Plot Summary:  

Minako Aino is an outgoing and head strong girl. She's entering her final year of middle school and is eager to start high school. She dreams of becoming an idol and finding a boyfriend. She finds herself enjoying this school year. She made the volleyball team and is actually getting decent grades. One day during gym class Minako trips over a white cat. She senses something strange about the cat as it runs away. Later that day on her way home from school, Minako runs into the same cat. He talks and introduces himself Artemis. He  tells her that Earth is in grave danger from an evil organization called Dark Agency. He then gives her a special pen that will transform her into a warrior. He tells her she is a sailor of justice called Sailor V. Minako brushes it off as an illusion and goes home. 

The next day at school a monster attacks and steals energy from her classmates. Artemis appears by her side and instructs her to transform into Sailor V. Minako reluctantly agrees and uses the pen to transform. She fights off the monster and saves her classmates. She now has no choice to carry out the mission Artemis has given her. As Minako battles the Dark Agency she must learn what's more important. Her duty or her dreams. 
 
Details on any necessary information: This is a retelling of the Sailor V manga. It will expanded upon the manga's plot and explore Minako's and Artemis's relationship.  
Restrictions:
The only open characters will be Minako and Artemis. The rest of the Sailor V cast will be NPC. However one character, Saitou may be taken by a player if the roleplay decides to explore his character. He resembles Kunzite.

How long should I make it?

To be honest, I would like a nice chunky paragraph, or two paragraphs of at least 5 sentences each with detail. Give some guidelines about the story. Where does it start? What should happen?

Well it's a retelling of the Sailor V manga. I'm really not sure how to go into major detail. But I'll see what I can do.

If you want to leave it alone, you can simply change the story to be relaxed. I would be fine with that.  Also, the source, is it for the overall story of Sailor V? If so, can you indicate that?

I expanded the plot. As for source um I can paraphrase from it from the first time I wrote the plot. For the new plot I kind of just rewrote the first chapter the manga so I don't know what to do. XD
