Make sure you include start dates, end dates, voting dates, etc. clearly labeled within the thread for any event you are hosting, as well as thorough instructions on how members participate. (For example: If you require that an image be submitted, do they do so via PM? Is there a particular title for the PM? Is it important that they not share their entry with others until after the contest is complete?)

The event is pretty short, so I think 3 might be hard unless they were all active for the full duration.

It's so small that I'll allow a last-minute event. Sailor Mars may need to approve it, as I'll be on LOA starting tomorrow.
