Physical Description:Michiru is taller than most Senshi, but still shorter than Haruka, Setsuna and Makoto. Michiru has perfect, pale skin and mid-long hair. Her hair is naturally aqua and wavy which resembles her element, the sea, and she loves to keep good care of it. Her eyes are deep blue and just like the sea itself, very gentle looking when she’s calm but when she gets angry they change into dark and cold like stormy sea. Michiru looks like a grown-up woman; she has the figure and tallness of a lady not even mentioning her mature mental age, face and smile.
When Michiru was in Mugen Academy she wore its High School uniform which had a knee-high green pleated skirt with dark blue plaid. Her blouse was loose and dark red with dark indigo blue collar and her undershirt matched the color of her fuku blouse. The black star of her undershirt was seen from the neckline of her blouse. Her bow in front of her blouse matched the colors and pattern of her pleated skirt.
In the Juuban High school she wore a blue pleated skirt which came just above her knees and a white loose blouse which had a collar matching the color of her skirt. Her blouse also had a breast pocket and two red stripes on the collar. The cuffs of her blouse were blue and had two red stripes on them. Michiru either wears a slender black ribbon or headband with her school uniform and on free time she keeps her hair open, ties a ribbon on it or wears a headband. She wears aqua colored stud earrings and sometimes necklaces. She carries her violin case almost everywhere with her. When swimming Michiru wears one-piece swimsuits which are very elegant and pretty looking. Who says you couldn’t look good when doing sports?
Michiru has very feminine style and you never see her wearing pants. Her favorite clothes are skirts, dresses and a light violet trench. Her favorite color is marine blue but when it comes to clothes she usually wears tones of violet and pink, as well. Her style is just like from fashion magazines; very simple and elegant yet it’s not snobbish. Her performance clothes are very artistic. In her casual clothing, Michiru almost always ties a sash or a belt on her slim waist or ties her blouse on her waist to create a similar look. She collects make-up so she also uses some, too but it looks very natural.
Personality:
Michiru has very calm and warm personality which is seen most when she raised Hotaru with Outers and when she told about their mission to their Princess. Her caring and motherly side came out when she took the role of being Hotaru’s mother, together with Haruka and Setsuna, until she would grow up. Michiru is very elegant and mature, and is well aware of what is right and what is wrong. Despite her calmness when she gets angry even Haruka thinks she’s scary. She has very strong opinions you cannot change when she has her mind set on something, you just have to agree with her.
Michiru loves playing her violin and she dreams of becoming a violinist in the future. She also loves to paint and swim. When being underwater or listening to the waves Michiru goes to her own world and can forget her duties as a senshi for a while. Playing her violin, swimming and painting are all very dear things for her as she doesn’t need to think about her mission then. She can just relax and listen to her own thoughts. She also loves to cruise in Haruka’s car with her, feeling the wind blowing freely and having some time with her lover.
Michiru doesn’t care what people think of her or if they think she’s snobbish. She doesn’t need anyone else to be with her other than Haruka and she loves her more than her own life. Michiru’s biggest dream was to become a violinist but after meeting Haruka playing the violin wasn’t the most important thing in her world anymore. She is very devoted to their mission to protect their Princess and fulfill her destiny and for the last breath of hers she was devoted to their own way of fighting. Not everyone has to fight the same way; they all have their own ways and Michiru’s and Haruka’s was sacrificing everything for the good and believing in their Princess’ powers even if it cost everything for them.
Michiru flirts with other people every now and then to tease Haruka, and is completely devoted to her. She separates her feelings from her Senshi duties but sometimes her emotions overcome her determination as seen when she saves Haruka for the cost of her own life. In the end, no matter how important her mission was to her when dying she could only think of one thing which had ALWAYS been the most important focus for her; her lover Haruka. She didn’t care if she ended up being burned in the flames of hell if she just had Haruka with her. She would endure everything with her and wasn’t scared of the darkness and death since she had her beloved with her.
Any Unique Abilities/Skills:
Michiru is a very well-known and famous violinist and painter, and she has excellent talent for both activities. She even played her violin bouncing a lemon on it without any difficulties. Michiru is also a very good swimmer and those abilities might be related to her senshi powers.
Michiru gets dream premonitions and feels the warnings of the sea. When using her deep Aqua Mirror Michiru sees into people’s past lives and true forms and she can also see visions of future from her mirror. (Read more on the Magical Items section)
History:
(I am referring to both anime and manga)
Much is not known of Michiru’s past before her awakening. She awakened as a senshi through her dreams and fought alone against the Death Busters’ monsters before meeting Haruka. She met Haruka through one girl who she and Haruka both knew, Elsa Gray. From the beginning Michiru knew who Haruka was and attempted to convince her to accept her destiny as a senshi and stop running away from her faith but Haruka refused.
Later when a monster attacked Haruka and her Lip Rod appeared in front of her Neptune came to save her and demanded her not to pick her Rod as in reality she did not want Haruka have the same kind of life she had. For Michiru Haruka was the person she didn’t want to walk the same path she did. She told her she had always been watching her and that she didn’t investigate her because she was the other soldier but it went much further than when she realized Haruka was the one. She had always admired how strong and honest Haruka was and had been watching her in her first race from close by, wanting to cruise along the beach in her car with her just once. Despite Michiru’s demand Haruka chose to fight alongside her and their battle started.
The first time they met the other Senshi Michiru shared the same thoughts of them with Haruka, they didn’t want to be in any contact with them since they thought they would only get in their way and complicate their task to gather and protect the three talismans and find the holy Messiah of light. Michiru said she didn’t care what methods they use and what sacrifice they had to make to save the world if they had no other choices. She and Uranus even promised to abandon the other one if something was to happen to complete their mission. They were later lured into Eudial’s trap and found out that they were both the owners of Talismans they had been looking for. Despite their promise Neptune was killed when trying to save Uranus’ life and her Pure Heart Crystal which changed into a Talisman was pulled out from her chest. Uranus killed herself in order to extract the other Talisman and later the owner of the third Talisman, Sailor Pluto revived them giving back their Heart Crystals which were separated from the actual Talismans.
In the manga Michiru had her Talisman the whole time and she used it to summon her Submarine Reflection attack from the beginning and gathering the three Talismans together would awaken Sailor Saturn who would destroy the world. (I am using either one of the talisman history sections depending on the storyline.)
Later Neptune tried to kill Tomoe Hotaru who was Sailor Saturn but also the host of Mistress 9, one of the Death Busters but Sailor Moon stopped them. Neptune and the other outers revealed that they were just trying to protect their Princess and the Inners from the fight being cold to them. Giving her powers to Sailor Moon along the other Senshi the world was saved and Michiru, Haruka and Setsuna decided to raise Hotaru who was reborn and they moved to a mansion. They felt the new enemy’s power but couldn’t transform so they had no other choice than ignore the waves of the new threat until it was their time to fight.
In the mansion Michiru gave lessons to children who were learning to play the violin and lived a normal life with the other Outers after globetrotting on her concert tour. Awakening as a Senshi once again she received her Crystal power from her Crystal which Hotaru gave to her. She began to fight with the other Senshi against the Black Moon and Queen Nehelenia of the New Moon. After rescuing the inners and fighting against the nightmares all Sailor Senshi transported themselves in Elysion, the Holy Land inside Earth, and she met her Sailor Power Guardian Princess Neptune. Lending new powers from her planetary castle she put them all into Sailor Moon’s Holy Grail and received her own Eternal powers which allowed her to change into Eternal Sailor Neptune. Once again after lending her powers with the others to Sailor Moon the world was saved and all Outers decided to live normal, peaceful lives. But their happiness didn’t last long.
On the scene again, Neptune fought against the Sailor Animates with Uranus and also had some serious strife with the Sailor Starlights. They didn’t trust them until the very end and thought that they couldn’t trust they would fight for Earth’s sake. In the final battle with Galaxia Uranus and Neptune both decided to give their Sailor Crystals to Galaxia in order to continue living and accepted Galaxia’s bracelets betraying the other senshi and killed Pluto and Saturn. However this was just an act as they turned against Galaxia and tried to kill her with the powers they were given from her. In times Neptune had to sacrifice herself for the better as she was well aware that if she and Uranus failed killing Galaxia they would die and lose everything they have and that killing Pluto and Saturn would go in vain as well as their own lives. Because Galaxia turned out not having a Star Seed Neptune’s and Uranus’ attack did nothing to her and she killed them. In the last moment of their lives they held hands and Michiru said she sees the light when toughing her lover the last time. Then they faded away and were given their lives back later, thanks to Sailor Moon who beat Chaos.
In the manga Michiru lived normal high school life with Haruka, got good grades and was in the swimming and music club. Their battle began once again in the concert where she was on stage with Haruka and the Three Lights. After fighting against the Sailor Animates and trying to keep Usagi away from the Three Lights she and the other Outers decided to investigate the enemy from their Planetary Castle and transported themselves there. She was then killed by Galaxia and her Sailor Crystal was taken. Later she fought against Sailor Moon under Galaxia’s control, as the ruthless senshi only used her Sailor Crystal’s power to give her a life without a mind and soul. After Sailor Moon defeated the brainwashed Senshi and sealed Chaos, all Senshi were saved and transported to the 30th century where Michiru and Haruka continued their lives together with Setsuna and Hotaru.
Storyline Specific Information:(Relaxed) Elysion:During the battle against Nehelenia, all senshi are locked inside an interconnected dream world. After regaining their memories as senshi in the present, each and every girl had wondered how different the past could have been like
had the war between Earth and Moon never happened. They dreamed of returning to the time of prosperity and happiness, and in this alternate dream world, their biggest dreams come true. The relationship between Serenity and Endymion is celebrated instead of rebuked, and each senshi is given the opportunity to decide how to live their lives. But what they do not realize is that this is all just a dream. The ideal world their deepest dreams have slowly built and developed is but a mirage, but they love it so much they simply cannot wake up.
This storyline takes place in the Silver Millennium. As such, Michiru's personality is that of her past self's: She is more distant, and spending years guarding the Solar System from her planet (except for contact between her and the other Outer senshi) has made her cautious of revealing much about herself to people she doesn't know well. Sometimes, more so in the beginning, she is almost afraid of admitting this is all real. Getting accustomed to such different life after years of solitary duty will take some time for her. As for her relationships with other people, she is closest to her fellow Outer senshi, and shares a deep bond with Uranus.

Senshi Fuku:
Planet/Super form:
The primary color of Neptune’s fuku is marine blue with her secondary color being navy blue. Her collar (which doesn’t have any stripes before her Super form when she has one white stripe on it), layered skirt and heels (about 3,5 inch) with ribbons tied around her ankles are all marine blue like her circle (heart in Super form) shaped brooch which is attached to the middle of her marine blue front bow on the front of her white fuku bodice which has a cut under her breasts. Her golden earrings resemble the planet of Saturn with tiny spikes all over them.
Neptune wears a golden tiara which has a marine blue, oval shaped gemstone in the middle. Her chocker is also marine blue having a golden, circle shaped and spiky pendant on the middle of the chocker. (In her Super form Neptune has a golden star with a circle shaped marine gemstone where the circle pendant used to be.) Her back bow of the fuku is navy blue and it ends up just before the edge of her skirt (In her Super form the bow ends up above her knees.)
Her white gloves only come up to the middle of her forearm (In her Super form her gloves are elbow length) and they have three marine blue cuffs. Her shoulder pads are white (In her Super form the third pad protectors changed their shape resembling transparent wings.)
Eternal form:
Her colors change into lighter ones her primary color now being sea green and her secondary color being light aqua. Her collar has one golden stripe on it and the collar itself is sea green. Her skirt is two layered, the top layer being sea green and the bottom layer being light aqua. Her shoes are white, slim boots (with 4 inch heels) which reach up to her knees. They have pointed toes and sea green V-shaped borders with golden five-pointed stars at the top. Neptune’s brooch changed into an indigo blue five-pointed star and her white bodice doesn’t have the cut anymore. Her earrings are golden studs having sea green stars hanging from the bottom.
Her tiara’s gemstone changed into a sea green five-pointed star. Her chocker is sea green and V-shaped having a tiny golden star in the middle. Her V-shaped belt consists of two ribbons, one sea green and one light aqua, the green one changing into a thin back ribbon and the light aqua ribbon changing into a thick back bow. The belt also has a golden five-pointed star in the middle of the front V-shape. Her white gloves became longer, reaching to the middle of her upper arms having three sea green cuffs. She has round light aqua puffed sleeves with two turquoise cuffs attached to the bottom and the puffs are a little bit transparent.
Henshin/Transformation:
Neptune Planet Power Make-Up! – Her first henshin which transformed her into Sailor Neptune
Neptune Crystal Power Make-Up! – Her second henshin which transformed her into Super Sailor Neptune and later into Eternal Sailor Neptune.
Powers:
Her powers are based on the sea and its actions. Like known the sea can be gentle and rough which describes her power very well. When wanted, they can be very aggressive and powerful.
Neptune has a very strong intuition which she can use to sense the true nature of people, sense and get to know the enemies’ whereabouts and sense powers coming from other people. Using her mirror she can see into the past and foretell what may happen in the future.
Deep Submerge! – This was her first attack. Summoning the seawater from her hands she uses this attack to hit, weaken and even kill the enemy.
Submarine Reflection! – This was her second attack. Reflecting the power of the sea from her mirror she uses this attack to hit and kill the monster and also uses it to reveal the form of the enemy.
Teleporting the Outers to Princess Snow Kaguya (real name unknown) – Neptune teleports herself with others Outers touching the mirror with her fingers and unleashing its energy.
Submarine Violon Tide! – Neptune uses her violin to create a tide of sea energy to attack and kill the enemy.
Galactica Violon Tide! – Same attack as above but used when Neptune’s Sailor Crystal was in Galaxia’s possession and Neptune herself wasn’t anything else than the materialized energy of her crystal.
Weapons or Magical Items:
Lip Rod – This is her transformation item which transforms her into Sailor Neptune when she shouts her transformation phrase. The stick part of her Lip Rod is light purple with a golden tip and on the top of her lip Rod is a crescent shaped, marine colored ball which has a golden six-pointed star above it. The star has Neptune’s planetary symbol on it. Her Lip Rod apparently appeared in front of her when she awakened as a senshi.
Communicator – This is her communicator she calls other Outers (usually Haruka) . Much is not known about this communicator and it probably appeared like her Lip Rod or she made it herself.
Deep Aqua Mirror – This is one of the three talismans which summon the Legendary Holy Grail which can save the world in the hands of the Messiah of Light. Neptune uses her mirror to call her attack Submarine Reflection. She also sees in the past and in the future when she looks at her mirror; it reveals the true identity of people. She can also use the mirror to move people from one place to another. The mirror is golden with a decorated female person on the mirror side.

RP Sample:“Again!” Michiru thought, getting up from her bed. She had woken up in the middle of the night again. She rubbed her sleepy eyes with her hands and headed towards the bathroom. Rinsing her face with ice cold water she tried to ignore the horrible view she had seen in her dream. All people were dead and someone was standing on a building. That person held some long staff up and dropped it down causing a terrible explosion and Michiru fell to the ground, unconscious.
Her eyes opened up from the shock and she shook her head. Touching the mirror she had on the wall she looked at herself. She looked different, as if she wasn’t the same person anymore. “What in the world is going on…?” she whispered as she leaned her forehead against the mirror. It was 4:30 AM and she didn’t feel sleepy at all. She sat on the couch and held her head. She had a headache again.
“What’s wrong with me?” she said out loud. “Why do I keep having these nightmares all over again?” Was there something wrong with her? She didn’t think so but those horrible visions made her anxious as if something was to happen soon.
She stood up and was going to make herself a cup of coffee when she noticed the note she had written and picked it up from the table. “I almost forgot…”she thought “She has a race today. I have to be there early to get a good place” she put the note in her purse and began to make early breakfast for herself. “I have to forget all those visions I’ve been seeing, there’s no way they could mean anything in reality. I’m just too tired and my imagination makes fun of me” Michiru lied to herself. She wasn’t tired at all and she knew those nightmares boded something. Something which would change her whole life…
