Appearance: Sailor Lachesis stands at 5'7'' and weighs about 115 lbs, most of her weight is carried in her breasts. She is on the skinnier side with an hourglass figure.
Lachesis has a grey-hued skin tone, covered in decayed bruises. Like a serpent, her body is cold. Barely any blood runs through her veins and she is full of clots. It is an almost unbearable pain when a new clot forms. She stays alive with the power granted from Chaos, allowing her to live with little to no blood flow.
She has an ombre faux-hawk, with the left side of her head showing bald. It starts as white and fades into a royal purple at the bottom. It always covers her left eye and falls around the middle of her breasts. Her right eye is pure white with a small slit for an iris, much like a serpent.
Her tongue is long and skinny, and has a slit in it.

Personality: Cold and cunning, Lachesis has an even harsher tongue than her looks may let on. Somewhat of a sadist, she enjoys seeing others suffer as she has. The only people she seems to show any sort of remorse towards are her sisters, and even with them she can be a bit short. She is very protective of them and sees them as 'hers.' Although not being awakened a long time, she has gained the skill to be extremely dark minded and evil. She does not care what happens to anyone, other than her sisters and will let her Sadistic desires take over her conscious. She can be compared to the ancient "Yandere" clan, only on a much larger scale. She wants nothing more for her sisters to respect her, and even though she is the middle child, she wants to be in control of many situations, even if it does not end up that way.
Lachesis is closer to Atropos than Clotho, being the Middle child she thinks of her younger sister as a naive being. She likes to prove herself to Atropos, sometimes getting her in trouble with her older sister. She doesn't care however, and likes to break the rules.
Lachesis hates to see people happy. She wants nothing more than to watch everyone suffer, and will stop at nothing to deliver the most pain possible to anyone that opposes her; with the exception of her sisters. When it comes to her sisters, she likes to playfully bully them.
For all intents and purposes, Sailor Lachesis can be truly evil.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills:
Bushmaster: Lachesis can inject venom into her foe if she bites them. Although not fatal in a small dose, a large injection can be lethal, especially to human flesh.
Serpentes Ophidia : Lachesis thrives in extreme heat, and can warm her body up in cold temperatures. her powers granted by chaos allow her to function in extreme cases with reptilian genes.
Constrictor: Lachesis can wrap her legs or arms around a foe and hold them tightly in a breathtaking grasp. It is hard to escape from but can be done.


History: Sailor Lachesis is one of three sisters. Her siblings being Sailor Atropos and Sailor Clotho. The three were born from three newly formed and underdeveloped planets that orbited a young star. Out of the three, she is the middle sister. Like her sisters, her Sailor Crystal is not formed completely and is easily manipulated by chaos.
She awoke in great pain due to the condition of her skin. She used that agony to become stronger, and feel almost no remorse when dealing with others especially on the battlefield.
During the Sailor War, Sailor Lachesis was a fearless warrior that would cut down anyone in her path, feeling no remorse.  Sometimes not listening to orders and doing what she pleased, getting her in a bit of trouble with her commanders.
Although Sailor Lachesis is loyal to Sailor Chaos, her hatred for opposition sometimes makes her question Chaos’ decisions, quietly of course. She has a strong desire to be the most powerful of Chaos’ minions.

Due to her awakening second, she is the closest with Sailor Atropos. Although she cares deeply for Clotho, she is seen as young and weak, and someone needing protection in Lachesis’s eyes.

Other Noteworthy Facts:
Lachesis speaks with a hiss at the end of her words. Lachesis is also a Sadist, wanting to bring pain to everyone so they can suffer as she has.
Likes:

• Raw delicate meats and fish
  
• Sharp Objects – Touching the tip of a blade can make her feel calm.  She usually touches her earrings, as the venom has no effect on her blood, since it is an integral part of her.
  
• Snakes – She usually has one slithering near by

Senshi Name: Sailor Lachesis

Senshi Fuku: Lachesis wears a white dress bodice fuku with a royal purple collar. The collar reaches the ground. She can invert the collar to make a hood if she needs to. A white ribbon wraps around her bust section with black beads adorning the lower bustline. A royal purple diamond crystal rests from the center of her bustline. Royal purple metal double layered shoulder pads rest below her sailor collar - which has a long draping translucent cape in the same color. Her choker is the same style as her arm band with the same coloration.  Lachesis wears no gloves but instead has royal purple metal gauntlets on her wrists that measure 4 inches long. On her upper arm an aged silver armlet rests with a royal purple gemstone in the middle. This is where her measuring rod is materialized from. Royal purple circular crystals wrap around her right leg and arm. She has a singular strand on her ankle. Her shoes are ancient styled cloth gladiator sandals that can withstand a lot of terrain.
Covering Lachesis’s fangs is a bondage type veil/mouthpiece. She can remove it at will, but it is painful and usually causes more clotting.
She has a small piercing on her left earlobe that has 2 balls hanging vertically, with a snake fang attached. If the fang pierces flesh, it will inflict venomous poison.

Her headpiece is a purple crystal with a tarnished silver setting with a royal purple ribbon wrapping around her face.


Powers
Mea Culpa: Lachesis shoots red strings out of her fingertips and they turn into viper heads, biting the foe. This causes low level damage.
Lachesis Chaos Venom: Lachesis shoots purple and black dark energy out of her palms.  A range of power attack drawing from the darkness of Chaos’ power. Depending on the strength of the attack, it can give the victim anything from a flesh wound to a zombifying chemical burn.
Measurement of Man: A close range attack where Lachesis bludgeons the foe with her measuring rod.
Moirai String of Fate: A very powerful attack that takes time and precision. As such it can not be performed at all times. Causing instant death to the target, Sailor Clotho brings out the string, and begins to spin it into materialization. Sailor Lachesis then measures the thread to it’s desired length. While this is being carried out, Sailor Atropos readies her blade,  preparing the final cut. This attack can only be used when the target is in direct eye sight of the target. 
Weapons or Magical Items:

• Measuring Rod: Lachesis has an ancient style measuring rod that is about a yard in length it is adorned at the connecting point with the head of a pit viper.  She calls it “Viper”
  
• Venomous Earrings: Lachesis wears snake fang earrings that will not harm her or her sisters, but they will poison any other beings and potentially strike a fatal blow..
  
• Fangs: Lachesis has a set of fangs that she can pierce her foe with.
  
• Snake Hair: Lachesis hair can turn into a viper when need be, that can stretch to great lengths. It also carries the same venom that courses through her body.
  
• Evil Eyes: Lachesis can paralyze her opponent with her eyes, although she can't turn them to stone completely, she is able to petrify a part of their body if she chooses to use this power

"Ssssoooo....." Lachesis licked her lips, fangs drawn. "What bringssss you here..." She looked into the terrified man’s eyes. He was in her territory after all. "Didn't anyone ever teachhhh you..." She leaned in closer to him. "Not to trespasss...." His scent, the smell of fear; she loved that more than anything else. She didn't want to end his suffering quite yet. After all, it was so much fun to watch him squirm. Normally a man of his size could overpower a woman with a frame such as hers, but he didn't account for her constrictor level strength.  

She hummed a song to herself as she dragged him with one arm. "Let'ssss teachhh you a lesssson..." She laughed hysterically. "So muchhhhh fun!!!" She came to a clearing and threw him to the ground.

With an smirk that could make even the strongest of guardian tremble, she leaned in closer to the young man, and drew her fangs. "Ssssayonara...." She lunged forward and pierced his flesh.
The scent of fear he released was one of the greatest scents. Licking her lips she reclined back against obsidian stone and relaxed. She could now sleep until it was time to find some more prey.
