Appearance: On the job, Rita wears business casual attire, usually in light blue or green colors. When she’s off the job, she’ll stick to graphic t shirts, jeans and sneakers. She has medium toned skin, pale yellow eyes and dark pink hair with an orange tint. She's about 5'7", is light weight and lacks a muscular tone. Usually she has a rather fake smile on her face, which falls somewhere between nervousness and incredulity. She has a distinctive round mole below her right eyebrow. She has "pig lateral" teeth, which mean that the two teeth next to her front ones are unnaturally short.
Personality: Rita Sharp is a human, American disguise for Sailor Leviathan. Her main goal is to study and research sailor senshi on Earth so that she can become more powerful and finally return and be accepted in her home world. She is rather foolish and likes to think of herself as better than she actually is. She is a coward and will often run in a life or death situation. She's anything but a leader and could fall into good or evil depending on which side serves her needs better.
Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Having done research for her career, she knows just about all given history and information on every publicly known senshi (at least from a human perspective). She can use mirrors or reflective surfaces to communicate with Guardian Leviathan.
 
History: Hailing from the distant Planet Leviathan, for most of her immortal life, Sailor Leviathan has enjoyed a peaceful existence. Leviathan is a tremendous gas giant, fearsome and terrifying in its size and apparent power. However, it is only this way in appearance. Leviathan counters invading forces by using the power of Guardian Leviathan to create a false aura of enormous, destructive energy. Hearing some disturbing news across the galaxy of planets that were destroyed or taken over, the whole of Leviathan has grown concerned that their strategy may wear thin with time and they might be revealed as a rather weak planet. Seeing that their Sailor Senshi has proven to be nothing more than a lazy figurehead, they essentially cast her off of Leviathan in hopes that she’ll travel and grow in power by studying other senshi.
 
Thousands of years ago, Sailor Leviathan was once a respected and revered senshi. She was beloved by her people and, though a little awkward and silly at times, did the best she could in her position. She lived a solemn life, with no fellow senshi to call her friends, though she enjoyed her peace.

According to Planet Leviathan's archives, one of Sailor Leviathan's loyal friends murdered her and used her Sailor Crystal to become a Sailor Animamate in the service of Sailor Galaxia. For what seemed like an eternity, Planet Leviathan was lost to despair. Soon, the Sailor Animamate was killed for repeated failures and Sailor Leviathan's Sailor Crystal was thrown into the Galaxy Cauldron.

Hundreds of years later, Guardian Leviathan was reincarnated on Planet Leviathan. To her dismay, she couldn't find Sailor Leviathan. Despite this confusion, she worked to restore the planet to its former glory. One day, Sailor Leviathan was found, but it came only as more bad news. She was a mere child with a fraction of the power she once had and no memory of her former life. Just as things were getting better, fate was cruel to Planet Leviathan it seemed. In order to protect Planet Leviathan in spite of its senshi's power, Guardian Leviathan erected a spell that gave off a false aura of power to ward off any invaders.

To this day, Sailor Leviathan could hardly be compared to the senshi she once was. Guardian Leviathan hopes that by sending her off into the universe to study under other senshi, she can restore some of her power.

Events:

Decay: Sailor Leviathan reluctantly joined a team of Crystal Tokyo sailor senshi to combat the darkness that had taken over the planet. They did not succeed, no thanks to Sailor Leviathan's cowardice, but she was able to gain strength as a senshi and learn Leviathan's Wrath.

Return to Zenar: Sailor Leviathan returned with the group of Crystal Tokyo sailor senshi to destroy the Chaotic Agent that had taken over. Despite some set backs and failures, they saved the day. Still, Sailor Leviathan came to the conclusion that she would keep loyal to herself and not Neo Queen Serenity and the rest of the Crystal Tokyo senshi.

Senshi Fuku: Sailor Leviathan’s fuku is almost traditional with a blue, aquamarine and white palette. Her tiara is gold with a light blue gem. Her choker is the same color with an aquamarine gem. Her collar is also light blue with a single white stripe that goes along the edge. The main, white section of her fuku continues into a skirt. She then has a second shirt layer underneath that’s aquamarine. She then has light blue shorts underneath. Her front bow is long and aquamarine with a light blue gem. Her back bow is long and white. Her white gloves end at the wrist with blue cuffs. She has simple light blue shoes with no heels.
Powers:
 
Leviathan Illusion: Sailor Leviathan uses mist to create an illusion of any sort. These illusions cannot affect opponents physically, but look alarmingly real. The range of the images are only limited to Sailor Leviathan’s imagination. She can also make herself appear invisible.
 
Leviathan’s Wrath: Sailor Leviathan unleashes a torrent of water at her opponent in the shape of a terrifying sea creature. Unless the enemy is specifically weak to water, this attack should only be physically damaging.
 
Weapons or Magical Items: None.
Guardian: Guardian Leviathan, who remains on Planet Leviathan in order to keep up the illusion of great power to protect themselves from outside forces.
 
RP Sample: A Youma was attacking poor school children in the park! Oh no!
 
Suddenly, from seemingly out of nowhere, a figure stepped onto the scene! It was a glorious sight to behold. Here was a Sailor Soldier with massive wings and a long flowing cape. Her very skin glittered in the sunlight and she glowed in a rainbow aura. In her hand was an enormous bejeweled sword that looked much too heavy to hold, but somehow she could manage it. She grinned pompously.
 
“I am Sailor Leviathan!” she shouted. “I’m the most powerful Sailor Soldier there ever was! And if you don’t back down right now, I’ll blast you into a million pieces!”
 
But it was all an illusion. If this Youma didn’t back off in fright, Sailor Leviathan wasn’t sure at all what she would do next.

Ooh, an Illusionist. That's really cool xD You haven't done anything wrong at all! I really love the design of her fuku, as well as the fact that she's a morally grey character. That's pretty awesome hehe =]

Since this is an advanced profile, however, could you just add a bit more to the Appearance section, to fill it out more to be a full paragraph? You could mention her build or height, or anything you'd like =]!

Also, I just had a question about the Guardian Leviathan that you've mentioned throughout the profile. Is it a big part of Sailor Leviathan's life, or is it more of a supportive role? I am just curious as to the role it serves!

Just updated the Appearance section!

Guardian Leviathan serves only a story role. Basically, it is Sailor Leviathan's stand in while she's gone exploring the universe. Like the Guardian Senshi in the manga, Guardian Leviathan's job is protect their planet. She keeps up the illusion of "great power" surrounding their home world so that it is not invaded by outsiders. Her only asset to Sailor Leviathan is to keep her up to date with what's going on in their world (and to lecture her for being lazy). Unless there was a RP plot development that affected outside planets, I can't see Guardian Leviathan's messages as being anything but side jokes.

Ooh, I like that a lot. It really fleshes out the character and her history even more. Leviathan is such an interesting character, I love it xD <3 It can really show how Leviathan got to being how she is today, since I imagine everyone would be expecting sooo much from her, and she had to find a way kind of guard herself from their disappointment, perhaps. (Sorry now I'm rambling!)

It will be really cool to see how/if she grows throughout interactions in the RPG hehe

Update to add to her Powers:

Breath of Leviathan: Sailor Leviathan can breath underwater indefinitely on Planet Leviathan. When away from her planet, she can still accomplish this technique, but it slowly drains magic away from her. She can only breath in natural bodies of water with some contamination. If overtly contaminated, it would be impossible (the contamination is up to the DM's discretion.)
