Appearance: Short black hair is complimented by deep blue eyes. Standing at 6’2, he is one of the taller planetary guardians. His clothing choices tend to more relaxed and comfortable. He prefers clothing such as jogging suits, comfortable sweaters paired with khakis. However, he can dress classier than many of the young men his age when the situation calls for it, or him being in the mood. He often wears a tuxedo that resembles the one he wears as Tuxedo Mask. He wears glasses on occasion to help him see while reading. His left ear has one piercing in it.
Personality: Mamoru is an introvert, preferring to spend his time alone. This is partially due to his upbringing in the orphanage system from such a young age. While he does not have a lot of friends, one of the few he has being Furuhata Motoki, he is seen as a role model to the underclassman. He is very polite, and intelligent, often finding himself in the company of people who are much older than he is. Trust issues cause him to keep many things to himself, creating an air of mystery around him.
He dreams of becoming a doctor and has applied himself towards that goal, getting the necessary grades in order to get into the best college he can to become a Doctor. Usagi has been the only one that can bring Mamoru out of his shell, being a chaotic force to his more logical, planning side. He loves to run and loves his coffee. The running helps him keep in shape in order to help Sailor Moon and the inner Senshi defeat the bad guys when they pop up.
His main weakness, which is also his greatest strength is Usagi. He is extremely protective of her both in battle and out of it. This has caused him to take some pretty extreme measures to ensure that she is safe. He has even sacrificed his life for Usagi and the senshi on several occasions.
As Tuxedo Mask is very confident and strong, willing to do anything to protect Earth and Sailor Moon. He loves to say dorky lines that usually are pretty incoherent and sound more like ramblings at times, while being mysterious in order to confuse and distract the enemy, giving Sailor Moon a chance to attack. When he is Prince Endymion, he is courageous and bold, but still retaining a regality which speaks to the position and upbringing he once had. He is also quite stubborn and heroic as Prince Endymion as well. As King Endymion, he is calmer, and more collected. He still has the regal air that he had as Prince Endymion, but it has taken on a more mature vibe. He rules his kingdom with Neo Queen Serenity with wisdom and compassion but he is still able to let loose and have fun with friends and family.
Any Unique Abilities/Skills:Psycometry- the ability to be in contact with the earth through touch. He is able to sense when the earth is in danger.
Healing- Able to heal most cuts and wounds. Larger wounds he cannot heal all the way, in one sitting, would need multiple attempts with breaks in between and things like diseases are beyond his ability.
Is able to sense when Usagi is in danger and when she has transformed into Sailor Moon.
Can sometimes sense when one of his Generals are in trouble or injured.
History: In the Silver Millennium, he is Prince Endymion, crowned Prince of Earth. He falls in love with Princess Serenity, the Princess of the Moon, which is highly forbidden. They begin to see each other secretly, aware that they would be forbidden from seeing each other while caught. He is guarded by his Shittennou, Kunzite, Nephrite, Jadeite and Zoisite. Soon, Beryl joins forces with Metalia and unrest towards the Lunarian Kingdom sweeps across the Earth Kingdom. The Shittennou are soon brainwashed and lead a strike on the Moon Kingdom. Being the only one not brainwashed, or at the very least one of the very few people, he dies in an attempt to protect Princess Serenity, who soon kills herself, unable to be without him. Queen Serenity then sends everyone to the future with the last bit of her strength to be reborn and start a new life.
Mamoru Chiba first appears as a high-school student studying at Moto-Azabu High School. Before the beginning of the series, his parents are killed in a car crash on his sixth birthday, which revealed the memories of his previous life as Prince Endymion. Living alone, Mamoru befriends middle-school student Usagi Tsukino. In the beginning of the series, dreams of Princess Serenity haunt Mamoru. Unaware of his dual-identity as Tuxedo Mask, he suffers painful headaches and visions whenever Usagi becomes endangered, and he transforms unknowingly into Tuxedo Mask. As Mamoru, he tries to piece together his strange dreams, and as Tuxedo Mask, he tries to remember his past and identity, while searching for Princess Serenity. He seeks the Legendary Silver Crystal in the belief that this will fully restore his previous memories. In the anime adaptation, he seeks it because Princess Serenity tells him to in a dream. Of all the characters, Mamoru gets brainwashed and captured the most throughout the series, probably because of his importance to Usagi.
Mamoru and Usagi share romantic feelings well before they discover their identities. Once they became a couple, they remain deeply devoted to each other and their love survives many trials. In the manga they briefly show jealousy towards each other. Usagi always addresses him as "Mamo-chan" throughout the series during this time-period. After dating for two years, Mamoru gives Usagi an engagement ring at an airport. Six years later, Mamoru and Usagi marry. In the future, they become king and queen and have a child together whom they name "Small Lady", known in the majority of the series as "Chibiusa".
Storyline Specific Information:- The Dark Side of the Moon:
When Queen Serenity sent everyone to the future to be reincarnated after the decimation of the Silver Millennium, darkness plagued her heart, which was then transferred into the Silver Crystal's power. She felt devastated over the loss of her daughter and her kingdom - her entire life - in one night through one act of senseless violence. Despite her benevolence, the queen felt bitter and harbored a resentment that she might not want to admit towards the Earth people, not realizing they were merely manipulated by Metalia. As such she felt negative emotions toward them - anger, betrayal, hatred - emotions that tainted the Silver Crystal's purity since its power was always tied to the wielder's heart. This darkness in turn also tainted each of the senshi and Serenity's star seed/avatar soul and affected who they became when they were reincarnated on 20th century earth.
They are awakened with bitterness and disappointment due to their memories of what happened in the past as well as the taint on their soul. Their only mission in this era is to punish the earth and everyone in it. Sailor Venus awakened first on her own, remembered everything that happened, and set out to find the Dark Kingdom so that when the rest of the senshi were awakened, they would be ready to attack. The rest of the senshi gradually followed, remembering their past lives when they saw Venus and became aware of what Queen Serenity intended for them to unleash on earth when she sent them here; to punish it. To get revenge. To destroy it the way they had once destroyed the Moon Kingdom.
Ironically enough, during the reboot, the Silver Crystal also quite unintentionally purified the Shitennou, and with Metalia and Beryl being sealed away for good, their darkness no longer corrupted them. They awakened on earth where they belong; by their prince's side.
But now it's the senshi and their princess who are hell-bent on destroying earth.
Can the shitennou return them to what they once were and save their souls, not to mention the world.
Mamoru has no yet met Usagi in this timeline, but has shared a close bond for many years with his Shitennou, having grown up with them. He retains his memories of what happened during the Silver Millennium, although has no idea that the Sailor Senshi have been reincarnated as well, nor does he know that they are seeking to destroy him as revenge. Together with his Shitennou, he will have to fight for his Soul Mate to return to him and return to the sweet girl he knows she is deep down.
In this timeline, he doesn't really turn into Tuxedo Mask as he has his memories and has no need to. ALthough he does retain his connection to the Golden Crystal but is most likely unaware of it, and has his psycometry and healing abilities as well as being able to sense Usagi and his Shitennou when they are in danger or injured.

Senshi Name: Tuxedo Mask
Realm of Influence(s): The Earth
Henshin/Transformation Phrase: Uses a red rose to transform into Tuxedo Mask with no phrase being used. After the Black Moon clan, he uses the bond he has with the Earth, utilizing the wind to transform.
Senshi Fuku: Tuxedo Mask- He wears a tuxedo that is composed of black pants, a white vest, white bowtie, and a black jacket with golden buttons. On his feet he wears black dress shoes and on his hands are white dress gloves. Attached to the white bow tie, there is a red ribbon that goes around his neck and a golden cross on a circle dangles from the bow tie. The mask he wears is white and on his head he has a black top hat. He has a black cape attached to his outfit with silver buttons. The inside of the cape is the same red as the ribbon around his neck. He carries a cane that is able to extend.
Prince Endymion - He wears a long black sleeved shirt and pants, with black leg guards and black boots. He wears a black chest armour that has silver stylized design on it as well as silver armour around his hip and stomach. A brown belt is strapped to his area where he has his sword sheathed on his left side. Two silver shoulder guards protect him. He also has a black cape with a red inside that goes around his neck and has a golden clasp.
King Endymion- His outfit is very similar to what he wears as Tuxedo Mask. The big difference is that his outfit is now completely white and he carries a sword. He no longer wears the top hat.

RP Sample: He grinned for what felt like the millionth time that day, completely ignoring the exasperated look that his tutor was giving him. He couldn’t help it, he was in love. He could not get the Moon Princess out of his mind, or thinking about the next time he would be able to speak to her.
It was easier now to see her, with his father beginning peace and trade talks with the Moon Kingdom. Perhaps he would be able to convince his father that they should unite the two kingdoms. It was a good political move and it would sure as heck beat the last woman his father tried to marry him off to for political reasons. At least this one he wanted! Very much wanted. And who wouldn’t? She was gorgeous, petite, dainty, had a laugh that sounded like small delicate chimes in a gentle breeze.
“Your highness! Please, pay attention to your lessons! Have you ever heard a word I have said for the last ten minutes?”
“My apologies,” he said, a blush staining his face. If he couldn’t get these lessons down, there was no way his father would ever agree to his plan. Pushing aside thoughts of the love of his life, he refocused himself, intent on doing well and proving to everyone that he could be a good leader.
