So this is a silly theory I had and wanted yalls ideas too. xD I was just thinking how we sometimes come up with silly names for the Senshi, like Marsie or Marsipan, Boopiter and Bubbles for Mercury. Stuff like that...do you think the girls have come up with silly names for each other when transformed?  Like Small Lady uses "Puu" in the anime and musicals for Pluto. The Mixx/Tokyopop translation of the manga came up with VBabe as a English translation of "V-chan" which I absolutely adore the name Vbabe.

What do you all think?

Nicknames come from parts of personal names or from the senshi or "sailor scouts". Should I call Sailor Moon "Moonbeam" or Usagi "gi"? "Moonbeam" reminds me of rock legend Frank Zappa's daughter's name and "gi" or "G" is rap or street slang. Sailor Saturn's personal name Tomoe Hotaru (last name comes first in Japan) might inspire the word "moe" in anime fandom and internet culture.

I thought just Tux was a nice nickname for Tuxedo Mask XD Apparently Jupes is kind of popular for Jupiter too, so there's that.

I feel like Uranus and Neptune would have inside joke names for each other that no one else understands.

I love V-babe! I liked it when I was younger, and I like it even more as an adult since my close girlfriends and I often refer to each other as babes. I think it's cute. I also refer to Chibiusa as Chibs haha I could see the girls calling her little one too since it's close to her other names :3
