Wow Andi, i never realized just how good you are at drawing animals! I love how detailed the snail and rat are and the dog is just adorable. I feel like you could draw some cute animal comics or something. xD

Aww... Thanks! It's probably from all of the art projects I did in fifth and sixth grade when I was attending an environmental school. Even outside of our specific art class, a lot of our projects involved drawing and creating animals. We also had a lot of special sessions with a local artist. He would come in and do draw-alongs with us on an overhead projector, and he painted a class mural with us on one of the walls. I remember painting a goldfinch onto a birdfeeder. It was really fun!

Snakes wearing hats, but I hadn't thought of the other option. Snakes popping out of hats while wearing hats. Maximum cuteness!

Day 26:

If you try to play the highest note on a piccolo without building up to it, you will make an awful-sounding squeak.

On a side note, I am super upset that I bent the corner of my paper right as I was finishing the drawing! Oh well! XD

Inktober Art Dump! Let's Go!

Day 27:

"Climbing an Outcrop"
Today I felt like making my drawing a bit sketchier-looking to imitate how I may have quickly drawn something for one of my geology classes while observing an outcrop in the field. (Plus, I am not really feeling that great and my pens are almost all out of ink. xD) Playing with the India Ink was super fun though!

Edit: Apparently my camera made the clouds look way more realistic than what I actually painted. Excellent! Hahaha!

Day 28:

"Fall (& Demon)"
This drawing of Rocbouquet on her knees was inspired by the "almost KO'ed" pose for her classic SNES icon in Imperial SaGa. Since I couldn't get the designs on her thigh-high boots to look nice with the angle of the pose, I decided to transform them into tights and shoes.

Again, I am mad that I accidentally bent the corner of my paper while making the final touches to the linework. D:

Day 29:

"Unity (& Twins)"
One mind, one body: AKA CYPRINE AND PTILOL WERE NOT GETTING LEFT OUT OF INKTOBER. ;D

I found an old key in my closet and decided to draw it!

Yamask the Pokemon was the first thing that came to mind for today's prompt. Aaaand I bent the paper again. I guess 3/30 times isn't too bad right? XD


Whew! That was fun! I still owe one more Inktober drawing to make up for missing Day 1, but I probably won't be doing it until this weekend since I'm so busy with work right now. ;v;

EDIT: I FAIL. I didn't realize that I forgot to upload Day 19, so I went back to my previous Inktober Dump post and included it in order with the others. XD
