Its from episode 140 in the SuperS series. It's about a fashion designed that Fisheye models for and later attacks. Usagi tries to convince him to make her a wedding gown. He ends up designing Sailor Senshi-type outfits.
"Mini ga daisuki! Oshare na Senshitachi" (ミニが大好き!おしゃれな戦士達) Love those Mini's! The fashionable Soliders!

Usagi is so adorable in this scene. I have difficulties stilling my hatred for Anime-Mamoru during it though, but it's still a very cute scene and I do realize it's all played just for humor.

Aw, I do love that scene!! It makes me wish I had my own Mamo-chan!! Random tid bit here, in Japan, in a lot of department stores they only carry a few of each item in only one size! (which is like a US 4 or 6, so really small!).
