I was wondering if it was possible to have more than two gender options for the profile?
If not it's okay. I was just wondering if it was doable and if so, could we add some more in.

We can check into it, but that is likely determined by the forum provider.

I got curious about what forummotion had in place for that after I saw this thread, and all I could find with a google search was a thread on forummotion's help forum from 2014 that has been bumped every now and then asking for a feature to be added where a forum admin had the option of adding in more gender options if they wanted without have to do all kinds of code. Annnd from what I can tell it seems like the thread kinda died off after a while. :/

So my guess is you can do it with a bunch of pain in the butt code and I remember back when I was an admin, forummotion isn't super friendly with changing that stuff around. I know it took some trial and error and some frustrations to get a few things in the profiles the way they are currently.

Or maybe a custom profile option where people can write in? If not it's okay, just thought I'd bring it up. Thanks for the responses!

Hmmmm, looking on our end of things, this doesn't seem to be something admin can do. It MIGHT be something Queenie can do since she has founder permissions, so let me check that with her and see if there's anything that can be done. Right now on my end it looks like all I can do is change the icons for male or female. I'll get back to you!
