As every year rolls around I take this opportunity to express my thankfulness and appreciation to people that really help keep this site running and keep me slightly more sane. I've changed from being the face of the forums to really working on the overall direction and ideas for the forum in a long term manner. This means it's even more important to me who the members do see and the people that I entrust things and tasks to and have them done well.

Each year is always a long struggle and process for me to choose, because truly, the entire team is worth their weight in silver moon crystals (and gold). I always struggle as no one is more valuable than the others. That being said, there are two people right now that really have been there for me both site side and personal life support wise that really mean a lot  to me.

This year's award is going to the terrible duo, Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Mars(Kai). 

Our current Sailor Jupiter is overflowing with amazing talent The more I've come to know her, the more and more I realize I hired the real Makoto Kino, and I am awestruck. She has been an amazing member's director and a great face for people to come to for many different needs. I know at any time at all, I can call on her for help talking things through, getting facts straight, and generally bouncing ideas off of. She's also done a ton of other great things to really make the forums stay an updated and active part of the Sailor Moon world. She's put in a lot of time and effort into projects and getting discord running great, making it a spam free and community driven addition to the forums. She has also offered her own time and money to advertise the forums and help bring in possible members.  And Lastly, she's always, ALWAYS, there for me when I am going through tough times. The past year has been incredibly tough on me personally, and she's always understanding and open for me to talk to her. 

And Kai, our Sailor Mars. Honestly, I don't even know what this site would do without him. He has become someone that I didn't know I needed, but god damn do I need him. He's smart, funny, and efficient.  He's also opinionated, passionate, and direct. I highly appreciate someone who can take directions and requests and get them done perfectly, but also doesn't require hand holding and is willing to take on, or finish, or complete other projects without being asked.  As GC has grown and the way things are run has changed and updated, he's provided great help to the forums, and solved a lot of the problems we dealt with. We may not always see eye to eye, but I'm not looking for someone to tell me just what I want to hear. I need thoughts and feedback and discussion and he does so respectfully. 

I adore both of your humor and banter sessions in our chat, it's brought me much laughter and happiness, and I'm really glad to see that you're comfortable enough with each other to say some of the things that you do :p
