Appearance:  She stands at 4’11, and is the shortest of the senshi. Usagi has blue eyes and very long blonde hair that she always wears in twin odangos. She wears her junior high school uniform in the first part of the series which consists of a sailor style uniform with a blue collar with white stripes, red bow on the front of a white shirt paired with a blue skirt. Her high school uniform is a darker blue, with red stripes on the collar and a dark blue ribbon on the front. When she isn’t wearing her school uniform, she prefers to wear skirts and other girly clothing in soft, pastel colours.
 
As Princess Serenity, her hair is in the same style (in the manga it is Silver) and she wears a Princess dress. Her dress is very flowy, and is all white. Her shoulder pads resemble shells and at the back of the dress, there is a long ribbon. In this form, her lunar crescent on her forehead is visible and so is the beaded white bracelet she wears. She also wears white pearl accessories in her hair, crescent shaped earrings, and in the manga, she had a flower on one of the odangos.
 
When she became Neo Queen Serenity, her look changed again. Her dress resembles the one she wore as a Princess but there are notable differences. The bow in the back looks like butterfly’s wings and on her head in place of other hair accessories, she wears a tiara/crown. In this form she is around twenty two so she is much more graceful. In the anime, her hair is blonde, with a few curls on either side of her face. The dress is fitted and the shoulder pads are gone. The tiara in this form resembles a crown with a red heart shaped center that has wings on either side. In the manga, her dress remains flowy like her princess dress and her hair becomes silver. She carries a staff with her that changes as Sailor Moon’s main weapon is upgraded. Her earrings are now three white pearls and her tiara is much smaller and is white. The center is still the same heart shape, and now has three white peals on each side decorating it.

Personality: Usagi started off being a crybaby and extremely clumsy. She was lazy, and always got bad grades because she never studied. Often mistaken to be stupid, Usagi is actually just naïve, lazy and gets distracted very easily. She would rather play video games, read manga and sleep. She absolutely loves food, especially if they are sweet. Her greatest dream is to become a bride. She is terrible at writing Kanji which can be seen even when she becomes Neo Queen Serenity.
 
She is a daydreamer, which really doesn’t help her stay focused for studying, and use to fall for boys all the time. In the beginning, Usagi was very selfish and irresponsible. She didn’t take her job as Sailor Moon seriously at first, using the disguise pen for personal reasons and whining about having to fight. However, despite all this, she is charming in her own way and makes friends easily and is very outgoing. She is also extremely persistent to the point of being stubborn to want to be friends with people who sometimes don’t want anything to do with her at first.
 
Her ability to love and forgive people are her two best qualities, as they seem to be endless. In the anime, Usagi is always showing her enemies forgiveness and a willingness to give them a second chance and goes so far to help some of them start their lives over. She would rather purify the enemy than kill them. She also never gives up, no matter what she faces. Her friends and lover could be killed, and she will keep on loving people, attempting to purify the enemy and gets back up no matter how many times she is pushed down to keep on fighting for people that she loves.
 
She is also very idealistic and wishes to believe the best in everyone. She won’t give up on someone, even when other people tell her that she should or should sacrifice them, such as with Hotaru when Usagi refused to sacrifice the girl. She frequently performs miracles, pulling through tough situations when it looks like she will lose and everything will be destroyed and she doesn’t accept any limitations, she always believes that anything she puts her mind to is possible, although she may stumble a bit on the way to those realizations.

By the time the stars arc rolls around, Usagi is a strong leader and fighter and has grown out of many of her bad habits such as being a crybaby. She is a lot calmer and you begin to see the type of person she will become as Neo Queen Serenity. She becomes less selfish and more sacrificing, not wanting to see her friends get hurt because of her.
 
Any Unique Abilities/Skills:Unless you count her ability to wield the Silver Crystal, she has no other unique talents.

History:  


Silver Millennium
In the Silver Millennium, Usagi was the Princess Serenity, heir to the Moon Kingdom and only child of Queen Serenity. She had four guardians, Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Venus. She loved Earth and often visited, which was how she met Prince Endymion, the crowned Prince of Earth. Due to the fact that relationships between their two peoples were forbidden, they continued to see each other in secret.
 
On Earth, Beryl, with the help of Metalia, influenced the citizens of Earth against the Moon People, causing them to attack the Moon Kingdom out of jealousy. Endymion, who fought to protect Princess Serenity during the war died, and the Princess, unable to live without her love, killed her short after/ got killed shortly after (manga/anime). There were many casualties of the war, including the Princess’s guardians and the Moon Kingdom fell. The Queen used the last of her strength and magic from the Silver Crystal to seal away Metalia and send everyone’s spirits to be reincarnated in the future on Earth in hopes they would leave a safe, happy life. The outer senshi had been too far away to help and when they were finally able to make it to the Moon Kingdom, it was too late. Their act of coming together caused Saturn to awaken and for her to bring about the destruction of the rest of the Solar System.

Present Day
 
The story begins when Usagi is 14 years old and in her second year of junior high school. She has a loving family, with her mother, father, and younger brother named Shinto. On the way to school one day, she finds a cat being abused. She chases the young boys off and picks the cat up, noticing that there is a bandage on the cats’ forehead. Taking it off, she finds there to be a gold crescent moon.  Later that day the cat found Usagi in her bedroom and introduced herself as Luna. She informed the younger girl that she was a soldier of justice and gave her a brooch which enabled Usagi to transform into Sailor Moon. The young girl learned that it was her duty to fight the enemy, find her fellow soldiers and find and protect the princess.
 
She was quickly thrown into battle against the Dark Kingdom, on her own at first until she was able to find Sailor Mercury. She then found Sailor Mars, Jupiter and Venus. Mamoru life was later threatened, causing Usagi to awaken as the true Princess, revealing that Venus had always been designated as her decoy/ body double. The Silver Crystal was also formed in modern times through Usagi’s tears. As she fought more enemies, her memory of her past life slowly returned. History nearly repeated itself as Usagi impaled herself on the Holy Sword after she had to kill Mamoru, but the Crystal protected her and the other senshi’s last burst of life source reawakened her. With Mamoru’s strength being leant to her, she was able to defeat Metalia and bring her friends back to life.
 
After the Dark Kingdom was defeated, a young child named Chibiusa, appeared out of nowhere, literally crashing in on Usagi and Mamoru’s date, telling them that she is called Usagi. She demands that the Silver Crystal be handed over and hypnotizes the Tsukino family into believing she is a relative. New enemies soon appear being lead by Wiseman. Wiseman turned out to be Death Phantom, a being who had also attacked Crystal Tokyo, where it is discovered that Chibiusa is from. It is soon discovered that in the future, Usagi is to lead the Earth as Neo Queen Serenity, with Mamoru as King Endymion at her side. Chibiusa is revealed to be their future daughter, who had come through the Time Space Door after stealing a key from Sailor Pluto.
 
After Wiseman was defeated, new Senshi began appearing; Sailor Uranus and Neptune, and later joined by Sailor Saturn. The outer senshi wanted to take the enemies out on their own, convinced they didn’t need the help of the inner senshi, but Sailor Moon was able to convince them to fight together. When all nine senshi, with the exception of Sailor Saturn joined their hearts, the Holy Grail appeared before Sailor Moon, enabling her to become Super Sailor Moon. Usagi refused to allow the outer senshi to destroy Hotaru, who they believed would be their destruction. Saturn did eventually awaken, but with the help of Sailor Moon, she didn’t have to destroy the world.
 
Pegasus helped Sailor Moon regain her powers in the anime and she regained them on her own in the manga. Using the Golden Crystal that belonged to Mamoru as well as her Silver Crystal, they were able to defeat the Dead Moon Circus. Her power turned all the senshi into their Princess forms while she herself became Neo Queen Serenity. When Sailor Moon in the past turned into her more powerful Princess form, her ability in this moment to turn into Neo Queen Serenity instead denotes a huge increase in her power. This also gave the cats their human forms as well as making the Sailor Power Guardians appear. Super Sailor Mon then formed the Holy Moon Chalice as everyone poured their power into it and she transformed into Eternal Sailor Moon.
 
After Mamaru left, giving Usagi a Promise Ring, Usagi befriended the Three Lights, idols who transferred to her high school. They were in reality the Sailor Starlights, guardians from another planet who had come to Earth in search of their Princess. Seiya, developed a romantic interest in Usagi who remained oblivious to Seiya’s feelings. Chibiusa had returned to the 30^th century, but Usagi found another mysterious girl who joined the Tsukino family under the disguise of her sister, called Chibi Chibi.
 
One by one, each of the senshi crystals were taken, causing them to die. With the Starlight, Sailor Moon went to Galaxia’s palace in order to take everyone back. They arrive at the Galaxy Cauldron, where all the star seeds were born. Chaos told Sailor Moon that of all the enemies she faced, they were all a part of him and they were all born from the cauldron. It was her light that attracted all the darkness and caused all the calamity and that it was her fault all of this destruction happened. This conflict was eternal and this was confirmed by Chibi Chibi.
 
Chibi Chibi revealed herself to be Sailor Cosmos, a senshi from the distant future. She had given up hope and lost everything, now unable to beat Chaos. She fled to the past to help Sailor Moon change it. The war could be ended once and for all by destroying the Cauldron now. Sailor Moon didn’t agree that this was the answer, instead wanting a future for the galaxy and it wasn’t worth ending all the suffering forever if there was nothing else beyond it.
 
Sailor Moon told Cosmos that despite all the suffering, she wasn’t going to give up. Everyone believed in her, so she needed to provide a future for them. She also told Cosmos for her not to give up hope. Sailor Moon then jumped into the Cauldron, using her ultimate power to defeat Chaos and purify the cauldron. The Guardian of the Cauldron, Guardian Cosmos, told her that one day Chaos would return and gave her a choice: go back to her normal life where more enemies would eventually come or stay in the cauldron to be reborn. Usagi said she wanted to live again along with everyone and she and her friends were then returned to their life.
 
Once she was done with school, she and Mamoru got married and at some point, she became pregnant with Chibiusa and became Neo Queen Serenity.


Storyline Specific Information:


Eternal Senshi: Usagi is 14 years old, and in her second year of Junior High School. It is there she meets her guardians from her past life as Princess Serenity, who were brought to the future, not having died in the downfall of the Moon Kingdom. Not having the benefit of growing up on Earth, or having the same experiences, Usagi takes it upon herself to help her new friends learn about Earth and do all the fun things in life.

Senshi Fuku:
 
Her main colours are blue and red. Her collar and skirt are blue, while her choker, back bow, front bow and shoes are red. Her tiara is gold with a red gem and the front of her odangos have red gems. Her earrings are crescent moon shaped. Her brooch is round and yellow with a crescent moon shape on it. There are four round gems around the side, each gem representing one of the inner senshi. Her choker and the top of her boots have yellow crescent moons on them.
 
Her brooch gets two upgrades, the first being a star shape insde of a circle with four gems around the star. The second is her brooch is now heart-shaped and red with a yellow crescent at the center. With this brooch upgrade, her choker now has a yellow heart on it and her tiara has a yellow star.
 
As Super Sailor Moon, her shoulder pads become transparent and her back bow becomes longer and bigger and is now white. On the front of her skirt, there is now a heart. The colour of her skirt has changed to white with gradients of yellow and blue on the edges and her choker is now yellow with a red heart on it.
 
Her final upgrade is to that of Eternal Sailor Moon. On her choker, there is now a crescent moon below the hart. Her brook is now a yellow heart with two layers of white wings and her tiara vanishes all together, leaving only the crescent moon on her forehead. Her skirt is now three layered. The top layer is yellow, then red and the final layer is blue. Her shoulder pads become round transparent pink puffs with red cuff on them. Her gloves are longer, reaching past her elbows, with similar decorations to the ones in her hair. She has two ribbons, a yellow and red one that act as belts around her waist which meet in the middle and are clasped together with a yellow crescent. Her boots are now knee high and white with a yellow crescent on the V shaped strip on the top. Her earrings are red star shaped. Her back bow is red again and is long and thin. On her back she now sports a pair of huge white wings with smaller ones below them.
 
As Sailor Cosmos is believed to be Sailor Moons form in the future, she has an entirely different fuku. Almost all of it is white. Her brooch is round with a yellow star, with three round white gems on each side and wings. Her shoulder pads are yellow with pearls and wings decorating them. Her choker has a yellow star on it. The front of her skirt has a duplicate brooch as the one on her chest and below that are nine colourful ribbons, each colour representing one of the other nine senshi. She has a long white cape, three pear white rings on each hand’s fingers. Her tiara is made from pearls with a yellow star on it, white berets in her hair and white odango gems surrounded by little yellow peals. Her odangos are heart-shaped instead of round. Her shoes are heeled sandals with only the front closed and white wing decorations on the back. She carries a white staff that is topped with a round globe, a star inside of a smaller globe on top and white wings from the side.

Usagi rested her chin on her knees as she gazed out of the window. She was to graduate high school tomorrow. It’s strange, you think it would be one of the happier moments in her life, but Usagi couldn’t help but feel worried. Being out of high school meant that she was one step closer to becoming Neo Queen Serenity and she feared that she wasn’t anywhere close to being ready. Her future self was so graceful, kind and calm. Usagi still felt like she was wildly out of control, spinning in multiple directions. She wanted to experience and do so many things. She still wasn’t able to sit still for long periods of time, always feeling the need to move, although she was doing better. How was she supposed to lead the world? She feared letting everyone down. She supposed she would just have to have faith that everything would work out. Everyone else seemed to believe that she would be this amazing ruler one day. She just didn’t want to let any of her friends down. She smiled as she thought of her friends. She still had time to prepare for the future and she knew that she could do anything she put her mind to.

This is now ready for review. This is intended to be a general profile for Usagi, I just included the SSI for Eternal Senshi as I will be participating in that RP as well.
