Two new tabletop have been announced by Canadian company, Dyskami Publishing Company. One game is a dice and card game called Sailor Moon Crystal Dice Challenge, and the other something sounding similar to a Truth or Truth kinda game (I think?), called Sailor Moon Crystal Truth or Bluff. Both of the games are branded with Sailor Moon Crystal, using official SMC artwork. The Truth or Bluff game is using the super adorable SMC chibi artwork, I really like the look of it!

The two games are due to be released this year. Dice Challenge is slated for "late summer 2017" and the other is "later in the year". The Dyskami press release also states that there will be "additional games following in 2018".

I saw a price point mentioned at $29.99 on Sailormoonnews.com for the dice challenge game, but I don't see that anywhere in the Dyskami press release. Also apparently the CEO and founder of Dyskami was also the designre of the Sailor Moon Collectible Card Game if any of you remember that. I recall that actually getting a bit popular and being a fairly decently designed TCG. I'm curious to see what other things they have planned for 2018!

I saw a post about this on tumblr! I wish we knew more about the gameplay. I'm tempted to get them already!

I came in here hoping I'd see monopoly. *shakes fists at the sky*  even risk would be a great idea...

But, anywho. I really like the idea of the second game. I hope someone scans the box soon because those would be cute as bumpers, lol. 

And with the second one, I guess it's a way less complex version of Risk, anyways lol. 

I might get the Truth or Bluff one.

These both look super cute and really fun! This is a really interesting piece of merch, too, very different from the normal figurines, clothes, etc. so I think it's neat that it's unique~

It's an Ontario-based company apparently, so for once I won't be eaten alive on shipping ^^;. There's a few board game cafes around Toronto, too. So I'll be looking forward to playing there sometime!! Sorry, daughter. You're too young to come yet XD.

I'm pretty tempted, now that one of the games is finally available for pre-order. I attend a few gaming groups, and I know I could convince them to play it if I brought it!

Hmmm this is tempting to go ahead and preorder...but can I convince my husband to play with me? XD He won't play the old TCG that I still have. :'(

It looks like we're getting one from GameStop. There's not much information on it, but you can preorder it on GameStop's website.

Yep. Here's a link to the Gamestop preorder page. There's no photos up yet there though. An image of the board shows up with a google images search but I'm not sure if it's official or fanmade cause it links back to pinterest. :/

I don't think gamestop would have a link to something that was fan-made (especially now that they're with ThinkGeek); but anything I seemed to look up elsewhere was either fan-made or seemed to be an April fools joke. Unless they pulled a pokemon go on it-an April fools joke that was received so well, they decided to make it official. It's something I'm gonna be keeping an eye out for though; and when I find more info I'll post it.

My copy of Sailor Moon Crystal Dice Challenge came in today.

I read the instructions today and it sounds fun. The sample match does a good job explaining things. I still need to find someone to play with.

Yeah, it's pretty portable. They have a .pdf of the manual, too. So you can keep a copy on your phone it you need to double check something. I'm not sure if the little bag is for the cards or the tokens. It's kind of tight on the cards, so I'll probably move the cards to one of my own card cases and use the bag for the tokens. The lanyards are nice to hold a few cards.

^Back at it again with the merch pictures, I see!
It looks much nicer then I thought it would, and includes all the senshi-which is great! I thought they were gonna go for the default season 1 look like other merch has tended to drift to. It's a bit odd to see how they changed the cards to "friendship" and "love" though. I haven't heard of any other monopoly games that altered the playing pieces' names. 
But wow, 40 bucks? While it's about as expensive as other popular franchise-versions of the game, it still seems a bit much. If I find one on sale at any point in the future, I'm totally gonna consider it. Even if I hate monopoly.
