Day 2:

I'm starting at day two because I forgot about day one. XD At some point, I'll just draw something extra.

I decided to draw "A Girl and Her Dog," inspired by a prompt off of some "apocalypse" list on Tumblr. Kuna, Karmen, Mira, and Juraj are my team of silly Croatian characters.

Yes, the rock is a character. Deal with it.

Since I had YT playing random Croatian songs in the background while I was drawing this, I decided to write down some happy and ironically fitting lyrics from the song that was playing at the time. I'm bad at explaining/translating stuff in a meaningful way, but the raw lyrics are as follows: "Everything is black, and everything is white, but life is not dull (gray). All is well while you are healthy and while you are alive." XD;

And Kuna is just saying, "I WANT COFFEE! :O"

Day 3:

So Rocbouquet from Romancing SaGa 2 seemed like a fitting subject for today, since she's both a hero and a demon. I was originally going to draw her for "Poison," the official Inktober day three prompt, since she enslaves the entire male population of a village using her enchantment magic, but I decided to rebel and do prompts off of multiple lists, in whatever order I felt like doing them. xD

I should also note that I am really proud that I managed to ink this drawing without messing up the lines--Proud enough that I didn't bother using any India ink for this piece because I plan to color it digitally at some point. xD (...I'm just going to pretend that I didn't mess up her boobs or her shoulders. :Đ)

Very nice so far everyone. Now I just gotta think of something for Poison.... Hmmm.

Day 4:

It’s Forneus, Devil Lord of the Sea, from Romancing SaGa 3! He just wants to e̶a̶t̶ hug you. I would have drawn him in his Abyss form, but (1) I can’t draw cool-looking effeminate fish men and (2) it would have taken too long anyway, so I simplified his False form and made him into a dumb fat fish instead. XD

And then I started coloring the Rocbouquet one from yesterday in Clip Studio:

Today I decided to merge the official prompt "long" with the Day 5 prompt "the warrior girl" off of some post-apocalyptic drawing list that I have also been referring to. I ended up drawing one of Rocbouquet’s jungle enemies, Jeanne—the true Queen of Salamat & the leader of the Amazon Resistance—because she has a cool-looking spear, and I really felt like attempting to draw it! Initially I wanted to draw Kriemhild because she’s sassier, but I didn’t have enough time to deal with all of the intricate patterns on her dress and accessories, so I changed characters midway. Oops! xD; I also couldn’t resist drawing a dumb-looking Rocbouquet taunting Jeanne with her reverse-harem of brainwashed villagers.

I may have prioritized this over work. lolololol

Day 6:

It's the Worm Slayer from RS2, or rather, how I imagined it might look. I didn't have any reference images, so I took the basic shape of the longsword sprite representing the weapon in the game and then elaborated upon it.

If this thing existed in real life, it would totally be my go-to weapon for self-defense! It's a friggin' sword that gives its wielder the power to summon swarms of insects in battle! Who wouldn't want to whip up a tornado of bees to defeat their enemies? XD

Remind me to never try to draw a zillion bees ever again. XD

But seriously, it looks so awesome!! That's fantastic. :O

Day 7:

Today I decided to draw a rock with a little jumping spider on it because whenever I see jumping spiders, they are always peering out from behind something...So I guess they might be a little shy? XD

P.S. I promise that my drawing is not scary!

Day 8:

Today I drew a slightly more stylized version of a parasite design I came up with last year. I call her a Remnyth. She fits the theme of the day because her tail is crooked. ;P You may recognize the species name because I started making a profile for one awhile back. XD

I wanted to draw a personified / human host version, but I didn’t have a design figured out for Harmotome yet, so I went with the squirm. Size is not to scale. I’m not sure how big or small she would be. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Day 10:

A giant cat with Cat as a scale.

This is the first Inktober doodle where I messed up something. -_- The lines underneath the cat were an attempt to fix my dumb mistake of drawing a line for the ground without first testing how it would look in pencil. I do like how the correction adds a bit more activity to the drawing, but it just wasn't what I was going for. Ugh... I'll get over it eventually. XD

I am jealous of your rock drawing skills. I failed at rock drawing as an archaeologist.

Day 11:

I didn't know what to draw for today so I drew the hydra monster that I always run from in my game.

I also made sure to use pencil for the shadows on the ground today because I didn't want a repeat of yesterday. XD

Thanks! I guess I honed them during mineralogy and petrology class, and field trips. We had to draw so many outcrops and mineral grains! xD Oooh do tell me more about these rock drawings some time!

Day 12:

Instead of "Shattered," I did the post-apocalyptic prompt "The Sky Empress." Here is Byunei, Devil Dragon Lord of the Wind: Ruler of the Sky from Romancing SaGa 3. Okay, she(?) is not an empress, but I really really wanted to draw her because I love her Abyss Form and her general concept, a̶n̶d̶ ̶h̶e̶r̶ ̶w̶e̶i̶r̶d̶ ̶d̶r̶a̶g̶o̶n̶ ̶t̶o̶e̶s̶,̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶h̶e̶r̶ ̶f̶a̶n̶c̶y̶ ̶b̶l̶a̶d̶e̶d̶ ̶o̶p̶i̶u̶m̶ ̶p̶i̶p̶e̶.̶ XD She's based on Buné the Great Duke of Hell in demonology, which is depicted as a three-headed dragon with the heads of a dog, griffon, and man.

Side note: In this form, Byunei has a green bird, a purple hellhound, and a devil baby as henchmen, which I find absolutely hilarious! XD I totally would have drawn them, but it would have taken too much effort, so I left them as the three ghosty dragons instead. However, if I get bored, I might draw them and/or her other form because I love how disgusting the three-headed dragon looks with its creepy baby head! XD

I also do not understand how her hair works at all.

P.S. I did draw this on the 12th, I just got too tired to post it! XD Day 13 is going to end up in the same boat!  I will post it tomorrow with Day 14. I'm getting too tired to finish inking what is left on the drawing.

Thanks! Actually, I did fight one the other day! I usually just run from them because they have so much HP and can attack twice in a row, which is super annoying considering that their attacks can easily 1HKO my party if I'm not careful.

"Sky Warlord"

This took me forever to ink, but I had a lot of fun drawing it!

Demon Wagnas is so fab, okay? I love his design! (Yes the character is a male; XD don't let his appearance deceive you.) Of course when I was sketching in pencil I unintentionally drew a beautiful calf. I was not about to erase a rare occurrence, so I gave him a bit less hindwing and a bit more leg. Then, I turned the drawing into Rocbouquet daydreaming about him because on the back of one of her trading cards, it says that her dream is to be his bride. XD

Luna's rocks inspired me to add some parallel lines to “shade” Wailord.
