For YEARS I've always said Super S. Now that the VIZ dub is coming out, I now have learned I may have been saying it wrong!? So how do you fellow moonies say it?

I say it like "supers". I think whenever I've heard it said in Japanese, I've heard "supers" too so thats why I've always said it. xD

I said it as Super S for the LONGEST time. I think it's only been in the last year that I started finally correcting myself and saying it the other way. Though tbh I still sometimes forget and say Super ESSSSS lol. Old habits die hard ><!

I've always aid Super S myself rather than Supers, but I never particularly thought it was the correct way. Now that I know how it's actually pronounced... I'll probably still say Super S out of habit, lol!

I have always said "supers" because that's how its said in the eyecatch! At least...that's what I think it says xD But now that I go back and watch the eyecatches, I think the one I'm talking about is the S season eyecatch. Even so, "supers" is easier to say, so I'm gonna stick with it xD

I always used to say super s, even after learning it was supers-but that was when I was 12 in 2004. Now I have a habit of using both XD

I always figured the reason the S is capitalized is so they can differentiate it from the previous season better. Cause I'm sure saying "Super" and "Supers" in Japanese sound very close.

In the eyecatch, they said Supers, so I've always gone with that. I've looked at it this way in S, only sailor Moon was "Super" and SS, everyone was "Super", so the plural is "S"

That is actually amazing! I never liked the naming for Super vs SuperS but now I can see it! I still think they could've done something more distinct, BUT. Also, that explains why they pronounce it Supers instead of Super S!

It's pronounced Supers as in the plural because now there is more than one Super Sailor Soldier. It's not Sailor Moon Super Super. The capital s at the end if just a stylistic choice

Not living amongst other RL moonies, I don't say it out loud too much - but when I'm talking to myself, I say superz. Emphasis on that 's' tends to z-ify it.
