Appearance: As a feline, Artemis has a body covered in short, snow-white fur. He is not very large, standing at about 6 inches tall when on all four legs. He has large, bright green eyes that give off a glint of wisdom. His ears are pointy and large, with soft pink skin on the inside. Artemis has a small mouth, like most cats, and three long whiskers on each side of his nose. His tail is long and thin, and he has a golden crescent moon on his forehead.
As a human, is a lot taller (obviously). He stands about about 6'0", and he has a muscular torso. His hair is long, straight, and white, reaching all the way to his hips. His eyes remain the same, and so does the golden crescent moon on his forehead. He only wears white, and he prefers clothing that covers up his pale skin. Turtlenecks, slacks, pants, and jackets are among what is mostly in his wardrobe.
Personality: At first glance, Artemis can be seen as very charismatic and often a bit lazy. But if you look deeper, you will find that Artemis is actually very caring and hard-working. He does whatever he can to help someone in need, especially the sailor senshi. Artemis is very chivalrous, and will always sacrifice himself for another. He is extremely intelligent (although he can be misleading) and great with technology. Hacking is among his greatest talents, and he can decipher code faster than Minako can spike a volleyball. If he's not having to work on something for the senshi, Artemis loves to eat and sleep. He is also quite the ladies man (or at least he thinks he is). Despite the many girls that may catch his eye from time to time, his heart lies with Luna and Luna alone. He will do absolutely anything to make her happy and show her how much he cares. Artemis likes to put on a tough exterior, but really he's a softie at heart who cares about others. He especially cares for Minako, who he sees as his closest friend. When Artemis is trying to be serious, he likes for others to respect him and give them his full attention. He does not fancy being ignored and ridiculed, and he gets embarrassed very easily. Artemis has some trouble with his clumsiness, and it is one of his biggest insecurities. When not in a serious situation, Artemis can develop quite the sense of humor, which usually drives Luna and those around him crazy. But all in all, he is a great companion and someone who the senshi value as their guardian and friend.
Any Unique Abilities/Skills: Artemis is extremely good with all forms of technology. He also has the ability to change forms between a human and a cat. In both of these forms, he is capable of conjuring objects out of thin air (for senshi reasons only).
History: During the Silver Millennium, Artemis was a citizen of the planet Mau. He was chosen by Queen Serenity to be her royal adviser, along with Luna. Artemis left Mau and went to live on the moon, where he met Luna and instantly fell in love with her. The two lived a happy existence on the moon, advising the queen and helping lighten the load of being a mother and having royal duties. They were with their queen until the very end, standing by her side as she died after Beryl's assault. Thanks to the queen's powers, Artemis was sent (with Luna) to the future on Earth, where they would watch over the sailor senshi and awaken them if the Dark Kingdom ever escaped their prison.
Artemis awoke on Earth and gained all of his memories from the Silver Millennium. Knowing that he needed to accomplish his duty, he set up a command center in the basement of the Crown Arcade and used this to monitor the activities of the city. Shortly after, he found Minako Aino, the reincarnated form of Sailor Venus. Artemis gave Minako her memories and guided her in becoming the notorious superhero, Sailor V. With Artemis by her side to guide her, Sailor V prowled the streets in search of criminals and other dangerous beings. Eventually, Artemis and Minako found Luna and the rest of the sailor senshi, and they were all reunited again. Together, the group succeeded in defeating countless enemies, including the Dark Kingdom, Black Moon Clan, Death Busters, Dead Moon Circus, and Sailor Galaxia. Along the way, Artemis also met his future daughter, Diana, and rekindled his relationship with Luna.

Storyline Specific Information:Codename Sailor V: Crystal - Artemis has recently awoke on Earth, and after a while of searching, he finally found the reincarnated form of Sailor Venus - Minako Aino. He will awaken her as Sailor V and train her for the long battle ahead and the role she will claim as Sailor Venus, leader of the sailor senshi.
RP Sample: Artemis sat on Luna's bed, licking his paw as he listened to his fellow guardian ramble about Serenity sneaking off to Earth. Scratching his ear, the white feline rolled his eyes at how stressed out Luna was. He knew that it was only a matter of time until he would have to step in and comfort her. But for now, he let her rant. After all, he could understand where she was coming from. After all, he had his own fair share of troubles with Venus and the other senshi. They were obedient, of course, but sometimes they just lacked focus whenever it came time to train.
Artemis was snapped out of his thoughts by a very loud sigh from Luna, and he took that as his cue. Hopping down, he approached her and nuzzled her head with his own. "Hey," he said softly. "Don't forget that everything happens for a reason. Who knows? Maybe something good will come out of Serenity's travels. Don't stress yourself out about something before it has even happened. I assure you, in one way or another, everything will be fine." At Luna's nod, Artemis grinned. "Now, whaddaya say we go get some tuna? All of that listening made me hungry!"
