Age: 1 year actually, made to look mid-to-late teenage age
 
Character Image: She is made to look like a mid-to-late teenage girl, with smooth, light skin and decent height. Her hair is neat, short and coloured purple, while her eyes give a distinct glow and are coloured a pale green. However, she also needs to wear long trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and even gloves/mittens to try to pass off as human when in public, because each of her joints (arms, legs, fingers) have a very blatant artificial seam on them. In relation to that, her shirt also covers a small screen interface on the top of her back, somewhat smaller than a typical smartphone screen, and 2 things right below it: an on/off switch that appears as a small bump in her skin and a micro-USB slot for charging purposes.

Personality Traits: She is typically very efficient in what she does, and is able to focus on whatever the task she is to do. She is also very loyal to whoever she deems an ally/friend. However, all this comes at the cost at limited ability at interacting with others. While she is far from emotionless, she can often misunderstand common colloquialisms and can be insensitive. However, she still can be taught how to socialize through exposure to social situations.

Additional Information: 

• The interface on her back mostly displays her current battery life (which averages out to about 48 hours overall, but can be lowered if more demanding tasks are done inbetween), but it does occasionally show other info, like errors, updates and other such important info.
  
• In terms of water/electricity resistance (a.k.a, not shorting out), casual exposure (e.g. splashed with small doses of water, static electricity) is pretty much safe across the board, although direct senshi-tier attacks based on water is more problematic than ones based on electricity, which briefly stuns her usually and can discharge some battery power in worse cases.
  
• She does have enough free will and personality to be considered conscious/sentient.
  
• Her Personality can potentially be temporarily disabled via 3 main methods: her willingly disabling it herself internally, a severe error forcing it to be disabled, or extensive hacking to force-disable it that way. When it is disabled, she is easily commanded by anyone, and speaks much more robotically, in both tone and language. Her personality is reenabled once she is simply turned off and on again.
  

 
RP Sample: As Sally stepped out into the open world for the first time in her existence, it was a truly unique experience. Natural non-air-conditioned air, entirely normal humans living their own lives and even just the sky itself was all completely new to her and it seemed... alien, in a sense, because it might as well be to her. She was never able to leave because, beforehand, because she was too incomplete to be trusted outside without getting herself in danger. But now? She was free... for about half an hour, anyway. She was still not allowed any more time outside at that point.


 
Senshi Name: Sailor Alpha
Senshi Fuku: A fairly normal fuku, with the 2 primary colours being a very circuit-like dark-ish green and black.

Powers and Magical Items:

• Transformation Pen: A mostly typical transformation pen, in the same black-and-green colours as her fuku, with the Greek alpha symbol on the top.
  
• "Alpha Flame Wave!" Does what it's called, unleashes a wave of fire all around Sailor Alpha, up to a 3m range and 1.5m height.
  
• "Alpha Flame Snipe!" Sailor Alpha chooses a precise location (about 0.5m circumference) of which to immediately catch fire, regardless of whatever physical properties the area has (e.g, it works just as well on metal as it does with wood).
