I don't like the wigsssss X_X Uranus' looks really off, hope they fix that. Also, Saturn's looks as if it has the same color as Pluto's (which might be due to the horrible over-editing. What did they do to Jupiter's face?!). And the Chibimoon wigs... I didn't like the ones before, but these are even worse. Not very fond of the Super Sailor Moon costume either. Don't like the pink higlights on the transparent parts nor the fabrics.

Anyway, I'll just pray the new cast members can sing. Didn't like Pluto's voice, but at least she hit the notes.

I'm excited to see the whole group on stage~! Also, Yuuga is still killin' it.

OK yea it's been a while since I've been on and my first comment back is to say while I think the villains are pretty good looking um I'm a bit more critical with the outers (more so Harumichi cause my fave charries) but um I'm not to terribly impressed wasn't to impressed with Pluto in the one before this and I'm sorry but Haruka and Michiru just aren't giving me the uranep vib in those pictures so they better do a really really good job in the musical itself for me to actually be able to handle them cause yea i'm really really critical on these two (however they can't be as bad as THEM) also no offence but I really don't like Haruka's earrings (she wears hoops people lose the gaudy things she's got in her ears thank you very much.)

Apparently they are offering English ticket sales page and subtitle glasses for international fans. So if any of you are thinking of going to Japan to watch this musical, you don't even need to speak Japanese to understand it!

The available languages are English, French, and Chinese and the cost to rent the subtitle glasses is 1000 yen.

I'm kind of 'eh' on them tbh. I noticed that the mirror Neptune is holding doesn't seem to look like the Proplica they released or maybe I'm wrong?

I kinda feel the same way ^. I am gonna give them a chance of course, but in myu history Uranus and Neptune are (idk how to even word it) but Nao and Yuhka set the bar really high.


and i know I shouldnt compare old myu to new, but sometimes its hard not to.

Weirdly enough, I like them. I was worried a bit because I tend not to like the Sera Myu's Uranus and Neptune (apart from maybe two - which seems to be the case for a lot of people -> Nao/Yuhka). The other ones are never bad, I just don't 'click' with them, but I like those two new ones. They look awkward though (which can be normal if it's their first time on the job), but they seem to have a certain, if not chemistry, the vibe they give off is nice for me (I say vibe cause I don't understand japanese so.... 

There's just to hear them sing left now. (Even if I love the new musicals with all my heart, it's true some actors lack vocals from time to time). I'll be able to say if I really like them still when I see them on stage.

No ones posted in a while but is anyone going to see this? I'm going to the Osaka show on the 2nd and it would be amazing to meet up with anyone going!

You're so lucky! I don't know anyone going personally. Even though I haven't liked these new musicals, it would still be amazing to see them live. Let us know how it goes! I know the opening weekend is this weekend.

Uranus & Neptune:

I don't know if they'll be able to reach Nao and Yuhka's level, but just those pictures tell me they were the good choice for the job. Let's see if they can sing and I'm actually excited now despite not really being interested for the Infinity arc.

^I know that. I was just saying it will be hard to beat those songs and since we've seen what these songs writers have been putting out with the last two shows...well.. i don't expect much. xD BUT maybe if i go into this with super low expectations I will end up liking it??

Maybe. To be honest, I always tackle something without expectations or at least very low ones. Like I expect the costumes to respect the Witches 5 and I hope there will be Michiru and Haruka's interactions and Usagi and Haruka interactions. Those are my three expectations and if I go by images I've seen, all three will be answered in the musicals and it makes me happy.

The fact Uranus does the right motion for the attack is also a plus.

I also expect not at lot from the singing based on the last two, but I hope the acting part stays at the same quality level.

And it's impossible to beat Nao and Yuhka anyway. They had that kind of chemistry.

she also mentioned that Satomi has finally learned how to sing and hasn't gone out of pitch one single time. and that the musical is awesome =D

I think they are singing live as well, right? I know a lot of old musicals (Sera or even western musical) used to have pre-recorded songs for the show.

This is going to be even harder to let them graduate knowing they actually improved their singing as well. I see picture on tumblr and it seems actually great.
