Appearance: Rei is of average height with long dark hair past her waist. Her eyes are brown. She mostly wears her school uniform or miko attire but is very stylish when wearing other things such as khaki or dress pants, earth tones accented with red, women's jackets, blazers, and cocktail dresses. She has a slim build and is average height at about 5' 3"


Personality: Rei is very reserved at first due to her psychic abilities which caused others her age to ostracize her or revere her for her mysteriousness. As a result, she does not trust people she does not know easily. She is also rather traditional due to her devotion to the faith of her shrine and as a consequences is not fond of modern society, culture, and technology. However, as she makes friends with her fellow senshi, she becomes more open, elevating her popular allure at her private girls academy.
Rei is very protective of her friends and due to her stubborn, fiery temper will often react immediately to threats, sometimes in ways that escalate the problem. Rei can be a go-getter who will also tackle problems alone without involving her friends. Sometimes this leads to her own detriment but it can also help bring enemies out from hiding sooner. She also antagonizes Usagi at times for her faults but not in ways that are actually malicious. In reality she and Usagi are very close. She is very ambitious and not fond of men, and mostly desires to maintain her family’s shrine and be an independent, successful woman in life. 
To achieve this, Rei takes a very goal-oriented approach to her life and strives in and out of school to turn these dream to reality.
Any Unique Abilities/Skills: As both a civilian and senshi, Rei can use ofuda scrolls to immobilize demons and cleanse evil sprits, calling out “Akuryo Taisan.” She also has strong intuitive psychic abilities. She can sense evil energies, receive premonitions about upcoming events, and gain insight from meditating in front of the sacred fire.
 
History: Centuries ago, Princess Mars was enlisted to be the protector of Princess Serenity of the Moon. She befriended the princess and her fellow Senshi and helped to defend the Silver Millennium kingdom from threats. She was defeated in the battle against the Dark Kingdom and was sent to be reincarnated by Queen Serenity.
She was reborn as Hino Rei in Tokyo in the 20th Century to Hino Takashi, a politician and his wife Risa who took ill and died when her daughter Rei was young. Because of this, Rei resented her father for not being around much for her mother’s convalescence and went to live with her maternal grandfather at his Shinto Shrine. Her father still visits her on her birthday and pays for her tuition to the prestigious T*A Girls Academy. At the shrine, Rei’s intuitive psychic abilities grew as she practiced Shinto more deeply and took on more responsibilities. Rei was both revered and left out by her classmates due to her psychic abilities and her dislike of modern society. The ostracism reaches a low point when children begin disappearing on a bus that passes the shrine and she is blamed because of her psychic abilities. Tsukino Usagi had come across her by this point while investigating the disappearances with Mizuno Ami. She defends Rei and comes to the rescue when Rei is taken to where Jadeite has been kidnapping the children. During the confrontation, she activates as Sailor Mars and joins in the fight against the Dark Kingdom. She continue to fight for peace with her fellow senshi against future threats eventually bringing about Crystal Tokyo and a new golden age of existence in the Solar System.

Senshi Fuku: Original: As Sailor Mars, she wears the standard Senshi fuku. The dominant color of her fuku was red while the accent color was purple. Her tiara gem, earrings, choker, collar, elbow fittings on her gloves, center of her front bow, back bow, skirt and shoes were red while her front bow was purple. Her earrings were five-pointed red stars, her collar had one stripe, and her shoes were red high heels. (Sailor Moon Wiki - Anime bio)
Super: When she received the "Super" upgrade, her choker had a five-pointed golden star on it, the bottom of her sleeves became transparent, the center of her front bow became a heart, and her back bow was enlarged and lengthened. (Sailor Moon Wiki)

Eternal: her fuku almost appears to be similar to Eternal Sailor Moon's fuku, minus the wings. However, it is red and has lighter red bubble-like sleeves with red bands. Her choker is a "V" shape with a gold star on it. Her chest bow remains purple, but her back bow is a lighter shade of red. The belt is two shades of red ribbons with a star in front. Her gloves are now up to her forearms. Her skirt has two shades of red layered together. RP Sample: Rei paced back and forth in front of the restaurant in the dress sent over by her father’s assistant. She almost got away from this tradition this year, but received a note asking for a different day at the last moment. She paused and looked up at the moon, sighing to herself. Suddenly she heard her name from far away, and blanched slightly. Usagi’s voice called to her and she felt the swift approach of her friend. “Reeeeeiii-can! You look nice! What are you doing in front of this restaurant? Do you have a date?”
“No, “ she answered quietly, “I’m waiting for my father.” She had explained to Usagi and the others some time ago, but preferred not to talk about it.
“Oh, would you like me to wait with you?”
It was difficult to say no to such bright directness and it would possibly make her father happy to see she had friends.

"Sure,” she said. Looking up at the moon again and smiling that she had her own ray of moonlight in her life to remind her that family comes in many varieties.

Can you expand Rei’s appearance and personality sections? Also, can you add her fuku description to the bio? For appearance, you could go into more detail about her clothing, mention her build and exact height (5´3”) etc.

For personality, could you mention Rei prefers to deal with issues herself instead of involving her friends in them, and that she is confident and very goal-oriented?
