What did you think of the transitions DiC added in during their tenure with Sailor Moon?

In hindsight, I can see that they looked somewhat annoying, but I really did like some of them as a child, and I was very curious what the Cloverway seasons' transitions might have looked like if they were used.

It's strange. I both liked them and couldn't stand them at the same time. They'd break the mood for a second, and yet they looked really pretty. The transition with the tiara, mostly. I can't remember many of the others at the moment.

I didn't pay much attention to them when I watched the dub as a kid and I haven't watched it since. The only one I can really remember is the tiara one, which didn't look terrible.

Wow I had completely forgotten about those! I guess I liked them well enough... If DiC continued on with Sailor Moon, I think they probably would have just recycled them for the other seasons instead of making new ones, though.

Eh, I'm of two minds about them. At first they were cool and I liked the variety, but they were overused so by the end of the second episode they got annoying. I liked the graphics themselves though, they were good edits even though they sometimes played at the wrong time.

I think there was the big shiny tiara zoom transition, the kaleidoscope-effect tiaras, flipping the screen to the next scene, the electric ball (for Dark Kingdom and Makaiju Negaverse) and Black Moon symbol (for Black Moon Clan Negaverse).

That sounds about right XD. Oh man yes the Beryl ball! I can't believe they put in so much effort to do the animated ones! I guess they would've had to make new bad-guy ones for the newer seasons then... or just stick to screen swipes lol.

Oh man, I couldn't stand the kalidescope tiara transition. It just took up and altered the whole screen. And how could I forget the Beryl ball! I liked that one too!

I thought the DIC dub transitions used to be cool back when I was little, but when I saw the DIC dub again as I got older I find the transitions to be very horrible and unnecessary.
