Physical Description (include clothing generally worn): Michiru has teal colored hair that goes halfway down her back in waves. She has aquamarine pigment in her eyes. She’s around 5’4” and usually wears earth tones such as greens, blues, and browns. She wears a ton of makeup to try and keep up her “image”.

She usually wears a white top with mid length sleeves that touches the top of her navel.. She likes to show off her flat well toned abs a lot so most of her clothing doesn’t cover her navel. She always accompanies this top with a long blue skirt with ruffles.

Personality: Michiru is the queen of “vanity”. She’s very snobbish and only hangs out with people in her clique. She can come off as cold and uncaring because of her “rich” girl attitude. She always has to have the best of everything and won’t settle for anything less. She’s a professional belly dancer at a local bar and even teaches a class for it. She has lots of “boyfriends” but mainly just uses them to get things she wants. She’s the “ice” queen as many like to call her because she’s broken a million hearts and settled for none. Michiru is manipulative and scheming and doesn’t really have any people she’d call “friends” because she’s so egocentric. The closest thing she has to real friends are her “in girl” clique she goes bar hopping with and out to ritzy clubs.

Michiru’s father sent her off to college to “better” herself, but she doesn’t take her studies very seriously and only keeps her grades at the bare minimum, so she won’t get kicked out. She’s currently going for a dancing/chorography degree in hopes of opening a dance studio one day. She’s also very strong willed and always a leader but never a follower type.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills: She has a very strong intuition about other people and can read most like an open book.

History: Michiru grew up in an upper class society where she was forced to “mature” into a lady very fast. She grew up without her birth mother who abandoned her family when she was very young. Her father is the CEO of a growing pharmaceutical company leaving her to fend for herself most of the time. Michiru has a bit of a “wild” side to her and loves to go clubbing and dance. This is the result of growing up in a home without proper guidance and instruction.

Michiru’s father tried to control her by buying her everything she wanted and sending her off to a very prestigious ivy league school to “educate” her but to no avail. Michiru is always surrounded by people but deep inside considers herself a social outcast because she’s always been alone. She is very vain and can be antisocial at times and depends on her beauty for people to like her. She demands lots of attention and tends to be very vain and looks down on others if they don't look as good as her or are in her "clique". She secretly longs to be loved by someone who can control her reckless spirit.

Senshi Information

Senshi Name: Sailor Neptune

Senshi Fuku: The skirt is cerulean and the bows in the front and back are dark teal. She has a heart shaped pendant on the front bow that is cerulean. The bow coming oit of the back of her fuku is long and is about two inches above the knee. The collar on her fuku is teal and her tiara is gold with an aqua gem in the center of it. She also wears a cerulean choker with a gold star in the center. The gloves she wears are mid length up her forearms and are dark teal at the ends. She also wears a pair of strappy teal higheels.

Henshin/Transformation:
Neptune Planet Power Makeup!-A deep swirl of ocean energy shoots up around her like a geyser transforming her.

Neptune Crystal power Makeup- Used only in the manga same difference.

Powers:

Deep Submerge - A powerful blast of oceanic water that strikes Neptune's enemies with a formidable force.

Submarine Reflection - Using her magical mirror, Neptune can fire a beam of watery energy at her enemies, destroying them or uncovering the truths behind them.

Violin Tide: Used only in the manga but involves the use of her violen raising up a tide as she plays.

Weapons or Magical Items:

Lip Rod: The wand is blue with a crescent half shaped moon at the top encircled by an aqua ring with a gold star on top harboring the neptune symbol.

Aqua Mirror: The mirror is gold with a siren engraved on it. The back is teal with the symbol of neptune engraved in it. Sailor Neptune uses her talisman when she uses the attack submarine reflection.

Michiru held her hand in front of her face to ward off the bright rays of the sunlight. It was going to be another long day of class with the most "nerdy" people in the world. She was so tired of these boring remedial classes she had been forced to take as if it'd been a repetition of her last four years of highschool. She knew she was smart enough to exit out of them but her father had insisted she take them to strengthen her "academic abilities". She blinked when she noticed a couple of guys standing in front of the doorway eyeing her up and down.

"Seen you dance last night." one with dark raven hair whistled giving her a wink.

"Hey Ryu why not make the rich girl give us a little dance before math class?" the dark haired boy smirked looking at his blond haired accomplice.

"Hey sweetie my friend here wants to see you dance...I guess you could say a trade off so you won't be late to class?" the blond guy smirked making Michiru's blood boil.

"Screw off!" Michiru growled as she walked towards the door boldly until the raven haired boy daringly grabbed her wrist.

"I said I want to see you dance fir--" but before he could let out another word her fist met his nose causing him to fall to the ground squirming in pain.

"You bi---" he screamed which only caused her to smirk.

"Tata boys hope to see you down at the bar tonight and just a little reminder that I don't associate with clients outside of work." she sneered making her way through the doorway to her first class leaving one man with a busted nose and the other with a bruised ego.

I have this for Ami " Once every month Ami bleaches her dark brown roots and applies Splat Hair Dye color blue to her hair. She is the only one at her college who dares such a color with her hair, besides Michiru Kaioh. Ami feels like Michiru Kaioh copied her unique style of color for herself, except green and not blue."
