Also I have two theories you could consider for why the Senshi are only in their Super forms: one is that the time lines are actually split so the Senshi of the 30th century that we see never gained their Eternal fuku.  The second is you could relate it to how the Musicals treated Sailor Moon's different forms. Each form was like a power up and in several musicals she would start off as Sailor Moon, then power up to Super, then at the end for the final battle, power up to Eternal. The senshi could just always stay in the Super form and only power up to Eternal when its truly needed.  It could also conserve energy since it seems they stay in their fukus almost all the time and I'm sure the Eternal power up may be more energy costing than the Super.

I have a tendency to want to over-explain things, I guess. XD;; I know some people find it frustrating to read about characters that don't make obvious connections about what's in front of them. I can see Chibi Usa not thinking about the fact that Shou and Helios are the same person as something that might be frustrating for people, so I want to clarify why it took her so long to start suspecting a connection between Shou and Helios.

I personally ascribe to something similar to the second theory you have about why the senshi are in their Super form. But I also suspect (because nothing about this issue was address in canon) that Naoko Takeuchi might've just forgotten to draw the girls in their Eternal form in the 30th century. A mangaka's schedule is pretty crazy, and it's not uncommon for artists to make mistakes. She might've decided to just roll with it rather than going back and correcting what she had already drawn.

I think it makes sense for Chibiusa to draw conclusions now. What she met Helios when she was like 10? And she's now what 16? It's been awhile since she seen the guy so I can understand her thought process. 

Also I enjoy this update! I thought it was sweet that Usagi wanted to celebrate their birthday together! Such a good mama!!

Ah! That makes sense! I just like reading and figuring it out on my own...and trying to interpret the intent of the author. But thats just me. :3

And yeah, I mainly subscribed to the out of universe explanation that Naoko just forgot (all continuity errors in the manga are honestly just little mistakes). xD But if we need an inverse explanation, I'm down with my second theory too (its one of the things I rather liked about how the musicals treated Moons different forms)

I totally forgot to mention that I loved that part too! ESPECIALLY after someone commented on this video I have uploaded on youtube of the final battle in R where Moon saves Chibiusa from being Black Lady saying that NQS is a terrible mother and never gave her daughter any attention and ignored her. Small update this time! Just when Chibi Usa tries to take agency of the situation, things end rather anticlimactically. I almost made Diana ask Chibi Usa if she was constipated, but I decided that joke might be a little too crass. ^^;;

omg Diana is too innocent to even use works like "constipated" in her vocabulary....ooorrr maybe she's so innocent she uses them not realizing its crass? xD But that was so cute! And abra cadbra!! Aaaah. I'm glad Luna P is here cause Luna P just ups and disappears in the manga. <3

Exactly why I decided against the idea in the end. XD;; I'm aging Diana in this story like I am with Chibi Usa, but I think that innocent obliviousness of hers is really cute, so I want to maintain that part of her character. And Usagi even pointed out in-universe that Luna-P kinda upped and disappeared for a good while! We didn't see it at all in the Death Busters arc (at least as far as I can recall), and it made only a hand full of appearances in the Dream arc. But as a toy/companion that Chibi Usa likely spent centuries with, I think she's still pretty attached to it.

Another small update. I reasoned that Neptune and Uranus are never seen in Crystal Tokyo, even after the Death Busters arc, might be because they've decided to return to their home planets to guard the Solar System from outside threats, much as they had done during the Silver Millennium. But I would think that things are a little bit less lonely for them, as Hotaru and the others can contact them and keep them updated on everything going on on Earth.

Thanks! to be honest, I wasn't very motivated to start drawing the Garnet Rod and Pluto because there's a lot of line work involved. ^^;; But once I started drawing it wasn't so bad. I guess the task just seemed more intimidating than it actually is.

A part of me likes that Pluto called Chibiusa, Lady instead of Small Lady because she recognizes that she's a grown woman but another part of me thinks Pluto would still call her Small Lady out of habit much to Chibiusa's annoyance. xD But I think with the seriousness of the scene, just Lady works.

I see that you used Pluto here instead of Puu. I know you're going mostly by manga canon, but if you were to consider using Puu, I think it could be interchanged with her use of Pluto here and there. Like when its just the two of them and they are having like a bonding moment, and Chibiusa lets Puu slip out, ya know?

Just throwing ideas out there. :3 I love it, can't wait for the next few pages!

I think Chibi Usa calling Pluto "Puu" is really cute too, but I prefer sticking with the canon or else things just get too confusing. ^^;; I had even considered having the Quartet call Chibi Usa "Usagi" or "Usa", as some fanfic writers do. But I think Chibi Usa likes the memories she has from being addressed as "Chibi Usa" in the 20th century, and I think Hotaru/Saturn will always call her "Chibi Usa", even in the 30th century.

Sorry, only got one measly page this time. Progress has been slow due to the holiday season, work load in lab, and how time consuming it is to shade Pluto's hair.

But yeah, it's been crazy at work lately, but I managed to get this set done before the New Year. There's a chance that I might change the dialogue if I change my mind about details in the plot, but hopefully that won't happen. >_>
