Appearance: About 4 foot, 5 inches and 78 pounds. Slender undeveloped body with slightly longer legs than most girls her age. Cotton candy pink hair done in cone odango with fluffy pigtails about shoulder length. Wide red eyes that are often narrowed in a threatening manner. Has white skin that's faintly tanned with noticeable tan lines from a bikini. Often wears temporary tattoos of different styles all over her body. Her favorite one she keeps reapplying is a red rose temporary tatto “tramp stamp” on her lower back. Usually has some sort of scrape or bruise on her body from fights, over exertion or over estimating her ability to do certain things, such as the furthest distance she can jump between roof tops.

Often wears punky or rock styled clothes. Is usually found in some form of ripped jeans, black army boots, some sort of tank shirt and a leather jacket, where she'll usually hide her hands in. Will occasionally wear chains if she expects to be in a dangerous situation, in which case she will rip off the chains and use them as a weapon. If she feels like it or must be more girly than usual for a special occasion, she will almost enjoy wearing gothic lolita with a dangerous twist, such as items on her person she can use as a weapon, ex hat pins, chains, strong strips of fabric that can be used to choke someone etc. The colors she wears most often are black, red, pink and silver. Will wear her Moon Crystal on a literal little chain around her neck.

Skills/Abilities: Hobbies include escaping from Crystal Palace, sneaking around and avoiding detection, shocking/ annoying people, figuring out what tattoos she may get when she's old enough, and ignoring her mother's lectures about being a lady. Special skills include being an excellent street fighter, using weapons with dangerous force, being able to do her make up in a way her mother can't openly say something but still drives her mother nuts. She can also jump fair distances and is remarkably athletic. Can also drive a motorcycle if it's light enough. She is also a fair enough thief, if she feels like it or wants something badly enough.

Personality: Chibiusa is very much a rough and tumble rocker punk. She often doesn't care about authority and will do what she damned well pleases to do. And if someone has a problem with it, she'll either fight them or out scream them. She doesn't care that she's not the little lady her mother wanted, and she certainly could care less about being a princess. She's really a bit of a true brat. She hates being cooped up inside the Crystal Palace and often sneaks out, day or night.

She never dreams about the day she can fall in love or making as many friends as possible or silly things like what she could do to be more princess like. If she likes someone, she'll flirt unafraid and maybe a little aggressively. She probably would rather have enemies than friends, because the enemies she can fight. And she hates acting princess-like.Also, because of her age chronologically, she tends to look down on the other senshi. She considers them inferior in terms of age and fighting and lets them know it, though their skill in using their powers is greater than hers. She's just much better at physical fighting than them.

Biography/History: Chibiusa was born shortly after the rise of Crystal Tokyo in the 30th century. Neo Queen Serenity and King Endymion were ecstatic to have their daughter at last, their beautiful little lady. She grew up normally until the age of 5, where she grew much much slower, eventually reaching a physical age of 8 when she was actually 902 years old. When she was about 4 years old, she began to act strangely. She began disobeying her parents and care takers and causing trouble. She began wearing jeans and oversized hoodies, which lead to leather jackets eventually and army boots.

She refused to use proper manners and act like a lady. Instead, she seemed to thrill in acting like a punk rocker. As she got older, she hated being in the Palace more and more. Eventually, she began sneaking out and participating in fights. At first she was bad at it, and refused to explain to her upset parents the cause of her injuries. Eventually after a while, Neo Queen Serenity stopped trying to ask about her daughters activities, and only sadly healed her daughters wounds with the Silver Crystal. Chibiusa grew better at fighting over the years, and began applying temporary tattoos all over her body. Her parents understandably threw a fit over this, but Chibiusa only screamed back at them and nothing changed.

As the centuries passed, Neo Queen Serenity and King Endymion grew closer and closer to their wits end. They began trying to hire stricter and stricter care takers and tutors for their daughter. They tried punishing her more and more, grounding her longer, taking more things away. Yet none of it seemed to work. And they couldn't figure out why their daughter was acting this way. Finally, Neo Queen Serenity could take it no more. Before she could do something she might regret, Pluto came to her and told her that Small Lady must go to the past.

Desperate to do anything to tame her daughter, she readily agreed and promptly told Chibiusa to pack some things and go with Pluto to the Time Gate. Chibiusa was tempted to disagree, but decided against it. She could go to the past, and get out of this crystal prison. She went with Pluto, who sent her back to the 20th century, where she finds the senshi in search of a mysterious Moon princess. Enjoying the chance to fight as hard as she wants, she joins in the senshi's battles and inadvertently helps them search, not realizing the person they need is her mother's past self. In the past when she first appears, she begins calling herself Sailor CM when she began fighting with the other senshi to keep some secrets to herself.Thanks to Pluto, Chibiusa is given a monthly allowance which allows her to rent a comfortable apartment and buy the things she needs, whatever they may be. To keep up appearances and due to curiosity, she told Pluto to get her enrolled in a near by high school, Juban High. The time keeper did it, and within a week Chibiusa was attending school. She brushes off inquiries about her parents by saying they are business folk and constantly away on business trips. She doesn't work with anybody now, though she'll ocassionally fight along side with Crescent Ace and the Outer senshi. She has a very low opinion of Crescent Ace, having heard stories about her from her parents and expected someone much more....capable.

Item(s): Transformation brooch, pink with gold trim and a pink/red heart gem on the cover. Silver Crystal on a chain for a necklace. Will use many things for weapons which she keeps on her person. Often prefers using chains over her wands. Has her Pink Moon stick. Had Luna-P but it lies unused in her bedroom in to 30th century, dubbed too girly and childish for her.

Has round odango shields with red centers and white trim. Pointed white fittings cover the red of her odango. She also wears pearl barrettes with wings and a gold tiara with pink gem. Wears a dark pink mask on her face. Pink choker with red heart. Pink sailor collar that extends in the back to shoulder blades. Double white piping sleeves attached to a white leotard with chest guard. Reddish bow with pink heart brooch. White gloves with pink piping ends. Wears a pink pleated short skirt and reddish back bow. Wears pink knee high boots with V shaped white trim. Also wears pink moon crescent stud earrings.

Attacks:

Pink Sugar Heart Attack!
Energy: Low
Effect: She spins briefly and points her wand at the enemy, which shoots out a rapid stream of painful energy heart shapes. Weaknesses: Does not do any serious damage, much to Sailor CM's frustration.


Super Sonic Waves
Energy: Low
Effect: When she gets frustrated enough, she screams loudly which causes sonic waves to rush from her odango shields at whatever is in front of her. Weaknesses: Can hurt allies as well as enemies. Lasts for only two minutes max.


Moon Chain Whip!
Energy: Medium
Effect: She will form a chain out of pink energy and essentially use it to whip the enemy from a distance. Is very painful and can break bones. It can be used for an extended period of time Weaknesses: Can also affect allies and hurt herself badly if the chain backlashes.

Also uses physical fighting, such as hand to hand, punching and karate related moves.

RP sample: Chibiusa gasped a little as she found her back to the wall. The bricks felt pleasantly icy to her heated skin, and she could feel a sticky heat on her chin. She reached up and wiped her skin, noting the smear of red blood on the side of her hand. She looked at it then up at the boy more than five years older than her. She should be afraid, she should admit defeat and beg forgiveness for her insolence. But this boy was an idiot who had no idea who he was facing. She was a skilled fighter, having centuries of vicious street fighting under her belt. He was nothing.

“Good punch. Now it's my turn” She said grimly, watching the confusion on the boys face as her red eyes narrowed. She knew what he was thinking, and suddenly rushed forward, relishing the feeling of her fist sinking solidly into the boys stomach and hearing the outward gasp as she forced the air out of his lungs. This would be a piece of cake to teach the ignorant wanna be punk a lesson. Never think a girl can't fight back if she has pink hair.

Maybe mention in the history that she began living with Usagi and she attends freshman high school. Also, are you going to "find" usagi in the rp, or is it already assumed that you two are together and fighting? Maybe consult the person playing Usagi for this.
