I'm curious to know what everyone's favorites are. It can be from the original anime, the dub, PGSM, anything!

To start things off, I've always had a fondness for the English Dub's version of Sailor Moon and the Inner Senshi's transformation themes. It's not entirely nostalgia that's talking here, I really love them because they sound very magical and powerful. The original version of these ones just kind of bore me, what with the generic sounding guitar music and all that.

But on the other hand, the Henshin for the Outers in the original version are downright awesome, and definitely fit such awesome and powerful, BAMF ladies. What about you guys? What are your personal favorites?

I pretty much agree with this plus Usagi's original transformation because of how simple it is. I like the other ones but I always found the others have stuff in it that seemed a little unnecessary.

I liked Minako's Classic /R transformation, with all the stars wrapping around her, and Ami's Classic/R transformation. The rippling water effect is so pretty to watch.

I love the double Moon Crisis Make Up transformation, but after that I LOVE it when either a) Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto transform in sequence or b) Star Fighter, Star Healer, and Star Maker transform in sequence. Those two groups have transformations that flow so smoothly from one character to the next--unified motions and unified music. It's beautiful to watch.

The Super henshin with Chibiusa. Come on. She's transforming with her *daughter*, her *baby*. How cute is that?

I would have to say the Outer Senshi transformation, when they all do it as I adore that song and I love how it flows between them.

Speaking of transformations though, I really do hope we get one for Saturn in the new anime.

I love Usagi's Cosmic transformation, and the dynamic way it flows. Also love the Crystal inners ones, even though there's just a little variation between the older ones and these ones.

My favorite is probably Usagi's 'Moon Crystal Power'. I also really love Setsuna's though. Awesome choreography on that one.

I really like the transformations of the Outers (except Saturn, she never had a transformation sequence in the anime )! The badass music in the background makes it even better!

But my favorite is Moon Eternal, Make Up! though I also very enjoyed Moon Crisis, Make Up!

I'm with Chrona on this one. For me, it's got to be Sailor Moon's S tranformation. It's so simple yet so elegant. I usually will fast forward through transformation sequences in magical girl anime, but I always stop to watch this one. It's a classic.

For dub transformations, I love Serena's transformation only in the first episode.  The first episode has this completely different score than the rest of the dub does for some reason but I love how optimistic and magical it sounds.  I was disappointed they don't use it again until Rini's transformation in the S movie.  From the original anime, my favorites are the R transformations for Usagi and the Inners.  I love how Usagi's R transformations show those beautiful angel wings before she starts to spin around and the beautiful music that plays during it.  I also love how the Inners' transformations add just enough flashiness to it that they didn't have in Classic while not being overly distracting from the original look and I love how catchy the music is even though they're just chanting their names over and over again during those scenes.  For the Outers, my favorite is Setsuna's transformation. 

I love how unique and different it is from Haruka and Michiru's and it really shows how majestic and powerful Pluto is to me.  I also love the Starlights' transformations when they all transform together.  The music just sounds really cool during those scenes and I love how pumped it gets you for the Starlights even though their transformations are a bit more simple than the other Soldiers are.  My favorite for PGSM is probably Minako's.  I love the scenes of Minako jumping around in the transformation and the weird little people that dance in her hair to add the ribbon to it.  It just feels very surreal and weird yet cool at the same time and you feel like they put the most of their production values into it.

I actually really enjoy Rei's transformation sequence in Crystal. I wish we would've had the technology to make the original as fiery. And that sassy pose at the end is so Rei XD

Moon Cosmic and Crisis power (Grail) are my favorites.
I enjoy Rei's the most in Crystal.

Yes! The Crystal remakes are great especially Mercury (the pop from the bubble is everything!) and Mars'.
