You can already order the R Movie here: https://www.viz.com/watch/movie/sailor-moon-video/product/5186/dvd DVD and Blu-ray releases do seem to be standard.
Presumably, the S and Super S movies will be released sometime after the theater screenings wrap up this summer.

I would think that probably before the holidays that the S and Super movies should be out. Hopefully!
