Appearance:
He has short black hair that he parts to the side. He has deep blue eyes and his left ear is pierced. He is 5’ 9’’ tall. While he’s a High School student he wears a uniform. It’s a white long sleeved button up shirt. He wears a red skinny tie. Over top, he wears a dark blue blazer with two gold buttons on the cuffs of the jacket. He wears grey pants with a crease down the center. He wears nice black shoes.

While dressed as a civilian he tends to wear white or black button up shirts, either short or long sleeved. If it’s chilly, he’ll wear a blazer or sweater in earth tones. He wears black, grey, or khaki pants with black nice shoes. Sometimes he’ll wear a black skinny tie.

Personality:
He is a mysterious man. He has a gentle heart and is very kind. He is nice to everyone and trusting, like his girlfriend Usagi. He supports Usagi as much as she supports him. He is very intelligent. He helps the senshi in many ways, including coming up with strategies. He stands by Usagi and whenever she needs him, he’s there. He’s the perfect gentleman. He’s chivalrous. He can get jealous when it comes to Usagi.
He is a bit reserved, he's quiet and likes to be alone sometimes. His family, Usagi and Chibiusa are the most important people to him, they come first in his life. He'll do anything to make them happy. He'll also do anything to protect them, which sometimes means that he is reckless. He'll protect them even at the cost of his life. He's a level-headed person most of the time.

Weaknesses: When Usagi’s crying, he gives in.

Dream: to protect the Earth with Usagi and to become a doctor.

History:
He doesn’t know much about his past. His parents both died in a car crash, he was the sole survivor and got amnesia. He grew up in an orphanage and then he was old enough he got an apartment and went to high school. He’s very connected to his past life. Until he fully met Usagi he was haunted with nightmares about his past with Princess Serenity. From those nightmares he gained the knowledge of the Silver Crystal and then started to search for it to regain the memories of his past. That is how he became Tuxedo Mask, the protector of Earth.

After Usagi and Mamoru met, there was a lot of teasing and joking, but they both felt something special. Eventually they found out they were destined to be together because of their past lives. They are soul mates. They started a serious relationship and eventually they got engaged. At one time they discovered they have a daughter in their future. Her name is Chibiusa. They love her and she is very much a daddy’s girl.

Special abilities:
He has many Psychic abilities. He is known to use Psychometry, which means he can see past, present, and future things through touch. He also uses Psychokinesis to heal wounds. He can also teleport. He can sense the well being of Earth and when the Earth is damaged he can use his powers to restore it.

Storyline Specific Information:  

Listen to Your Heart: Just after the defeat of Galaxia, Mamoru, Usagi and Chibiusa are walking in the park where they first met Chibiusa and are enjoying time together as a family. All of the sudden a new girl appears and she is apparently the daughter of Usagi and Seiya. She is there to save her version of the future. With this new information Mamoru must help Usagi and his daughter Chibiusa try and figure out their life and help save his own future. He is very upset and worried about the situation. He doesn't want to lose his life with Usagi. He is very threatened by Lyra's presence and will be threatened by Seiya's presence as well.

Infection: Nine years have passed since defeating Sailor Galaxia, and during that time, Mamoru finished med school and is now a resident at a local hospital in Japan. Two months before the start of the roleplay, he proposed to Usagi (she said yes) and the two are sharing a home, eagerly awaiting their wedding day.  Plans are put on hold when a new threat appears, changing the mental state of each of the sailor senshi.  With Usagi suffering from severe anorexia now, Mamoru must cope with the struggles she's going through and has to try his best to support her through her endeavors as a human and as a senshi.

Crystal Academy: This takes place in a reset world that is both in the past and present. Somewhere in an alternate, yet not-too-distant future on Earth, a special Academy welcomes students from across the galaxy to develop their planetary skills. Founded and established by Queen Serenity and headed by delegates of Planet Mau, a Kingdom known for its wisdom and loyalty, the Crystal Academy, with its mandate of protecting the Galaxy and its Central Kingdom on the Moon, welcomes and trains all those wishing to pledge their gifts to this cause. Many enter the rigorous program, and some do become experts in their respective fields, but many fail.  Only few surpass themselves to become honorable Senshi of their respective planets. Together, the students will struggle, make friends, be rivals, pass and fail, and train hard  in hopes of defending their home when a growing and mysterious evil threatens the Galaxy. As the evil continues to grow and the attacks become focused on Sailor Crystals, the Queen fears that the next attack will be on the Moon. Not only has the surge of evil power increased across the Galaxy but the Moon’s security has become volatile. As a result, she determines the best way to protect Serenity is to send her to the most heavily guarded place on earth: The Academy. In order to hide the Princess’ real identity she is provided a moon pin to conceal her true identity and enter the grounds as: Tsukino Usagi. Here she will slowly make friends and get to know the other students while learning how to train and protect herself. The only people who do know each other in the Academy are, Prince Endymion and the Four Kings since they joined the academy the previous year.

His personality will be a combination of his personality in the Silver Millennium and in the 20th century. He's determined, confident, responsible, although when it comes to Usagi/The Princess he can be a bit headstrong, he's smart, put together, and a bit introverted. 

Hotline Tokyo: Home Phone, Tokyo's newest telecommunications company, has made a name for itself with aggressive advertising and competitive rates on internet and phone services. Not satisfied with simply rocking the boat in the telecom industry, Home Phone has just launched a new dating service called "Hotline Tokyo."

Coincidentally, a week after the first series of ads have run their course, brainwashed citizens wearing animal-themed masks are beginning to cause trouble in the city with seemingly random acts of violence. When questioned by the police, these perpetrators (or victims) all share a common link - each of them received strange, cryptic messages in their answering machines/voicemail, urging them to act on their darkest desires.

At the heart of this mayhem is an individual who calls himself Schwarzpferd, the first of the masked men and women to appear. What are his ulterior motives? Does he pull the strings, or is he merely the puppet of another?

He wears a black cape that attaches to the tuxedo on the shoulders with silver buttons. The underside of the cape is red. There’s usually a white pocket square in his pocket. He wears white gloves that go to his wrists. He wears a 6 pointed star shaped watch around his waist. He wears a white pointed mask. He carries a black cane with a silver oval on top. He also has a black top hat. He wears nice black shoes.

“It’s raining outside…” Mamoru said to Usagi and Chibiusa. They had been planning a trip to amusement park near them. It was going to be a really fun day, just for the three of them. Of course now they wouldn’t be able to go. “I’m sorry Usako, Chibiusa, we won’t be able to go to the amusement park today.” Mamoru said, “Well, what should we do instead?” Mamoru looked to both of his girls for an answer. They looked upset, but he knew that couldn’t be helped. They had been so busy with so many things recently. After Galaxia was defeated they had all had to pick up the pieces and hadn’t had much time to do anything for themselves. “Well how about I cook us some dinner and we can watch a movie or something?” Mamoru asked. That seemed to cheer them up, so he started to make dinner.

Could you expand his personality section a little? Perhaps mention that he is more on the reserved side, and that his family’s (Usagi and Chibiusa) needs come first to him, which is why he protects those dear to him even if it cost his life, and so he makes reckless decisions at times. Can you also mention his physic abilities and his close connection to Earth?
