In the Silver Millennium, Princess Serenity was the one responsible of the destruction of the world because she lost Endymion. It was not Queen Beryl, Metalia, or even Saturn. Serenity was the villain.

And in the present day, she did it again. However, this time she managed to save it after.

The second destruction of the world woke up two new senshi. Haruka Tenoh and Michiru Kaioh; Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune. When the world was "reset", they started having terrible dreams about world destruction and the image of one person responsible for it. Their princess.

In Silver Millennium, the two of them were also guardians of the outer solar system who never met the princess. But they were in love, and they were happy. Until Serenity destroyed that happiness.

They weren't going to let the same thing happen again.

In the present time, they only have one mission: kill the Princess.

Basic Character Outline for the Outers

Haruka retains her stubborn and aggressive personality, except when she's talking to Michiru. She has lost her flirty side and would just be abrasive to everyone, especially to the Inners and Usagi. She thinks they're stupid for protecting someone so dangerous.

Michiru has a sharp tongue that can cut down anyone with just a few words. She doesn't retain her soft spot toward Usagi and the others from the other canons and thinks they're childish and naive.

Both Haruka and Michiru have gone rogue from their past life's mission. Now the only thing that matters the most for them is each other and making sure they can live happily ever after with one another, which is why they want to prevent any further world destruction possibilities. They also have a terrible codependency to each other; they literally have no idea how to function like a normal human being without the other.

Interesting! So how will this RP play out? How do Harkua and Michiru find about Usagi and Co's senshi identities? Are they fighting anything or just each other?

Yami: I'm thinking of introducing some Death Busters threat as well which will facilitate the Inners and Outers meeting in battle, just like in S. After they take care of the monster, Haruka and Michiru will attack the Inners (or mainly Usagi) and then from that point on it'll be them trying to find Usagi's civilian identity so they could kill her more easily. The Inners will have to be on guard at all times.

So if we have the Death Busters does that mean Pluto and Saturn will appear at some point?

If you have a general Jupiter bio, you can just use that. I don't think their personalities are all that different, not as much as Minako (or Ami to an extent, or Rei from Anime!Rei).

At the moment I have no plans to debut Pluto or Saturn, especially because Usagi will take Saturn's place as the world destroyer the Outers are trying to kill. But if anyone's interested in playing either and have ideas on how to bring them in, I'd be open to that

Merc, do I need to make a new Haruka profile? I wasn't sure, because she doesn't have an established canon personality in PGSM, but she doesn't even exist in PGSM, sooooo xD

Yeah, I'm not sure about that either. Maybe just add an SSI explaining the difference in personality? I think everything else is the same (powers, history, etc).

We are starting on an ordinary day where the girls meet up after school. So Usagi, Ami, and Mako should be coming out of school together, and Rei and Minako will meet up with them outside. They're planning to spend the day together for the first time after everything as normal girls.

Yes, when the world was reset we saw Minako in a recording booth, so it's safe to assume she's still an idol.
