When working as a Miko, she normally wears long red heavy skirt  and a long sleeved white wrap around top. Her feet are dressed with wooden sandals and the usual white socks that any Miko wears. She has striking facial features which makes those around her sometimes fear her. Rei's hair is as black as night and extends a length a little lower than her bottom back. Rei's all girl school's uniform is consists of a grey mid length skirt with a white top and red bow. Dress shoes with knee highs also accompanies this style. When not dressed for temple duty or school, Rei enjoys dressing classy.

Rei can come off as a "hard head", but really doesn't mean any hard. She just looks out for her friends and will do whatever is necessary to do what is right, even if sometimes it means being rude and bossy. Regardless of her temper, Rei is a pretty fun girl to be around. She represents the "history" side of Japanese culture by being a Miko (shrine maiden).

When she is not needed at her family's temple, Rei enjoys hanging out with her closest friends, which of course, consists of fellow Senshi. Like any young teenage girl, Rei fantasizes about being a popular icon, and has even gone as far as singing at her own concert. Although she does have these dreams, she never lets them stop her from what is really important for her future.



Any Unique Abilities/Skills:
Rei is able to read fire. Fire is her ability and it allows her to have premonitions. Along with this, Rei can also sense when negative forces are near.

History:

Rei's mother died when she was very young, and currently lives with her grandfather at the family shrine. While living with her grandfather, she goes to school during the morning and works as a Miko during the day. Some people think she is weird because she can read fire and has visions of the future. Due of this mystical power, people were blaming Rei for when buses full of people would vanish by the temple saying she was using "voodoo" and causing the phenomenon.

The truth behind Rei's power were unlocked while Sailor Moon and Mercury were investigating the mysterious vanishing bus incidents. Luna was sure that Rei was Sailor Mars, and without even telling her what to do, Rei instantly knew how to transform when Luna gave her her transformation pen. This battle was just the start of many more to come for Rei. Over her history of being a Senshi, Rei has fought alongside her fellow Inner and Outer Senshi comrades to fight evil from the present and the future.

A new Alley: AU: Becomes friends with Austin, a Knight from the past, teams up with the girls, and discovers his true identity. Rei uses her psychic abilities/ reads her fire and is the first to notice something strange about Austin.

MLP: Love and Justice:  Rei and the other mane senshi venture into a portal that leads to Equestria.

Senshi Fuku:  Short red skirt with a white tank top. Shoulder pads lay at the top of her arms, which are decorated with long white gloves with three red rings at the top. Her choker is red, and the symbol on it changes as she "levels up". Her tiara portrays a red gem in the center, and red high heals accommodate the outfit.

I think this is fine! If you don't want to change it, you don't have to, but if you wanted any suggestions to make it longer or whatever, maybe include her love of manga and the Takarazuka, or talk about how passionate she is about people following their dreams, and defending themselves -- or anything else she's really passionate about, and what actions and quirks bring out the fire in her. Lol, like whining and complaining and being a complete doof; while showing that, on the other hand, those traits can sometimes endear the person to her. What frustrates her? What calms her?
XD But yeah, if you don't want to change it totally don't.

White tank top --> white leotard; Wasn't "Star Power" just the powerup in R, and "Planet Power" the super transformation phrase?

I copied the powers from the premade guide we have XD and i couldnt think of what the white top was called. Also, i never read more than 3 sm manga, in the process now, so i am mossing those characteristics.

^^ that's fine, again you don't have to change anything (I was kinda going off of anime rather than manga XD manga a big part of her was bring pro women to the point of being anti man, and she didn't have a showbiz dream but flirted with the idea of being an uber powerful business woman (almost in a sticking it to her father kind of way) and was a great deal more serious and a little standoffish)

That's more because in the Stars arc, there's a scene where Venus and Mars are together on a rooftop, talking about how they don't need boys to be happy (talking about how their lives are fulfilled through protecting the princess they love) and people took that to mean that... well. yeah.

And there was one adorable side story wherein Minako was brainwashed and kissed Rei and afterwards she was all "And I had to kiss icky Rei! ♥' and Rei was all "Stupid!" ((b--baka! It's not like I wanted you to!)) teehee.
