Character Image: Untransformed, he wears whatever he finds comfortable, typically including a blue T-shirt, a B&W jumper and long trousers. His hair is a very dark blonde, almost brown, and his eyes are a dark blue. He is roughly normal-sized for his age.
Personality Traits: He is somewhat meek and introverted, but when the opportunity to help arises, he tries to help however he can. He certainly puts being nice before being rude, although he isn't the most successful in that regard. Also, if something irks him, he will most likely make it known. In the end, however, he does just want to have some people to talk with, and he tries to be as friendly as he can when meeting new people, and he tries to be understanding of others the best he can as well.
Storyline Specific Information: Nothing, yet.
Additional Information: As William, He is of British Descent and his free time usually consists of his main hobby, playing games.He is also quite experienced with technology, having knowledge on a lot of electronics and other such technology.

As for Sailor Koronis, incarnations of this senshi have historically been androids in nature, with the few outliers being given a secondary android-like form to fill in the gap. The usage of a more female fuku in that form is due to a very early incarnation of Koronis being a project of a female android, specifically being an attempt to contain senshi powers in an artificial body. Due to an assumption that this previous incarnation would not be destroyed ever (it was), and that male senshi were few in that time, the Koronis powers did not include an alternate male fuku, and one was only provided in a slap-dash way after the fact, and even then, only for the base form for non-android incarnations.

Backstory: William gained his powers in what seemed like an accident. A goddess was looking for the ideal next incarnation of Sailor Koronis, and William seemed to mistakenly step in front of the chosen candidate as the blessing occurred. However, the goddess had faith that fate had chosen him as the next incarnation, and William soon proved himself as being worthy by fighting evil bravely in the immediate month, and was allowed to keep his powers as well as gain a second form.


RP Sample: Suddenly, William burst out of the front door, sweat dripping across his face, clearly stressed out of his mind. He was late.

"Oh man, I am so late right now! I always say, 'just one more game!' Which turns into twenty more! WHY DON'T I EVER LEARN!?"

At this point, nothing much mattered other than getting to work ASAP. Breakfast didn't matter, conversation didn't matter, not even clean clothes mattered. He NEEDED to get to work.
 
 
Senshi Name: Sailor Koronis (is the name of an asteroid, signifying the lessened importance compared to other senshi)
Senshi Appearance:  In his initial form, his getup is like a typical fuku, with the primary colours being purple and blue. He also gains blue streaks at the end of his hair.

Visualization of first form:

In his Second "Gear Power" form, his body is temporarily converted from his usual human form to a form much more akin to an android, with his eyes emitting a faint artificial glow and his skin becoming extremely smooth. His fuku also becomes slightly more akin to a female senshi's, with a teal bow on the front of the shirt.
Powers and Magical Items:   

• Wields the Koronis Scepter, a fairly long combination spear/wand.  
  
• Koronis Area Scan: Scans the immediate area of all of it's objects and people, showing if they're natural, mechanical, magical or something inbetween.
  
• Koronis Lightning Beam: Fires a fixed lightning strike in a direction decided by Sailor Koronis, shocking whatever it hits and travelling along conducting metal.
  
• In his Second form, as well as gaining empowerment to his pre-existing abilities, he also gains increased awareness/speed, strength and resilience. However, he needs to be already transformed to be able to go into this form.

• Second form: "Koronis Gear Power, make up!"

Personality Traits section - The way you described his personality is fine, the only issue is in the number of personality traits described versus the number required to be approved; for approval, there needs to be 4 personality traits - 3 good, 1 bad for protagonists; from your profile I'm understanding:
   "Good" Traits: Helpful; Nice; 
   "Bad" Traits: Meek/Introverted; Does not always succeed in being nice; shows/tells when irked
   "Neutral" Traits: likes games, is British* These facts would be better placed in the "Additional Information" section as they do not reflect personality, but rather likes, dislikes, and background information.
   Please add one more "good" trait to his personality for approval.
   
2. Storyline Specific Information - while you have not joined any storylines as of yet, please add this header back into your profile in the appropriate spot for future editing. (The optional tag for character profiles is that it is optional to fill out, rather than optional to include! Just a formatting thing - his senshi abilities are described just fine and everything looks good, but please add those in as a list underneath "Powers and Magical Items" rather than headers for new sections - it just cleans it up! To do this, you can highlight the text for these abilities and hit the list button in the edit mode (beside justified alignment) for the post and it will bullet them for you.
   

Rather than a starting point, the above is everything I'd like to see amended before I approve this as a Relaxed Profile, and I can continue to review it as Relaxed whenever the changes are made. When making changes for me, it is unnecessary to change font colors, just post "updated and ready for review" when you're ready for me to take another look!

Approved! Interesting idea for how senshi powers are granted; while it doesn't follow sailor moon canon there can always be other explanations; however, if a story requests to follow canon, they may request that you change his background to reflect revelations made in Stars. Until then, though, you're good to go!

Please remove the changed font colors as those changes have been accepted, and you can change the header color back to green once you've done that!
