Achelois watched as Enya took off towards the direction they had entered from.  Although she was at first inclined to follow after, she instead headed over to Ribbon and Nocturnus.  "I don't want to leave you here, there could be other enemies, can you both move well?"

Sailor Nocturnus

They needed to follow Enyalius to the other group fighting the clam, but now she understood why Ribbon remained stationery--she could not take the pill to relieve the impact of this pressure.

"If you take the pill the crone gave you, you'll be able to move," she explained. "I'll help you take it. Then we'll leave together."

Ribbon looked up to Achelois, and then to Nocturnus and then directed Nocturnus to get the pill from her belt; once Nocturnus popped it into her mouth, it was like her entire body had been released from a vice. She said her thanks and prepared to go, looking back to Leviathan. "Leviathan! Are you coming, too?"

In the midst of their crazy celebration, Sailor Leviathan paused to hear that the other group may not have fared as well as they had. They still needed help, especially hearing that Oberon's mental communication had ended. Something had to have happened.

"Y-yes!" Leviathan responded nervously. "Let's go! We've saved the planet but we need to make sure everyone else is saved too!"

Still, she couldn't help but keep smiling. For once, she felt like she had done something right.

Enoch

Enoch grew extremely nervous. Sure, he had awakened his powers, but aside from transforming, he didn't know if he could do anything else. He knew he had to accompany the group though. He owed it to the others for Planet Leviathan's rescue.

As he wen though, he was suddenly confronted by none other than Guardian Leviathan. The tiny sprite had hidden herself during the duration of the battle. She whipped the reins of her seahorse to keep up with the rest of the others' speed. Her tiny adorable face looked very seriously at Enoch.

"Enoch... no, Azazel Knight. We need to talk later. It's a matter of most importance."

As the others began to move, Nix followed suit, returning to visible mode for the time being so they could see she had followed now that the telepathic link was down.

As they traveled back the way they had come, they came upon a dragon trying to free their trapped to companions.  Except he looked very stressed as he explained that he had no idea where they were or how to heal them.  Achelois's heart felt for this dragon who would probably rather be fighting for his family than here trying to dig up people in a stretch of 20-foot deep rock debris.  Achelois's face lit up with the thought that she could make this dragon's time a whole a lot easier.  She moved forward to the dragon and rested a calm hand on his shoulder area as she explained to him, "I can locate the two of them for you and show you where they are, when they are freed I can revive them as well, just bring them to the battle if it is not already over." Achelois entered her meditative state and searched for Amatheia and Shadow.  She found them easily and hovered over where their bodies were buried.  "Here they are!"  She smiled warmly at the dragon, and offered her gratitude, "Thank you for helping us with this, we will do everything we can to save those who are captured."

The dragon nodded his he'd appreciatively and got to work immediately, pulling up rocks and casting them aside, digging down to find the missing warriors.

"Should we --" Ribbon began to ask, but already much of the party had moved on, intent to do what they could for the others as quickly as possible. She'd continue forward, too; she had helped save Leviathan, maybe she could help save the others, too.

Using the directions Achelois had inadvertently gotten from locating shadow and amatheia, they continued down the right pathways towards where the battle against the clam was taking place.

After leaving the dragon to his duty, they followed the path down to a larger area.  Hearing noises and knowing that there were dragons, their group (still alive), and the clam just up ahead, Achelois decided to hand near the edge of the rock before bursting forth onto the scene.  She tried to look around just enough to get an idea of the situation.  What she saw told her that things were not looking good.  Oberon was down, Callisto was on shield duty, and Sedna looked awkward.  Better not that she be the first one to enter, they don't know how hard the enemy hits and she didn't want to be taken out upon arrival.

Nix had turned herself invisible again once they got close to the other group, before entering the area. Upon coming in, she assessed the chaotic scene before her. Lots of dragons that looked distressed, while some remained frozen on their spot. There was a giant clam in the middle of it all, currently shut.

Callisto stood before the dragons, while Sedna seemed unmoving though standing, and… Oberon lay unconscious nearby. At least she hoped she was unconscious.

What a mess. Who to help first?

“What do we do?” she whispered as she hovered among the group, waiting for instructions. She wanted to ask those who were already here but did not want to call out—she needed to maintain her invisibility.

Enyalius paused only to humor Achelois and get the gist of the situation, her eyes taking in the dragons in their various states, Sedna, Callisto and Oberon - things obviously hadn't gone well. The dragons had called the enemy 'the clam' and there was clam right there, so that was her best guess.

"We attack," Enyalius answered simply before rocketing off towards the clam, her sword and shield at the ready!

It seemed that whatever the clam had done to the dragons, it had done the same to her for when Enya attacked the clam, she felt pain, causing her to scream, it was so intense. If this is what the dragons had been going through than she really was a failure of a senshi.

Enyalius jumped back as both the dragons and Sedna reacted to her attack on the clam; poised with sword and shield ready, she demanded, "What the hell is going on?!"

Nix came to stop near her, but Enya took one look and rushed in attacking the clam.  While Achelois expected the clam to be nearly defeated she was shocked when the dragons and Sedna screamed as well.  Were they connected somehow?

Enoch

Upon arrival, Enoch was shocked to see the state of the situation. He guessed that the three soldiers had not been enough to take this strange new woman out.

"Wait!" he shouted as Sailor Enyalius ripped into the clam. "The eel was saying before that they didn't intend on destroying the planet. Something is going on here and we can find out now that the planet is safe. You guys need more information. This woman likely knows the enemy's true purpose!"

"The Clam has Sedna and the dragons connected by an invisible bond!" Callisto said, attempting to explain while maintaining the shield. "I was trying to restrain her before the pressure became too much." 

It was relieving to see that the second group had located their position even without Oberon relaying, but she still felt terrible for being so helpless. She couldn't help Sedna or the dragons without risking being snared int eh same trap as them.

"Fine then," Enyalius yelled back to Enoch, her eyes boring into the blank eyes of the enemy, "I'll leave her alive enough to talk."

While her attention was still on the enemy, who looked at her from within the remains of the clamshell she had shattered, she listened to Callisto. "How's the bond work?" she asked, her voice loud and carrying, her posture still aggressive.

Callisto frowned as she attempted to simplify what she had seen so far. "I'm not sure of the specifics, but, she can cause them pain on a whim, and transfer the pain she feels from injuries."

Maybe with more people, it would be possible to capture the clam alive.

When Enyalius attacked the clam head on, it shattered, revealing the enemy beneath. But things seemed to be less straightforward here than with the chaos seed. The moment the enemy was hurt, several other painful shrieks resounded, like an echo. Almost like they were all connected.

As Enoch said that they needed more information, Nix knew someone else needed to question the clam woman, because she herself was still trying to remain nonexistent as far as the enemy was concerned.

Callisto confirmed that there was an invisible bond but that they had not figured out exactly how it worked. She wanted to ask if restraining helped anyone, but… she really wished the mind link was still there.

She moved slowly toward the clam, not quite close enough within physical striking distance, with the intent to scrutinize her, searching for a telltale gesture or an object that shone on her person or anything that could tell them what was responsible for the bond. There must be a way to sever it without killing everyone. Perhaps she might not find it until after the next blow, but either way she’d be ready to spot it.

Okay, so they didn't know how it worked, so they didn't know what she could and could not do to inflict more or less pain; they might just have to soldier through it. "Achelois," she called back calmly, and smirked, just for the clam, "Cover me."

She meant, of course, to keep the others alive while she wailed on this creature; she knew Achelois would understand what she had meant, too. She pulled her elbow back and thrust her sword forward, aiming for non-vitals.

Enyalius jumped lightly to the side as a pearl the size of a beachball rushed towards her, the surprise evident on her face quickly changing to an amused grin.

Her adrenaline starts pumping; this would be fun.

When Enya attacked the clam once more, Eshana couldn't help the scream of pain that left her lips. What was the other senshi up to? Feeling weak and tired from all the attacks, she knew she was close to passing out.

The moment Ribbon understood there was a puzzle to be solved, she moved forward to see things clearer. She was good at puzzles; she might be able to help. She watched closely as Enyalius attacked the enemy and the poor dragons and Sedna reacted, but didn't catch anything. She concentrated harder, hoping to get more out of it.

The way she just banished her shell; could she banish other things? Was that magic or teleportation? 

The way the clam hit the ground to activate her attack... did she always need to hit the ground to attack?

Callisto said the bonds were invisible; maybe they weren't even physical? Were they magic? Psychic? How did they stay connected? 

Eshana's screams were anything but pleasant, but she couldn't concentrate on that now. She had to keep looking!

Enya's voice redirected Achelois's attention to her, she slipped a little more forward into the room now.  She already had her energy flowing ready to send it on as Enya attacked the clam woman again.  While she did a lot of damage to enemy, this time it caused Sedna and the dragons more pain as well.  Achelois released her energy to Sedna healing her as much as she could in one go.  "I've got it."

Callisto wondered what Enyalius planned to do to get around hurting the others any more, and then gasped when the senshi lashed out at the clam again. shattering the shell and causing another scream from Sedna.

What was she doing?! Didn't she see how much this was hurting her? And that didn't even factor in how long the dragons had been experiencing this. Callisto's surprise turned into anger, and even after Achelois started to heal them, it didn't excuse that sort of carelessness. Enyalius hadn't even warned them.

She didn’t see anything when Enya attacked again, and began to feel frustrated. Angling herself out of the clam’s sight so she would not see the attack coming, Nix released Glacier Freeze in an attempt to freeze the creature in place. Callisto had spoken about trying to restrain her earlier… maybe that would make a difference.

The Clam is encased in ice and is immobile until she breaks out!

The bonds are still active! Neither Sedna nor the dragons under the Pearl Net attack can move!

The enemy was suddenly encased in ice, and Enya pulled back on her next attack, not wanting to break it out if Nix had something in mind. "Sedna, can you move?" Enyalius asked, watching the Clam for any cracks in its icy coating.

She attempted to move, part of of her not all that disappointed when she couldn't. 

"No, whatever she's done, it's still active."
