Plot Summary:  Minako Aino is a typical middle school student. She's outgoing head stronger girl who dreams about becoming an idol and finding a boyfriend. One day she meets a talking cat named Artemis who reveals that she is a solider of justice, Sailor V. He tells her it's her duty to protect Earth from an evil organization name Dark Agency. 
Details on any necessary information: This is a retelling of the Sailor V manga. It will expanded upon the manga's plot and explore Minako's and Artemis's relationship.  
Restrictions:
The only open characters will be Minako and Artemis. The rest of the Sailor V cast will be NPC. However one character, Saitou may be taken by a player if the roleplay decides to explore his character. He resembles Kunzite.

So for awhile now I've been wanting to do a Sailor V rp. I thought it would be fun to do a retelling RP because the manga leaves so many questions.

Artemis is so much fun to play as. I like mixing his manga and anime personalities. It makes him more well rounded.

Minako will be a challenge for me as well. Despite her being my favorite character I never really played her for before. Plus I have to show her growing as character in this rp. So yay challenges all around!

I'm currently working on my Minako profile. The storyline has been submitted. I'm amusing you don't have an Artemis bio? If you need any help feel free to ask me. ^^

So I made the thread earlier today. I will get the first post out soon. I never did ask you if you read the Sailor V manga. Because there are things from there I would like to expand. The character Boss for example.

I made an error. Minako is in her first year of middle school not her last. I don't know why I thought it was her last year. Also I'm going to compile a list of the characters from the manga. 

Because we're not going to go chapter by chapter. However I do want to use the other important characters like Boss and the police.
