I'm sorry. I just feel that passionately about how much Sailor Moon was butchered and mistreated by the dubbing. Don't even get me started on the voice acting in the S-SuperS seasons.
And V-Babe, I amusingly feel JUST as you do! ... Except about Sailor Moon, ironically enough. But DBZ in Japanese is just not DBZ. But I digress. Ahem. I feel the exact same way. I was watching the S season in english a few weeks back because my sister was in the room, and I just couldn't take it. It was done so terribly. Not to mention the names, I can't even handle the fact that they changed so many of the names. And Haruka and Michiru? Don't get me started. |

I didn't sadly grow up with Sailor Moon but I did watch it orirginally in dub so I know what you mean when you say it feels and sounds all wrong in sub. I watch Anime in Dub and Sub depending on which one I prefer more |
