| Well tbh, you have to pay to get new shows right away on Crunchyroll and on HuluPlus? They have to make money somehow besides having ads? And i'm not sure how niconico runs in comparison to the two sites i mentioned. I would rather pay for a service like Niconico than have to get cable and then probably pay more just to get the channel that the show I want to watch will be on. |

| niconico's premium service is 525 yen/mo. That being said I'd say its almost certain you'll be able to access SM without paying. The last show nico simulcast (Fate/Zero) was free, and videos were left up for a week. |
