Wow! I am actually not a big collector or anything but I would love to get my hands on this. The thing I love the most is that it says it will be poseable, and that is really really cool and awesome and I want a Pluto one right now! <3 <3 <3

Oh cool! I know GE had plans to release a Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask figure (if they haven't already), but I don't think they were pose able. How cool.

I was thinking about buying some of the old Sailor Moon figures but I guess now I won't have to xD (they're kinda hard to find and expensive from what I've seen, save for the Resin Kits but I can't paint very well...). Will just wait until these two come out |DD and hopefully they'll make ones of all the other characters tooo u wu

I too hope we see a transformation for Saturn. I'm hoping for an anime that follows the manga more closely -- especially when it comes to Mamoru! I'm so excited about this (: I can hardly wait to get more news. It's going to be fun watching little tidbits of official information come to light, I think.

I hope for not only everyone having transformtions, but for the skintones to be consistent. (Pluto's jumped from somewhat olive tone/ light tan to PALE white and then to DARK tan. Can't they just keep it a Tan brown?) I hope that SuperS (if they get that far) is focused on Mamoru more.

In fact, I hope they give us more info on Mamoru and Makoto's family background a little and Ami's and Rei's. Maybe hint at the outers?

I also hope that Chibiusa gets her pink princess dress. i've always felt it made her more different than wearing a less detailed version of her mother's.

I also hope they keep Naru's love story with Nephrite. It was a pretty powerful piece.

And - I utterly hope the Shitennou get mentioned again. (Hoping that Kunzite and Zoisite's relationship stays in tact. I actually loved their relationship but it's doubtful.)

I agree, the story was very powerful, but I think I would prefer if they had the back story of the relationships between the inner senshi and the shitennou. It kind of bugged me that only Usagi got to be with some one and that the others (for the most part) where left alone.

Wait, was the Clannad movie animation any different than the anime? I've been saying for ages that I'd adore it if they re-animated Sailor Moon with the KEY style. (BIG SHINY EYES)

Personally I don't think KEY or any moe style is good for Sailor Moon...or any other generic looking anime with huge eyes. I'd like to see an animated version of Naoko's art style, it would be pretty awesome if you ask me. She puts so much emotion in the eyes, her style is very wispy and elegant. I'd prefer elegant Moon over moe Moon any day. Just doesn't seem to fit the story to me...

I get the feeling Naoko's manga style would be too difficult to animate, her linework style doesn't seem to be bold or smooth enough for it I would guess.

I think her newer fresher style would look best animated, not her old style... As much as I love her older styler, its extremely stylized to the point of very ridiculous anatomic proportions. Plus, its TOO sketchy, detailed. Its hard to animate. Though we don't know what kind of budget is being put into this.... so you never know. What could be very interesting would be if the opening and/or ending sequences were nods towards the manga artwork. Like slightly animated versions of previous illustrations or something completely new that is originally designed by Naoko.

I'd be happy if the art director of the SuperS season and the SuperS movie were brought back to direct over the anime, with a more consistent art style. My favorite animation is from the SuperS season and movie.

the anime series is from kyoto animation, the movie was a bad animated piece of sh!t from toei.
thetoei movie looks like a 90s show with bad movements (too less frames),
and awful use of CGI (the cherry blossom rain was a joke). no wonder 95% of
the clannad fanbase hate the toei version.
the funny thing: the time differents between movie (toei) and series (kyoto) was just 1 month.

I'd be totally ok with the animation style of the SuperS movie. AUGH I loved it so much. (Definitely my favorite movie.)

I'm still afraid of what Toei is going to come up with since...well...you've seen the anime they've put out recently. Low quality...

seems nobody here understand the differents between charadesign and animation (frames per second, right use of CGI bla bla) and that toei is known in the animefanbase (yes real anime fans
who watch various shows every season. yuno what i mean? they are 4
seasons every year: spring/summer/fall/winter) to be a failure studio
when it comes to animation o_O

@Minene As stated before, I don't think Toei is a good company for animation to begin with, I much prefer PA Works. I mean seriously, their stuff is beautiful. I don't watch anime 24/7 but I think I know when animation is good and when it is bad.

i didnt mean you i generalized it. i find it strange that a lots of fanboys/girls of Toei series like sailor moon, dragon ball, one piece, precure bla bla start to complain when experienced animefans told them straight in the face that all toei did the last years when it comes to animation was failure.
i mean when they didnt work on one of they various (o_O) endlessshows they do ugly kids shows, milk old shows without any improvement (like DBZ) or ruin other things (like they did it with Clannad)

You know if you don't think you will enjoy it, you don't have to watch it, right =\ plenty of people who like the original sailor moon anime don't like the manga or live action or musicals even though they're all Sailor Moon. If it really makes you that unhappy that Toei is probably animating it, then wouldn't it be better to watch an anime you will enjoy? Surely after 7 years since the original, Toei would improve on animation?

I wish they would voice out more details on this new project. I just need a couple of new
