| - days 15-31:
This was a very, very tiring experience xD but will for sure help me prepare for next year. I'm 100% proud of myself for completing the challenge, yes it was not drawing but it's art >_> just in another form. it help me think of ideas, it help me realize that I need to practice more lettering styles, and it help me see that "I can complete a challenge, if I put my heart in soul into it". even with the craziness for me of October, i'm proud to say: I DID IT! |

Final thoughts: I agree with Maru that this Inktober was very tiring! There were days where I had to force myself to draw something even though I was not feeling very inspired. I'm glad that I was able to pull through though! Last year I participated in Inktober as well, but I missed one of the prompts early on due to work, leaving me with 30/31 pieces by the end of the month. This year however, I managed to get all 31 done despite being sick for two weeks and simultaneously having to write up a big environmental report, and then spontaneously deciding to go out of town for a week to visit my boyfriend! xD I am very proud of myself for managing all of that. Next year, I'm thinking I might try throwing copic-type markers into the mix instead of simply doing line art. Compared to Inktober 2017, I was a lot more comfortable using my micron pens to draw! I might also try a different brand of pens. I'm not sure if it was just me, but it felt like the microns were running out of ink too quickly--Or maybe the paper was damaging the tips? I'm not sure, but I killed a lot more markers this time around! |

| Congrats you two!! It was fun to witness your journey on Discord in the acg channel :3. Monthly challenges are always more time consuming than they look so way to hang in there! |
