| The theme for the June Otaku Senshi Contest iiissss.............. Creatures of the Deep!!! (This is open to any creature that lives in the sea!) The Entries! Senshi Name: Sailor Maori| Moana die Nixe Powers: Hydrokenisis, Cryokenisis, Hydro-Thermokenisis (Water Juristiction)
Brief Description: Sailor Maori is a mermaid living deep within the Maori Island, in the very center of the underwater world of Atlantis. Maori island contains a Moon Grotto where the source of Mermaid magic in the Solar System is kept. Being a Solitary Guardian of the Island, Sailor Maori remains in her post, casting a barrier spell that keeps the island hidden from intruders- as well as the citizens of Atlantis. Sailor Maori was appointed to keep the grotto safe, for the loss of the merpeople's magic will bring catastrophe and death unto all the underwater worlds of the Solar System planets. Born as the Sailor Guardian of Atlantis, it was not until her awakening that she was appointed to keep the island safe. Thus, she lived several years as a mermaid- living with her family, until a battle against rebellious mermans ensued, and her Sailor-self was awakened. After the battle had been won, she had to give up her tail forever in order to attain her Sailor Senshi form (which is that of a human) permanently to keep the barrier in tact at all times as it completely disperses whenever she returns back to her mermaid form.
 Sailor Siren
Sirens in Greek Mythology were beautiful yet dangerous sea creatures who lured in sailors to their deaths with their lovely singing voices. Sailor Siren's name is therefore very appropriate because not only is she a school girl (who wears a sailor suit as a school uniform) but she also has powers over actual sailors. Sailor Siren is mischievous and enjoys luring in men at her leisure. She usually uses her powers for her own benefit but may occasionally help out a sailor if she takes a liking to him.
Powers:
Aqua Enchantment- Gains control over the flow of the ocean
Eros Enchantment- Attracts any human of her choice.
Siren Scream- Offensive attack of huge waves.
 Senshi Name: Sailor Jellyfish
Influences/powers:
Jellyfish Shocking Pulse - electric energy is released from Jellyfish's hands and paralyzes the enemy
Jellyfish Voltage Electrocutioner - a powerful ball of lightning energy that she sends hurtling at the enemy, usually can defeat most underling type enemies and severely damage a boss level foe
Description:
Sailor Jellyfish had existed as long as she could remember, she always thought as long as jellyfish had been around on this Earth. Sailor Jellyfish is a sprite of the ocean, able to live and breathe underwater. She helps to protect all ocean life, including the lifeforms of a her namesake. The jellyfish of the seas are her friends and she is often found swimming and living among them. Not much else is known about her as she hides herself away from most human interaction. She fears most humans as she sees them as those who harm the oceans, but due to her duty and burden as a Sailor Soldier, she has come to understand there is some good in them. The only human she interacts with is the Soldier of the Seas, Sailor Neptune, whom she views as a Goddess above her. Through Neptune, she met Sailor Moon who helped her to understand the good in humans and this planet.
So, in times of crisis to the Earth and its Oceans, Sailor Jellyfish springs into action, feeling the call of her duty as a Sailor Soldier and to help her friends, the Sailor Soldiers of Earth. - Spoiler:
