| I would suggest one or two revisions, StarlightSlayer.
1. Add a suggestion that if you have a good caption to not post it in the thread, because this might allow someone else to 'steal' it. 2. Be more specific than just "every few days" about when each round will end.
Other than that, I agree with Sailor Uranus that it looks great. |

| Will do. And as for the every few days bit, I'll be more specific when I get dates. That's just a vague placeholder. When we do get started, I will have exact dates to have suggestions in by. |

I cannot easily rebut any of your other points, Small Lady. So I'll just be quiet for now and let other Party Planners give their feedback. Oooh!! I see what you mean now! The reason Dark Kingdom and Dead Moon Circus are both 1 is because they are tied for first place on the poll. I guess I should make that more clear. :O |

Can you explain what type of game would it be? Which one of the themes for the anniversary will it be falling under?
Just a reminder that the anniversary starts on the 10th! Sorry for delay I'm really sick I would like to see this: Birthday love grafics, letters or fanfics about this event for exemple because the GC I got to know x person .......... the best win! |

| @Sailor Uranus: Just letting you know, Sailor Venus and I have been PMing about my proposed manga coloring contest, and we agreed that I will run my contest 10 days into the anniversary, after her graphics contest finishes! So you can remove the question mark beside my event in the first post, and I'll start a new thread to begin planning it soon~ EDIT: Oops, I realized the question mark is gone already! Thank you ♡ |

| Hey guys! If you guys could please check out my Guess the Quote thread to give me any feedback/comments in this thread, it would be much appreciated! ☆ @PrincesseNee: I really like your crossword puzzle thread! My only suggestion would be to specify the exact number of days/hours each crossword will be for and exactly how many incorrect answers you'll accept, just to make things a little clearer. But overall, great job! |

| ^Thanks for the feedback! I was also a bit confused on the grading system since the crosswords vary in length. Maybe you guys can offer a better system? Or maybe I should omit it altogether. Im thinking of changing the layout too a bit, its a littleto spaced out for my liking. But I dunno what do you guys think? As for your post, I like the layout! It could be a bit spaced out more between each section, but that could be just me. I'm also a bit confused on the rule regarding the bonus round. That is, Im not sure what exactly constitutes of it. Other than those things, I think it's great! |

| ^ Thank you for the feedback as well! Maybe for the scoring system, you could award everyone one point per correct answer, and whomever has the most points per crossword wins that crossword, and whomever wins the greatest number of crosswords at the end of the contest wins? I'm not sure. For your layout, I do think it's a little bit spaced out, but it doesn't look bad at all--I could see it going either way. So for my bonus round, what I'm trying to say is that for that round only, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners of that round will earn double points--for example, winning first place in a round would usually give you 3 points, but for the bonus round it would give you 6. I'll update my thread so the explanation is clearer |

| @Sailor Gallifrey, your thread seems good to me. I think its all explained properly. - PrincesseNee wrote:

For the crossword, I think in the past, people have just had it based more on who turns in a 100% correct one first. With the anniversary being3 weeks, I think only have 2 days per round is not a whole lot of time, especially since we will have lots of other activities going on. Often what can happen is you end up not having a lot of people being able to participate because their attention gets divided amongst all the other games and activities. Maybe do 5 rounds, 4 days each? I'm not sure how many rounds youwanted to do but I just would hate to see you put a lot of work into it but not a lot of people be able to participate. - PrincesseNee wrote:

Usually, i think it was done by whoever turned in a 100% correct crossword first, they would win the round, with second and third being others that turned theirs in after. Most often I think if people can't figure out all the answers they give up and just don't bother turning it in. Just throwing out ideas but maybe if you said that it doesn't matter if you don't fill it out all of the way, the scoreboard will be based on how many that you answered? Like if a puzzle has 10 questions and they got 9/10, while the ohters only maybe got 6/10 or 7/10. If you go that route, you could consider someone getting the grand prize of all the puzzles based on how many they got total out of all the puzzles combine? Like if there were 150 questions total and the first place winner had like 146/150. They would be the grand winner of all the rounds? Does that make sense? I'm not sure if I am now xD |

I'm not sure if I am now xD I've done 6 of the senshi so far, and I'm planning on doing all ten. Maybe I could have two puzzles for 4 days and have people choose? And whoever completes the most puzzles wins? I dunno, just trying to make it easier for everyone. I like the idea of the scoreboard being more lenient. Like maybe the puzzle doesn't have to be filled in, but the one that is most filled can be the winner. However, I've included some pretty difficult questions. Maybe I can have them be bonus questions and let people know that they don't have to complete them but if they do, they get more points. And I do think the question total system might be good, doesn't discourage people from not completing them. |

| Ok, so I've updated the thread to alter the rules. I've currently done eight of the senshi crossword, each of which having roughly 30 questions give or take. They include stuff like likes, dislikes, a bit of trivia, stuff like that. I'm wondering if that length would be fine given the updated rules or should I shorten them accordingly?
Edit: If anyone doesn't mind a few spoilers. I can post the crossword to have them proofread. I'm trying to decide if I should include a word bank to make it easier. |

| Ok, I had a quick look, and here are some of my suggestions.
Some of them are too vague. For example, in the Usagi puzzle, "She can be quite..." this can literally be filled with anything. Try something like "Her two main traits at the beginning of the series are clumsy and... [Answer: crybaby]." Furthermore, I don't quite understand this question: "Her friends as...?" Likewise, "She doesn't know who this person is" is wayyy too broad. Try specifying the situation (for example in the Stars Arc, mention an episode or manga chapter even). Again, "She is friends with...?" can be literally anyone.
"She is not part of which club?" -> again too broad, this could be anything beyond the actual club she's a part of.
The Minako puzzle is much better, but you might want to state which version of SM you're referring to. For example for this question: "The name of her illness is...?" This is exclusively a PGSM/live action question and you should state it as such (Also, just a correction but the name of her illness was actually never stated in the entire series).
Edit: Also, don't include blank spaces in crosswords. |
