Appearance: Her height ranges from 3' 6" to 4' 3" depending on her age.She has fair pale unblemished skin and a slender maturing build. Her hair is pale pink like spun sugar, and when down, is wavy. Usually wears her hair in a center part with two cone shaped odango buns that tend to resemble rabbit ears, one on either side, with a large puffy pigtail from it, though as she grows older, her pigtails become sleek and long. Her bangs are curled inward to frame her forehead. She has bright red eyes that often times belie her youth face, revealing the maturity she has inside. In her royal or senshi form, or times of extreme distress, she has a bright gold crescent mark in the center of her forehead.

Casual clothes she typically prefers consist of cute dresses and skirts made from all sorts of fabrics, which are usually around knee length and often include lace or other girlish frills, though she very much enjoys wearing pants or shorts as well. She will wear shirts and blouses as well, and seems to enjoy wearing a variety of cute hats. For shoes, she also enjoys a wide range of styles, including simple flats, boots, and sandals.

She wears many bright colors, but tends to favor white and pale pink. She doesn't wear much make up in her youth, but thoroughly enjoys wearing lipstick when she is older, particularly pink and red shades. She also enjoys cute jewelry, especially if it includes diamonds. She will wear necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches and hair barettes. She also very much enjoys putting bows of all colors,styles and patterns in her hair, especially tied around her odango.

In her princess form, she wears white pearl barettes in her hair above her bangs. Her dress is rose pink satin in an empire style with the bust having a scallop cut trim. She had a single line of fair sized pearls that wrap around her lowe bust, from which falls two sheer chiffon overlays that cross over each other and wrap around her dress, also with a scallop edge. Her sleeves are 3 layers of ruffles of matching rose pink satin that hang on the edge of her shoulders. She also has a large pink bow in the back of her dress with ruffled floor length tales. When she is young, she wears pink flats, but as she matures, she begins wearing pink high heels.

Personality: When she is younger, Chibiusa is much more defensive and introverted. She doesn't trust people because of her experiences and lack of positive socializing. She can come off as abrasive and aggressive, demanding things that she wants, though this could be partially expected of a royal single child. Some would even go so far as to describe her bratty and extremely selfish. Though a positive side of this is she's not afraid to speak up for herself when it comes to people around her age.

But this gradually changes as she matures, becoming more friendly and trusting of people. She tends to be uncertain though and her confidence can be shaken a little too easily. Her self esteem is certainly low, and she tends to consider herself very unworthy when measured up against one such as her mother. She constantly tends to compare herself to the other senshi and tries to emulate them to make herself better.

She also tends to fight a lot with Usagi, whether it be over Mamoru or things they both want. Despite her at times childish personality, she does try to be very serious and mature to match her age, which is another factor in her fights with Usagi, who she considers very immature. These fights could also be a result of the fact she wants very much to be like Usagi and have the same things as her. Until she grows out of it, she is also romantically interested in Mamoru until she fully realizes he is her father, and she shouldn't love him that way.

However she is her mother's daughter, and she can be extremely warm, caring and loving, wanting to do whatever it takes to help someone. She also begins to believe in the good in people, believing that people deserve a chance. This leads to her being able to make more friends, and her confidence in herself grows as she matures, physically and mentally. Eventually she gets to the point where she is able to stand on her own two feet as her own person, which results in calling her Sailor Quartet to her.

This also means she gradually stops comparing herself, and simply begins to be herself. As she opens up more, she becomes a very cheerful girl, who is sometimes a little too mischievous for her own good, and she rather enjoys playing pranks. Her greatest dream is to become a beautiful graceful lady and find her own prince charming and live happily ever after.

She very much enjoys spending time with her best friend Hotaru, and going to school with the friends her age in the past. She enjoys playing video games, and very much enjoys arts and crafts and gardening. She also loves being able to spend time with the senshi in the past, and learning things from them, such as cooking from Makoto and education from Ami.

Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Controling her Pink Moon Crystal, traveling through time, whenever she's upset her crescent mark shows and she releases a burst of energy, sprouting wings, being able to call on Helios,

History: Chibiusa was born to Neo Queen Serenity and King Endymion shortly after the Queen's twenty second birthday, and ascension to the throne. She was given the formal name of Small Lady Serenity in the hopes she would grow to be a beautiful lady. But shortly after her 5th birthday, Chibiusa stopped aging, and remained the same physical age for nearly 900 years. During this time, she endured constant bullying and rejection from the other children, often having her legitimacy as the crown princess questioned.

Her loneliness led to her wandering the Palace, and she eventually discovered the door that led to the Time Gate and Sailor Pluto, whom Chibiusa could see as a fellow lonely soul, and became fast friends with Sailor Pluto, giving her the nickname Puu. She would frequently visit Pluto to ease the loneliness, despite the queen's misgivings. But this didn't stop the cruel hurtful words of her peers, and in an effort to prove herself her mother's daughter, she took the Silver Crystal one day. Her timing was unfortunate, as this was the day the Black Moon Clan attacked Crystal Tokyo.

When her mother was searching for her and the Crystal, she was attacked and become encased in crystal, an event Chibiusa frequently blames herself for. In a desperate act to save her mother, Chibiusa decides to travel to the past, and ask for the legendary Sailor Moon's help. She ran to Pluto and stole a time key from her belt, and went to the 20th century. When she first arrived, she interrupted a romantic moment between Usagi and Mamoru. She had a confrontation with Usagi, threatening her with a realistic toy guy and demanding she be given the Silver Crystal. When she was unable to, she ran away to a nearby playground, where Usagi and Mamoru found her.

Not sure what to do with her, Mamoru walked Usagi home, where they met Usagi's family. In the moment, Chibiusa decided to stay here and observe Usagi, and used her Luna P to hypnotize Usagi's family into thinking she was a member of the family, much to Usagi's irritation. Chibiusa began constantly following Usagi around, until she realized Usagi was Sailor Moon and stole her Silver Crystal.

When Usagi got it back, she threatened Chibiusa and demanded to know why she took the Crystal. Chibiusa broke down and admitted she knew she couldn't use it and begs Sailor Moon to come back to the 30th century to help her mother. Reluctantly, Sailor Moon, Tuxedo Mask and Sailor Venus agree. Chibiusa leads them through to the Time Gate, where she saves Sailor Moon from being killed by Sailor Pluto, and then leads them to the Crystal Palace, where it is revealed her parents are the future selves of Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask.

When Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask go back to the 20th century, Chibiusa becomes upset when she believes no one wants her or needs her, and runs away into the space surrounding the Time Gate, dropping her time key. Wandering around, she meets Wiseman, who corrupts her and promises her everything, turning her into Wicked Lady. She kidnaps Tuxedo Mask when he goes in search of her, and manipulates his mind, keeping him as her personal possession.

She then enters the Crystal Palace, trying to force Neo Queen Serenity to awaken from her healing sleep. When she is confronted by Sailor Moon and King Endymion, she tries to steal Sailor Moon's Silver Crystal, resulting in her expulsion from the Palace. Angry, she summons another Black Crystal Monolith to implant itself in the Earth, causing more destruction. She then summons Wiseman who is the planet Nemesis to crush the Palace.

Sailor Moon fights again them, beginning Wicked Lady to become her old self, but it doesn't work. Prince Diamond steals Sailor Moon's Crystal, but before he can touch the Crystal of the past and future together, Sailor Pluto breaks her ultimate taboo and freezes time, allowing the other senshi the time to take the Crystals from him. But the breaking of the taboo results in Sailor Pluto's death, which snaps Wicked Lady back into her right mind, and forces her to transform into Sailor Chibi Moon, which reawakens Neo Queen Serenity. Now that she herself is a senshi and with her mother's blessing, she combines her powers with Sailor Moon to help her defeat Wiseman.

Now that the threat has passed, Chibiusa returns briefly from the 20th century to the 30th, but returns to the past, saying her parents wish for her to train in the past as a new senshi. Shortly after this, she befriends a sickly girl named Hotaru Tomoe, the daughter of Souichi Tomoe who is the new threat. Sailor Pluto makes her reappearance, which makes Chibiusa extremely happy to have her dear friend back, though Pluto has joined with Uranus and Neptune to kill Hotaru before she can awaken as Sailor Saturn.  

During a battle in which the inner and outer senshi are manipulated into fighting each other, Sailor Chibi Moon combines her powers with Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask, and all the powers of the senshi, resulting in the formation of the Holy Grail, which allows Sailor Moon to transform into Super Sailor Moon.

Hotaru, whose body is possessed by Mistress 9,  steals Chibiusa's Crystal when she rushes to defend Hotaru from the outer senshi and swallows it, resulting in a deathlike state for Chibiusa, with only Mamoru's abilities keeping her from completely dying. But Hotaru's spirit remains inside her body, and she returns Chibiusa's Crystal, reviving her friend. Chibiusa then goes to fight with the other senshi against Pharaoh 90 and Mistress 9, where she transforms into Super Sailor Chibi Moon with Sailor Moon. With the combined forces of Sailor Saturn and Super Sailor Moon, Pharaoh 90 is destroyed, and Hotaru is reborn as a child, to Chibiusa's relief.

Months later, Chibiusa decides to go back to the 30th century, deciding her training is nearly completed. But before she leaves, she and the others watch a solar eclipse, during which she meets a winged pegasus, who visits Chibiusa in her dreams, calling himself Helios. He becomes a regular companion in her dreams where he hides, and he bestows a crystal bell on her that allows her to call for him whenever she needs his help. Shortly after this, when she tries to go back to the 30th century, she finds herself unable to. When they transform to face the threat from the new enemy, the Dead Moon Circus, Chibi Moon uses the bell to call Helios, and begs him to give them weapons to use, resulting in their Moon Kaleidoscopes.

Shortly after this though, Chibiusa and Usagi find themselves in switched bodies, with Chibiusa now in a teenage body while Usagi is in a child's body, though it is resolved when they transform again, reverting to their proper selves. But Chibiusa begins to doubt she is the maiden Helios is looking for and becomes upset at the belief that she is useless as a senshi, but Helios comes to her, comforting her and revealing his human form, and she begins to fall in love with him, which causes minor conflict as she has believed she loves Mamoru. But when Chibiusa learns that Helios' body is being held hostage by the Dead Moon Circus, she resolves to help and rescue him.

Now that Hotaru has reawakened as Sailor Saturn, she joins Chibi Moon and the other senshi as they confront the Dead Moon Circus. Together, the two youngest senshi come up against Queen Nehelenia, but they are trapped inside shards of mirror. But they are released by Sailor Moon's power. When they escape and Sailor Moon tells Chibi Moon that Elysion and Helios are in danger, she insists on going with them to help Helios. While the others believe he may be dead now, Chibi Moon insists that Helios is indeed still alive. In Elysion though, they are confronted once again by Queen Nehelenia. In this battle, Chibi Moon gives her power to Sailor Moon, giving her the power to transform into Eternal Sailor Moon, and all of the senshi gain Eternal forms, including Chibi Moon. With their new power, Nehelenia is defeated.

Now that her training is complete, Chibiusa finally returns to the 30th century, where she begins her new princess studies, though she swiftly begins to realize something is wrong in the past, but her mother refuses to allow her to go back to the 20th century. When she feels Diana's death, she transforms and insists she will go to help the other senshi, and the Sailor Quartet join her. She travels through space and time, arriving at the Galaxy Cauldron just as Galaxia pushes Mamoru into the Cauldron, and Chibi Moon disappears from existence. She makes a brief appearance in the Galaxy Cauldron before returning to the 30th century.

Eventually, Chibiusa will take on the mantel of Sailor Moon and ascend to the throne and become the Queen of Crystal Tokyo and marry her love, Helios of Elysion.

Guardian: Diana, the daughter of Luna and Artemis. She is a Mauian, who usually takes the form of a small grey kitten with violet reddish eyes, and has a gold crescent mark on her forehead. She advises Chibiusa in all matters, just as her mother Luna did for Usagi. She sometimes takes her role as an advisor a little too serious, but is a dear friend to Chibiusa, and is around her age.

RP Sample: Small Lady smiled to herself as she walked through the halls of the Crystal Palace. She had just returned from another brief trip to the past, and she was relieved that things were going well. It seemed the past versions of her family were living happily in peace, no longer being threatened by darkness. And she had helped with that. It made her heart grow warm to remember the things she had done over the past few years, and the people she had met.

Even her friends from the 20th century were still with her in the 30th. It hadn't been that long since she had left before the ice age would encase the Earth, freezing everyone and everything. Her friends still remembered her, and had been shocked to learn of her true identity. But they were true friends and had taken it fairly in stride, and they treated her the same, though once in a while they were almost uncomfortable formal, especially when she talked to them in her princess gown.

She was excited to think about how they had agreed to hang out that weekend, they would come to the Palace and they would entertain themselves with movie and snacks in the safety of the Palace. And she would get to show them things that regular civilians didn't get to. It made her want to skip, but she resisted the urge. It wouldn't work very well in the heels she had begun wearing lately, which made her feel more like a grown lady.

If only Helios could see her now...Even her hair was growing with her body. It used to be puffy pigtails, but they were gradually becoming longer, and a bit sleeker with each month that passed. But maybe, with her father's permission, she'd be able to visit Elysion and see Helios again. A light blush formed over her cheeks as she thought of the priest who had won her heart, and she giggled to herself quietly before she entered the doors to her parents throne room.
