| Hello dearies! It's time to plan our first big-ish? event that has you guys help! This time we're doing a Cherry Blossom Festival theme! It'll include some fun games and maybe something to do with music? to celebrate the beautiful cherry blossoms (and other flowers!)! Remember that participating in this event will get you a bumper and count towards being eligible for future bumpers! You have until next Friday to post that you're here and willing to help, or to post that you won't be able to!

| Glad to hear so many people want to help! Since the signups end this Friday, the 24th, I'm thinking of having this event launch on May 8th. That gives us nearly two weeks to plan everything, get everything sorted, and to have everyone prepare for their event. |

| Okay! That should work for me! I will have finals that week, but I can work around that for planning. I also graduate on May 10th and have a party on the 8th at night, so I may be in and out on those days or not on at all on the 10th. |

| Alright the sign ins are closed, so I will be locking this thread! Anyone who signed up for the Party Planners, but has not let me know that they can not help in this event, will have one strike against them. Remember that after 2 strikes, you will be removed from the group and not be allowed to help with the planning of events for two months, after which you can resign up if you want! This is to keep the planning group easy to manage and make sure that active people are in it so the event's can be awesome! |
