as that was the weapon bestowed to her upon her goddesses, Artemis--the goddess of the hunt, animals, and virginity--and Skadi--the goddess of winter, justice, and knowledge. Having these associations, Arcus has communicative abilities with animals, in particular wild predatory animals such as wild dogs, wolves, big and domestic cats alike.  With her abilties deriving from the two goddesses, she also is able to use magic with her arrows, forming ice and light powered arrows.

Brief Description Paragraph:  Arcus is an outcast from the realm of the gods due to her ill-fated lineage. Her mother, who she has long been forgotten, was raped by Zeus in ancient times and gave birth to Arcus. Wanting nothing to do with the bastard half-god child, she abandoned her baby alone in the wilderness. Artemis, on one of her many hunts, came across the child, instantly recognizing the babe's origins. She named her Arcus, the name meaning "bow" like the weapon Artemis loved using. Arcus lived a small time amongst the gods, having been pitied upon by Artemis, who took her under her wing.  By modern times, the gods and goddesses of the ancient world came together under one pantheon, residing in the Norse other world of Asgard. Along with Artemis, Skadi, who felt the pain of Archus's fate, as her race of gods were refused to live amongst the other gods in Asgard, took pity upon her, bestowing her with powers and gifts to make her a powerful Soldier, one that could eventually defend the Earth if need be. When they were finally forced to cast Archus out, Skadi allowed Archus to rest in a deep slumber, frozen from time, deep in the northern mountains of the earth.

Upon the rise of the Sailor Soldiers and then Neo Queen Serenity's reign of the earth, the Sailor Wars had all but too soon arrived to Earth. It was at this time, Skadi and Artemis, who, along with the other gods, grew worried of the state of the universe and its unbalance due to Chaos's havoc from the Sailor Wars, awakened Archus to fight along side the Sol System Sailor Soldiers, who were at that point beginning to weaken. 

Archus now lives amongst the Sol System Sailor Soldiers in Crystal Tokyo and tries to adjust to a human life on Earth. It is difficult for her as she never had much time to interact with others, besides her mother Goddesses. She is quiet, keeps to herself, and her many animal companions.


Archus is based off of the sport of Archery. Archery is derived from the latin word Arcus, hence her name.



Senshi Name: Sailor Midori Sprint

Influences/Powers: Speed, ability to catch materialized "shadows" when in senshi form.

Info: Midori was born in Japan and is half Swiss, half Japanese. Her main personality could be described to be that of an energetic and strong willed girl. She is a high school student who spends most of her free time practicing her track and field abilities as running is a big part of her life. However, she can be found walking around the town from time to time which may seem quite weird considering the fact that she is usually seen either practicing or staying home, listening to music.

The reason behind her long walks is one she has not told anyone about. In reality, she tries to find and catch "shadows" that seem to be responsible for incidents happening in the town. At the current moment her main job is to find out the origin of these "shadows" and if someone is materializing them. Midori is able to use and control speed in a very different way than normal humans when in senshi form and her senshi fuku was specially designed for her to be able to move as freely as possible.
